Love this place! Located on 99 super close to Greenlake Park. Great store for all your Mexican food…read moreneeds and products. Nice hot sauce selection, dried peppers, beverages, pan dulce, and meats and cheeses. The store isn't very large and aisles are short and tight, but selves are well stocked and organized. There is also hot food in the back, like a small restaurant. The food is buffet style so you just walk up to the counter and let the server know what you want. I got a chili relleno with rice and beans. I also got some of their carnitas. The chili relleno was delicious and made in the traditional way. I really enjoyed eating that. Rice and beans were not the best that I had, but were decent. Their tamales are also very good. They are seasoned well and the masa is tender. I wish I had something positive to say about the carnitas, but I don't. That was my least favorite. They were very dry and almost crispy when I had them and lacked flavor. I might have come on a bad day for those. If you want cabeza, they have that there a part of the buffet as well. There is parking available on the south side of the building and in the back. The owner is super nice, friendly, and helpful. I was looking for a specific hot sauce for my sister and asked him about it. He didn't have the brand I was looking for, but recommended a similar one. I trusted his rec and bought it. My sister loves it and now she has a new favorite and wants more. Great place to support!

Nicest people around! Great service!…read more I went to Lina's tires to get my tires changed and walked right over and it's literally like a small piece of so much culture in here. I'm on a diet restriction so I just got the pollo tamale and OMG. Literally the best I've ever had and that's saying muchos. The guy helping me got me just filtered water too after I told him I have restrictions and can't drink all the amazing options they have. Honestly so worth finding parking to go here.

I was 100% sure that I would look like an idiot trying to recreate a delicacy that is made with such grace. Tracy made it easy and fun for us to enjoy ourselves while making some outstanding sushi. Everything is set up to be foolproof (for the most part, I still found a way to mess a few things up), so you don't have to worry about it. You'll be interacting with others who are making things for the first time, and are just looking for a different type of date night. Tracy was also teaching us methodology and science behind why sushi is made a certain way in Japanese culture, even going as deep as helping us prepare rice to a certain temperature before using it. And it's good that they make the process simple here, because you're making your own dinner at the end of the night. The sushi class is a fun one, because you eat as the night goes on. You start off by making a couple hand rolls, then some another sushi course (blanking on the name), and end up making a massive sushi cake as the final dish, something I have never even seen or heard of before. I love what the pantry is doing for the community by having these cooking classes, and I can't wait to get back in here to try some more.

Appreciated the option for a glass of wine or seasonal housemade soda drink. It took three hours, which was in part because it was a little disorganized. That's long time to sit there. The room is beautiful and well equipped. I would go back.

But the real problem is the exorbitant prices and the shoppers here look more than willing to pay those prices, so they must be really very well off. Typical prices are 25% to 40% higher than Safeway or Fred Meyer and that's not an exaggeration. Most of the deli salads are $10 a pound or more which is crazy high. The deli sandwiches are delicious and they are high price but they are well loaded with food about $9 each. Fresh lamb cuts are $15.99 a pound; fresh hamburger $10 a pound. Eggs are $9.00 a dozen and more. Talenti gelato is $6 a pint which is $1.50 higher than Amazon Fresh. I really don't buy much here except things like the deli sandwiches or hard to find soft drinks like Fentiman's, which are a real treat. The rest is just too expensive. Freezer manager: check them. There is a LOT of frost on the ice cream and frozen treats. You probably have a seal leak somewhere. I really liked the Skagit Valley Deli Chicken Sandwich, esp. when heated.
