These guys were very honest and explained everything they were working on. Got my car looked at and fixed in near record time. Brought my Buick Regal in because it was losing power and stuttering. I thought it was my catalytic converter and was expecting to pay a ton for it. Instead they ran a quick check walked me through what they saw and suggested they have a more in depth look at the car. Since I have almost no faith in repair shops in the Seattle area I was expecting the diag to turn up what I was already guessing about the car and that the fee wouldn't be applied to the services. I was 100% wrong. They pointed out what was happening and that I needed to fix my ignition module(which was less than half the price for the catalytic converter). They pointed out some other issues that could wait to be repair and didn't use scare tactics. Good guys that put value back into the business. I have done business with many automotive service places, and this is the third or forth time now that I have brought my truck in for service, to these folks, this time I had a leak coming from my power steering, and it had been leaking for a while, but didnt know where it was coming from, so had the folks at the landing auto take a look. Brought the truck in, and within a short time they had called and let me know what the problem was, and was given a quote for what it would cost to repair. These guys are great the customer service is excellent, and there prices are reasonable. I will continue to bring my rigs here for service, and would recomend these folks to anyone needing automotive repairs. Great job. read more

Without a doubt the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. The people there are honest and work hard to find affordable solutions. They give you a list of what should be done to get your car to it's best running condition, but then tell you what has to be done now and what items can be put off until later. Kevin, the owner and head mechanic, knows Toyota and Lexus inside out, and has taken great care of my aging Toyota Avalon. Don't think that they only deal with imports, as they have also done a great job with my husband's PT Cruiser. This is the kind of shop our parents relied on. These guys are awesome. They're local people who are trying get there business started and they do great work. They have a great waiting room with nice couches, TV with netflix, free wifi and free coffee. Plus its super convenient being right next to The Landing and a whole bunch of food within walking distance. They had reasonable prices with a quick turnaround and it was one of the very few times where I felt like I could actually trust my mechanic. I will take my car here every time I need work done. Even oil changes since I know they'll tell me if they see something else that needs to be done. OR if I don't need to have something done or someone else can do it cheaper than they could. read more

My car was in need of an oil change so I called and they fit me in within the hour. On my way there my water bottle fell on the floor on the passenger side. What I didn't know was that it wasn't sealed all the way so after I parked I found a puddle on the floor of my car! Kevin and Lee took care of it right away - they got their shop-vac out and completely sucked out all the water, ensuring that my car wouldn't end up moldy and mildewy. Now that's what I call customer service! The oil change was quick and the waiting room was super comfortable with a nice clean couch, a big TV with Netflix and a Keurig! Thanks, guys. read more

I met Kevin and Molly at a Chamber meeting then later, I visited their shop for a networking function. The shop was large, clean and Lee, the co owner, was friendly and helpful. He wanted to educate me how my brakes worked which I gratefully declined to learn. Today, I took my car in for a quote. Lee took care of me right away and explained the quality of the products to be used. He gave me otions on the timing and repairs needed ding a little at a time to spread trhe cost out. He impressed me with his knowledge car part's manufacturing process and quality. I am very pleased with their business. read more

These guys were great. They didn't try to make a sale, instead they fixed my problem and managed to save me 150 dollars. They know that if they are good to the customers, we will come back and that is exactly what I plan to do. Used Kevin to have our minivan serviced a few times. They always do a good job , but their prices are just way way over what it should. I have used them for a couple of years until i decided to check someone else and realized how expensive their rates are. If you need a repair asap and cannot wait then go for it, you'll get a good and honest service, but expect to pay a premium for it. read more
