Whenever I'm in the area, I always try to stop by Landmark, I think they have become my favorite boba spot in Las Vegas, displacing a certain other boba spot that has been my top for a long time. It's a little pricey, but I think on par with most boba costs nowadays and their portion sizes are reasonable, so it's still a special-occasion treat for me. They have something called teapresso, which is specially made with something similar to an espresso machine. In my opinion, the flavor tastes a lot more deep than usual milk tea, so we really loved all of the drinks we've ordered from this part of the menu, with my favorite being their smokey oolong. We still adjust it to ~75% sweetness and it's perfect for those who don't love it very sweet. The ambiance is okay, some surfaces are little sticky? And all of the games with playing cards were especially sticky, which I understand will happen, but I recommend just getting rid of them or replacing them from time to time for sanitary purposes. read more

It's more of a tourist trap than a destination. Landmark Tea is the newest incarnation of the business that used to be Ding Tea. It's right next to Co Anh and typically has enough parking available since it's in a sprawling plaza. Although I go to the SF Superstore here fairly regularly, I've avoided trying Landmark since the prices are a bit high compared to other bubble tea shops. However, I was feeling adventurous today and saw a particular menu item which I thought sounded delicious. Spoiler alert: it was not. The Toffee Tiramisu Cream ($6.90), under the tea latte section, was the target of my fancy. Obviously those are both great dessert-y flavors if you can get them. I've even had a tiramisu milk tea once, from out of state, and really enjoyed it. This was not anywhere close to that level. The main issue is that it didn't taste like a "toffee tiramisu" tea. Yes, there were some toffee or cocoa flavors in the cream, and I'm guessing that there was espresso powder sprinkled atop the cream. However, the tea gave an unmistakable impression of coconut, and it overpowered anything that was in the cream. Moreover, the combination did not taste rich enough. I did appreciate that the less sweet (75%) level was actually less sweet than I expected, and the less ice adjustment seemed fine too. But it was simply not the advertised flavor. I'm also surprised that they took a little too long to make the drink. I wouldn't have minded waiting if there were any other customers at all, but it just felt off. Perhaps they were looking up the recipe or searching around for a seldom used ingredient? I received zero results when I searched the Yelp photos of this listing for "tiramisu" earlier. I'll have to pass next time on Landmark Tea. There are so many other options around that I don't need to be paying a premium for a beverage that doesn't match what I ordered. read more

Decided to stop by due to popularity of the Mango Sticky Rice drink and loved it! I had asked to add boba, but the employee recommended that the drink itself would suffice. I'm glad I listened because with the boba added, there would have been too much going on (mango chunks, sticky rice, and slush). The drink was perfect by itself! Mango Sticky Rice Slushy ftw!! 4.5 stars but rounding up to 5 to support a local business. We were in need of a refreshment, and decided to check out Landmark Tea for their unique drinks. They were located in a plaza off the Strip, in the larger Chinatown area. Their menu had a good amount of caffeine free drink options, although they were called lattes, which was slightly confusing. They had a huge variety of toppings, and some were also really unique: brown sugar crystal boba, chewy herbal jelly and sweet sticky rice. Premium toppings were $0.95, and other toppings were $0.75. They weren't busy yet when we stopped by at 3pm on a Saturday. I was craving tea so I decided to drop by. The cashier was super friendly and patient while I was trying to decide what to get. You can customize your drink and I love that! I ended up getting the Taro, Boraan x coconut, peach oolong tea and oolong milk tea. The taro had real taro paste and I substituted the boba for the homemade grass jelly. I really enjoyed this milk tea and the grass jelly. It's really different because it's chewy in texture. The Boraan was a little too sweet for me but the flavor was pretty interesting and tasty! I asked for zero sugar and it was still sweet so maybe it's presweetened. The oolong milk tea and peach oolong were solid teas. The peach was refreshing! I was intrigued with the popular mango sticky rice drink and decided on it with added boba. It was okay. The mango topping wasn't very ripe and the rice portion wasn't exactly what I had hoped. This is some of the best boba in Las Vegas! All of the drinks are super unique and unlike anything you can find at the other boba shops around the area. The milk teas are really creamy and don't taste artificial, and the frappes are super refreshing and cooling. My favorite drink is the Mango Sticky Rice Frappe. The mango frappe itself tastes like fresh mango, but the really unique part of this drink is the actual grains of sticky rice, which might seem weird but it gives the same vibe as chewy boba. It's everything great about the classic mango sticky rice dessert but in a refreshing drink form. Some other drinks I like are the Nam-Hom Coco Milky and the Oh My Pistachio. The Nam-Hom Coco Milky tastes like a coconut ice cream with the sweet nutty flavor of young coconut. Since there's pieces of coconut blended in, it makes the drink creamy and also leaves little chunks of coconut. The Oh My Pistachio tastes like pistachio ice cream which is great if you love pistachios like me. It's super nutty, creamy, and delicious. read more

