Good spot for a savory treat! I got the Moroccan lamb roll and peri peri chicken bun and enjoyed both. The fried lamb roll reminded me of a Japanese korokke, but stronger meat flavor and less fluffy roll. The peri peri chicken bun was slightly spicy and well flavored, but I thought the bun was a bit too thick.

The best Pasteis de Nata in Seattle by far! If you're in Pike Place, this is a must stop. The tart is perfectly crispy, flaky, and has a hint of orange which adds such a nice brightness. And the custard is rich and just so good. I would eat everyday if I could! Aside from the Portuguese egg tarts, they have an amazing selection of African-inspired pastries which were amazing! You really can't go wrong with any of them. They are a grab-n-go service so it's super fast and the staff is so friendly. Definitely stop by!

Due to construction, Lands of Origin was temporarily posted up next to Mee Sum Pastry and their display case definitely convinced me to pick up some of their items. It's less popular than some of the other Pike Place Staples, but the quality of the items I tried were stellar. Definitely not cheap though, but Pike Place isn't exactly the place to go if you're looking for a steal. Fried Lamb Bun (4.25/5): The outside was lightly crunchy and the dough was fluffy. My concern with stuffed brioches is always that I'm worried, they'll eat dry, but this one was delightful - stuffed to the brim with spiced lamb. It is slightly gamey if you're sensitive to that sort of thing, but I personally thought it was fantastic. Pastel De Nata (4.25/5): I really loved the crust, just insanely flaky and buttery. The egg custard was smooth, but the lemon flavor in it threw me off a bit. Personal preference (cough nostalgia cough): I didn't need the acidity, but if someone told me this was their favorite version of an egg tart, I would totally understand.

    Pasteis de Nata, delicious!

Was strolling in pike place market the other day and my eyes caught an image of one of my favorite pastries of all time, the Portuguese Pasteis de Nata. I mentally bookmarked the place and today I decided to try it. Got there at 10AM, they were opening and were still waiting for the goods to be delivered by their kitchen I guess. I waited and finally the van arrived with the goods. Got two Pasteis still warm, freshly baked. OMG they were delicious, the puff pastry shell was super crunchy and the filling was warm and custardy, with a hint of cinnamon. They bake them in taller molds than the original, so they're a bit bigger, but delicious nonetheless. The only nitpick I have is that the custard was a bit grainy, but WTH, it was delicious. I'll need to try their food too sooner or later! Great find!

Located near Pike Place Market. Portuguese egg tart. I'm used to Asian Egg Tarts so I was thrown off by the cinnamon. I've never had a Portuguese egg tart before so maybe that is a traditional spice used. The crust was perfectly flaky. I was just not a fan of the flavor.

The pastry part was light and crispy.

This place i stumbled across since we didn't expect to buy egg custards at likes place. They definitely by taste get 5 stars bu 5.00a custard is expensive. It is yummy yum but i don't know if I could give it 5 stars overall. My rating goes by taste, price and service. We got 4 and it cost 20.00 a lot for 4 custard. But definitely yummy yum yum

We came here as a part of the food tour, and I was pleasantly surprised with the food here. I loved the Jamaican meat pie, and I returned after the food tour to buy more. I also got the fried Moroccan lamb rolls to go. Both were rich in flavors, and the spicy sauce that came with them complemented the flavors so well. They also offer Ethiopian coffee ceremony which I will try one day!

Friendly staff which is a must if I'll ever return, loved the light and not too sweet pastel. Loved the spicy veggie shakshuka and sambusa. The little pike place walkup was warm and inviting. I would definitely go back to try something again.

Stopped by the shop as part of a coffee tour. The experience was amazing and the coffee so yummy. We tried the sambuscand they were great!! The owner was so lovely and the coffee and sambusas good that I bought a treat for later. It was a flakey cone with a rose cream inside. It was definitely floral and I could see where some people would not enjoy that part of it but I loved the uniqueness of the taste and the flakiness of the pastry was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

The Mozambique style pastel de nata was very very tasty! Would definitely come back to try more! All their vegetarian options were sold out for savory items unfortunately but I want to try them!

Came around 4 PM on a Sunday and there was practically no one there. I waited for a couple in front of me, who was being helped by an incredibly friendly worker who was explaining to them what the different items were. I was interested in the savory items, and I got the peri peri chicken bun. It was served warm and had quite good flavor! I'd definitely get it again and try some of their other items.

However we continued for one more day and he has had no relapse. That said, not all pet illnesses or discomfort can be cured with herbal formulas and so we do not disregard seeing his veterinarian for a diagnosis for anything alarming or persistent and he is vaccinated. However, we do support and enhance positive health, his and ours, through diet first which can include health enhancing formulas which I prefer to make myself rather than trusting formulas that are not regulated and can contain whatever ingredients profiteers without consciences want to put in them. Was thrilled to find such an apothecary in the Seattle metro because it allows me to know exactly what I gave my sweet doggie during his discomfort and I can obtain formulas or make them myself to support our family's health as needed.
