Thank you George & Boris. I found Sevan locks & doors on the BBB website. They were the only company in this area to have an A+ rating with no complaints. They are also a member of BBB which was even more reassuring. I wish there was a BBB for FreeCycle customers...

They showed up right on time and got right to work. I put quotes around bill because while it lists a single date of service in July, it references 4 different visits to "fix" the problem, yet the bill does not identify when those dates were. Notations indicate that the problem was fixed and tested. No it wasn't. The security cameras have not all been working since I have been here, nor have they all worked when the guy left. I think I have said enough, no further detail needed. Do yourself a favor, do not use this company. PS: One final thing, one of the last things I did when someone actually answered the phone or returned a call, was get an estimate for an upgrade. I got the estimate a month later. During that month I got fed up with waiting and contacted a competitor. Guess what? Wolter did a service call today and trained me on using our system. He was extremely helpful and provided detailed written resources for future reference. Definitely knows what he is doing. I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. He placed several sensors in locations where he thought best as opposed to where I need them because "it can't be done", without consulting with me. Russ came to my house, took a look at my setup, and made a few reasonable upgrade recommendations...all at no charge to me. He didn't "push" anything on me, just gave me the facts, briefly mentioned his Blockwatch service, and let me decide how I wanted to proceed. He actually dissuaded me from spending more money on upgrading my panel unit or adding sensors he deemed unnecessary...fine with me! I was so happy with Russ's inspection and advice that I paid him to come out and install a new keypad and a half dozen new sensors. Some of these were the tiny Micra window sensors he sells on his site (alarmprofessor.com), all of which turned out perfectly. Russ told me he's been in the business for 30+ years, and let me tell you, it definitely shows. He worked very quickly, but always took time to answer my questions.
