I found the perfect vehicle for a good price here at the Sharpe collection. But what made the biggest impact on me was the way this dealership conducted business. I am by no means a car guy. I actually hate buying cars. Basically i have no idea how to navigate my way through the usual "List price, asking price and what the dealer will actually take for the car" game that i don't know where to begin. I also don't like to play dealers against each other. I just want a fair price and then i will decide if i want the car or not. I have plenty of online tools to know what the cars value is. Dealer price, fair market value, etc... But i don't need the added anxiety of the "Dicker game" Like the commercial were the salesman throws in a Michigan football helmet to close the deal. and then immediately puts out a duplicate one after the customer leaves, i don't want to feel "played". I had to the most honest, straight forward experience at the Sharpe Collection with my salesman, Shaun Waid. He set up an appointment with me to test drive the car, showed me all of the information and history on the car without me having to pull it out of him, and gave me a great price on the car without my having to negotiate. This is how I like to buy a car. Shaun even came in on his day off when i was picking up the car to make sure i was taken care of. That was cool! I wish this one price, no hassle sales model was standard across the board. I will surely let people know about my experience with these folks every chance i get. But then again, i guess that's what i'm doing here writing this review! :)

We were treated very fairly and professionally, and did not feel any pressure or urging to buy "up". They are unique in that they stated up front that they really don't negotiate because they price their cars lower than most places and start at a fair price. I agree with their statement; we priced around and found the equivalent vehicle at CarMax, Todd Wenzell Chevrolet, and an actual Dodge dealership were all priced higher. And there is no telling if the other places would even gave a little during negotiations. Bottom line is that we started with a fair price and kind service, and left happy. Really easy and pleasant experience! Will certainly use them again for our next vehicle.

Within a couple weeks there was rust and bare metal over the entire truck. It seemed like a cheap cover up was done to temporarily hide all these spots, but was now falling off. I reached out to Comodo, hoping they would help out or know why this was happening but was completely brushed off. Now I have to sell it for a fraction of the price or spend thousands on a new paint job. I thought maybe I was just unlucky but after asking around I found multiple others who had similar experiences. Their cars seemed perfect, but within 3 months major issues occurred, costing thousands of dollars. Seems like Comodo is know for fixing them up just good enough to sell and then they completely fall apart. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable vehicle.

At first, I saw something in their inventory that caught my eyes, so I emailed Harvey Lexus. Brian emailed and called me back, we made an appointment, came in, did some test drives, and then voila Brian has a car that is perfect for me. The rest of Harvey staff is awesome too. Steve didn't push other extra services on me, he told me what Harvey offers like extra paint protection, services, and so on. I declined and both Brian and Steve are okay, not pushy. Other places will try to get every penny out of ya. Then Jordan showed me all the car features. Brian was so sweet, he put a red bow on it. Picture perfect!

The vehicle's mileage was inaccurately reported on an auto verification report, showing a discrepancy that made it appear as though the odometer had been rolled back. This discrepancy was entered by a dealership prior to my ownership, yet it has caused me significant problems, preventing me from selling the car. Potential buyers assume the odometer was tampered with, even though this error occurred before the vehicle was ever sold to anyone. In my opinion, the selling dealership should have taken responsibility for correcting this issue, but despite countless attempts to seek assistance--including speaking with new car sales managers, finance managers, and dealership sales managers--my requests were ignored, and the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, the vehicle was not properly prepped or detailed upon delivery. It still had plastic protective stickers on the sill plates, floors, and other areas. During the purchase process, the dealership presented a window sticker listing features that were very important to us, including a "tech package" with lane change assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic rain-sensing wipers. However, during the closing process, they pulled the incorrect window sticker three separate times. After noticing the discrepancies, we insisted that the sticker being used be verified against the physical VIN on the car. By this time, they assured us that the features remained the same as originally agreed upon. Unfortunately, three days after taking delivery of the vehicle, we discovered that it did not include the tech package or the key features we had prioritized in our purchase. While the dealership eventually took accountability for their mistake, they refused to undo the deal, leaving us stuck with a vehicle that did not meet our expectations or match what was originally promised. The manager brushed off our concerns and offered an oil change and 12 gallons of fuel as compensation--neither of which we were able to redeem. This dealership used to provide exceptional service, especially under the care of a former employee named Mason. Since his departure, however, the quality of service has declined significantly. Betten Baker appears committed to service only until the paperwork is signed--after that, accountability and customer care are nonexistent. Yesterday, I was able to rectify the AutoCheck history. This took countless hours of my time with absolutely no support from Betten Baker. FYI, VP's and Managers will not return calls if you need help outside something that benefits them. ​

After close to a year of waiting for them to confirm the arrival of parts, even though I received mailings from Nissan that they were available, I called again to get a recall performed. Because of our current jobs, I had to drop it off for a next morning slot which I did by meeting my wife there. After work the following day, I picked up my wife and arrived at the dealership to discover that they had no clue of who I was. My car was in the exact same spot in which I parked the day prior. After showing my confirmation text of the appointment that was supposed to be performed at 8:30am, they literally began rummaging through desk drawers looking for my keys and intake slip. I helped them find it by recognizing my wife's keychain and they confirmed that they did not perform the service. The guy was apologetic and said it would take 5 minutes to perform where he eventually pulled my car into a bay somewhere and returned with it. I had to take their word for it (?!?!) that the recall was performed but wonder if it really had been done because they told me it would take an hour when the original booking of the appointment occurred the day before. This has not been the first time this dealership has delivered subpar service either but they are the only one on the NE side (the prior issue is still not resolved even after visiting both GR dealerships---sigh!). It was a frustrating and a bit surreal-in-a-bad-way experience.
