Bought some banh mi from next door and saw good reviews from this place. Decided to give it a try. Unsure if they arw owners or workers but the female was friendly. I saw a plaque in Thai and learned they are from Bangkok. No wonder mango sticky rice is on the menu. Gor my drink very quickly and tasted good. I requested less ice and the lady recommended to stick with 100% sweetness. There are actual passionfruit pulps which I LOVE! I only wish there is a little more crystal bobas. The mango sticky rice frappe is like a mango smoothie mixed with coconut milk then topped with mangoes and the sweet sticky rice is at the bottom. It is filling and good! They have a bunch of toppings for your drinks too such as sweet sticky rice, fresh taro paste and taro balls, and cheese mousse! 2. The Ruby Berrry tea is berry good! They have teas made fresh with their teapresso machine! The Ruby Berry consists of green tea with muddled strawberries and crystal boba! Perfect for a hot day! 3. Adorable interior and great customer service! The gentleman who helped us let us try the crystal boba as we had never heard of it before. It is made with konjac and while not as chewy as boba, it is like popping boba meets regular boba and have a baby named Crystal! Try it! Other boba tea spots have come and gone in this space. I've decided I need to try out some new places lately and I'm glad I gave this ship a chance. Their menu is very creative and stands out compared to other tea shops. They have niche offerings that other places don't tend to have. I tried their Thai coffee with tiramisu cheese foam. It was really good and tasted like authentic Thai coffee. Next time I would really like to try their tea-spresso(?)drinks which I think would be a more concentrated tasting milk tea. One complain I have about other milk tea places is that there isn't usually a strong tea flavor. I'm assuming that their tea-spresso will be a nice solution for that. This place stands out from other boba places for the fresh ingredients they use. There are fresh promegrate seeds in the blood moon drink, which gives the drink an overall refreshing taste. They put real taro in ube lava slush. I love getting bits of taro in the drink. It's rich, and not too overwhelming. Their honey bobas are yummy. Stopped by real quick after dinner to grab a drink. They're new and they have some interesting items on the menu. I decided to go for their Blood Moon, which was a pomegranate green tea with chewy grass jelly. I also decided to get it at 50% sweet cause most places give me diabetes in cup. My husband decided to go for their Mango Sticky Rice. My husband is lactose intolerant so we had to be very careful with choosing his drink. We asked a ton of questions on what didn't have dairy/caffeine and the cashier was able to answer all of our questions. I was pretty skeptical that the Mango Sticky Rice didn't have diary (condensed milk has a lot of lactose FYI) so we did ask what was in the drink. They let us know that it was coconut milk, mango syrup, fructose syrup, and rice. My friends went with the Mango Mania at regular sweet and Boraan x Coco at 25% sweet. At 50% sweet, the Blood Moon was definitely not diabetes. It had the tang from the pomegranate. I think they rely on the syrup for flavor and for sweetness so at 50% off, it lacks a lot of fruity flavor. Their tea was extremely strong too. Maybe 75% would be a good choice next time. Still good though! The Mango Sticky Rice is really delicious and it is also very filling. It can be a meal itself! I would definitely recommend this drink if you don't mind taking up some space in your stomach. The Mango Mania was definitely Mango Mania. It had no tea flavor. It just tasted like syrup + water so I would advise against getting a fruity drink at 100% sweet haha. The Boraan x Coco was very delicious. For those people who have tried coconut coffee before, it's similar except this is coconut coffee milk tea. DEFINITELY recommend if you like coconut coffee. Overall decent. Service is great but the wait for our drinks was a little long. Wouldn't mind coming back for the Boraan x Coco! read more

I was early to a nail appointment nearby and decided to see what was around to kill some time. My go-to boba is about a mile down the street, while this was within walking distance. I took advantage of the cool weather and gave Landmark Tea a shot. I am glad I did! While this still doesn't beat my personal favorite boba spot, the interior was cute, location convenient, and staff outstanding. The cashier was sooo sweet! She is fantastic with customer service! I ordered the Hokkaido milk tea with boba at 75% sweetness. Super yummy! The boba is fresh and warm, not too chewy... just how I like! I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious!!! We were visiting an eatery nearby and walked past this place. They are a fairly new boba drink shop specializing in Thai flavors. The place is very clean and there is some seating in the front and along the side wall. The employees and manager were all very friendly, patient, and helpful. We ordered several drinks including Sunrise Tea, Lychee Sparkling, and Mango Sticky Rice Slushy. They were all delicious and made well! I highly recommend the Mango Sticky Rice Slushy made with fresh mango chunks and sticky rice. Yummy!! Because the menu was unique and extensive, it took me a while to order. The girl that served me and my party was calm and reassuring with my choices when she noticed me being confused and indecisive. I ended up getting the oh my pistachio with boba and sticky rice. Whoever thought sticky rice and a smoothie would go good together deserves to win the Nobel peace prize. So good. The pistachio flavor on the other hand was watered and down and almost tasteless. Even with 100% sweetness, it lacked any sense of pistachio flavor. One of the best refreshments place to go to. Near spring mountain in the spring oaks shopping center. Greeted with an awesome team who gave us time to look through the menu. We definitely came in the right time spacious floor and accessible seats to use when waiting. Decided to go with the Hokkaido Black milk tea for an extra $1 they made it into a slush topped with crystal boba. I enjoyed the sleek looking beverage cups they use. The second drink was one of their newer items called the moon grape slush topped with Crystal boba. The new item is unique. The drinks definitely helped swayed off the heat. My favorite drink to get from all boba spots is a strawberry matcha with no added sweetener and landmark has one of the best. They use a fresh strawberry puree on the bottom topped with high quality matcha. You can adjust the sugar level, ice level, and milk type on their drinks. Additionally the staff is always so kind and happy to answer any questions about the drinks. PK is always very kind.