The mango sticky rice tasted just like the dessert with a sweet sticky rice slurry on the bottom & sweet mangoes throughout. The coco milky was more mild in sweetness and had thin shredded young coconut bits in it. Definitely a place we would come back to get these drinks or try another of their frappe special drinks! If I could give 1,000 stars, I would give it to the Mango Sticky Rice Slushy. This was one of the best items we had on our recent Vegas trip! I reallyyyyy wish I could get this somewhere in my hometown. If you like Mango Sticky Rice, just get this. My husband doesn't really care for Mango Sticky Rice, but even he loved it. There is sweet sticky rice at the bottom. I believe it has been blended a bit so you're not eating full grains of rice like in the actual dessert. But instead they're smaller bits of rice so you can easily drink it through the straw. Layered on top of that is the most refreshing mango slush. I'd say the consistency is between a slush and a smoothie--and dang, is it so cooling and flavorful. There's also fresh mango bits on top. The whole thing is just a ~masterpiece~ Ugh. Came here after a hearty lunch at 888 Japanese BBQ located in the same shopping plaza. The cashier at the front was incredibly upbeat and enthusiastic to take my order which immediately gave me *good vibes*. There is a large selection of standard drink options but this review is for the Mango Sticky Rice slushy which if you're a fan of Thai sticky rice mango dessert - you MUST GET THIS! I wouldn't even describe this as a drink more so a dessert in a cup. There are chunks of fresh & blended mango and the sticky rice ties it all together. Located nex to Shabuya AYCE, this is a cute little shop cafe with plenty of drink options. We asked the workers what is popular and they recommended the mango sticky rice drink and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC. This tea shop is extremely cute inside! There is not a lot of seating inside for large parties, but it's great for small groups. They have board games available and a TV mounted on the wall that plays movies. The workers are also welcoming as soon as you walk through the glass door. We ordered the Mango Sticky Rice, which I was told was completely dairy-free. It took about 5 minutes for the drink to be made (we were the only ones in the shop at the time we ordered). The drink itself was cold and gave me a brain freeze, but there were quite a few bits of mango chunks in the mango purée. The coconut milk balanced out the tartness of the mango, and it was not too sour or too sweet. There wasn't a lot of sticky rice in the drink, but it was okay for us as we had just had AYCE sushi right before. My husband didn't order anything for himself, but once he tried my drink, he ended up drinking half of it. The location is in a good area as it is near a lot of popular Asian restaurants. I got the Borran coffee and thought it was excellent my wife got their milk tea and she said it was great. A nice brew tea, not from powder. I'm a pretty traditional Boba milk tea type of person, however, I was willing to give this a try given some of the rave reviews I came across on Yelp for this newer boba tea shop. Traditional Boba milk tea originates from Taiwan. Immediately right off the bat in reviewing their menu, I knew that this was not your traditional place. I confirmed that the owners are Thai. We opted to try their Thai green milk tea, strawberry Cheesecake frappe, and Red Bull Jelly Boom frappe. Their non milk tea drinks definitely are unique and if that is your thing, then I would definitely recommend giving it a try. The strawberry fruit lover in our party was definitely in heaven with their Strawberry Cheesecake frappe. It comes with many ingredients that resemble a true cheesecake in a drink. The Red Bull Jelly Boom was filled with fruit jellies and definitely had the expected tart Red Bull flavor. I was not a big fan of the Thai green milk tea, however, that is expected giving my affinity for more traditional drinks. It definitely would be a drink for someone who may like the traditional Thai milk tea drinks. One thing that bothered me about the milk tea was that it appeared that it came pre-made as I saw the barista pouring the drink out from a container stored in a refrigerator. Service was friendly, and prices were on the higher side with our frappe drinks nearing $7 and the milk tea nearing $6 before the added boba topping cost. I come to Vegas about once a year, and I typically like to try new places each time. I have yet to still find a boba shop that comes close to my favorite that has been around for at least a decade.
