I saw this bakery on a YouTube channel I was watching and made this a stop. This was a perfect bakery to stop in after a 5 mile walk at centennial park. I admittedly ate way more than I should have, but equally enjoyed the strawberry, matcha and bacon pastries. The matcha fizzy was slightly sweet but didn't overpower the drink. It was balanced perfectly with matcha and fizz. They also have gluten free options to enjoy.

This bakery is unassuming, but now I know why they had such a long line. They offer both Asian, and French inspired treats. I got the jalapeño bread, warmed, and I couldn't wait for my drink to be ready before I basically swallowed it whole. I really enjoyed the matcha lemonade, and the world cookies reminded me of a better version of Mexican wedding cookies.

Friendly staff greeted us when we walked in. First time there and was impressed with the variety. We go so much and for Seattle and it being under $25, that's a good deal. The pastries were delicious. Would make the drive here again! There's a small parking lot to the side of the bakery.

Saw this bakery on my way to work and was intrigued. SO GLAD I STOPPED IN Holy moly, quite literally the best dessert items I've ever had. They know what they're doing. Small place, no where to sit inside (a couple small tables outside), they serve coffee too (I did not get any). Service was kind, I didn't feel rushed which is always nice and all items reasonably priced. I hate that I came in because I WILL be back lol

For me, no trip to Seattle is complete without a trip to Fuji Bakery. I'm incredibly envious of the locals who get to indulge on the sugary treats and the endless carbs that this place is known for. The variety is excellent, the vibe is extra chill and incredibly local. I would kill for something like this in my neck of the woods. Seating is is limited to a couple of two seaters outside, but that's really it. Parking is also a small lot to the side of the building, and my last two visits have been on the street along Elliot Ave. The latter is not generally recommended, but doable in a pinch. Their ube and matcha malasadas are excellent. The breading is light and the ube filling is perfect. Their danishes may look ordinary, but they're delightful and indulgent. The variety of croissants are impressive, but the butter and almond croissants stand out for their simplicity and addictive qualities. It might sound dramatic, but the sandos are so good that I'd come back just for those. The egg salad sando is an instant foodgasm and the chicken katsu is superb. The price is reflective of the quality (i.e. a tinge expensive) of the pastries and the staff is fairly good about recommendations and are quite good about moving the line along. I already know Fuji is in the cards again when I'm back in the Pacific NW.

I've passed by this bakery previously and noticed it from its bright pink color! I went on a weekend morning and surprisingly the line wasn't too bad. There were probably 4-5 parties ahead of us and the line moves fairly fast depending on how much people order. We ordered the pear croissant, the milk stick, and the crunchy cream malasada which were all pretty good. Solid flavors and textures. We also got the berry chocolate cake, which has raspberry jam on the inside and meringue dollops on top. It was really good and not too sweet. They serve Fulcrum coffee, and the iced latte is really good too.

I wasn't able to get a lot of pics since we were in a bit of a rush, but I took a quick pic of our assorted pastries they packaged up for us. We sampled one of each Malasada - Crunchy Cream - Ube - Lilikoi (passion fruit) - Matcha - Strawberry The fillings were light and fresh tasting. They had a good amount of filling as well. I wish they had other options besides sugar tossed malasada's. I enjoy mine powdered or plain, which is probably why the crunchy cream was my most liked of them all. The beef curry had a slightly intense curry flavor. Borderline too intense for some, but for me it was quite enjoyable. I wasn't a fan of their hot dog bread. Maybe because there wasn't much hot dog. If it's going to be a hot dog themed baked good, I want hot dog in every bite please lol. I would definitely like to come back and try other items as they had a large assortment of baked goods. It's a cute little bakery with friendly staff. It's bright pink outside so you can't miss it and there is a small parking lot located to the side of the building. Stop by and judge for yourself.

This location has a lot more items than their location in International district! They have a huge selection of pastries, Asian baked goods, donuts, some sandwiches and more. They also have some seating inside and outside as well as a small parking lot as well. We grabbed some pastries to-go to enjoy at Kerry Park. We got a cream puff, and an ube malasada. The cream puff was MASSIVE! The biggest cream puff I've seen, it was delicious and like 90% cream. The ube malasada was also yummy, the donut was light and airy and not overly sweet. Next time I want to try one of their Japanese sandos!

Pretty solid! We went on a Saturday morning and the place was packed! The parking is quite tricky so I recommend either getting there quite early or parking elsewhere. We parked in the taco time parking lot and had one person stay in the car. They had a good variety of pastries but things like the donuts were selling quite fast! We got a chocolate chip cookie, an egg sandwich, and an ube donut! The donut had a great flavor but I would say flour box donuts have a better overall donut! The egg sandwich was quite good but I don't think I would get it again for $8. The chocolate chip cookie was HUGE!!! The classic American chocolate chip cookie was named quite accurately. Perfectly chewy, good chocolate chip distribution, and nicely sweet! Nothing stood out too much but everything was very good!

We've officially become regulars at Fuji Bakery and I am not mad about it! We stopped in one weekend during their birthday celebration, and now I can't imagine a weekend without one of their malasadas. I've tried every malasada flavor (commitment, I know), and my top recs are the crunchy one (rolled in cornflakes with vanilla custard inside--amazing texture and flavor) and the Azuki, which is always so satisfying. My partner is more of a savory pastry fan, and Fuji has been the perfect addition to our weekend bakery rotation, she tries something new every time and loves it. Bonus points: the coffee here is consistently excellent, service is super fast and always friendly, and the prices are really reasonable for the quality and location. We are forever fans now!

Iced Latte and Jumbo Cream Puff

Been wanting to try their treats for so long and it didn't disappoint! Their Jumbo Cream Puff was everything I was looking for in a dessert. Creamy yet airy and so full of the delicious custard cream. I had no trouble finishing it even after a full meal. Paired with their strong Iced Latte, this was an amazing time. Their Lilikoi Malasada was good too. Dough was light and airy and the filling was nicely tart. Definitely want to try more from them!

Wow, the baked goods here are so good. I got the crunchy cream Malasada which is their most popular flavor and a curry bun. The malasada was fluffy and the cream was subtly sweet. The curry bun was the best curry bun I've ever had (not that I've tried that many curry buns). The outside was crispy and baked to perfection. It's a must try. There was a small line and I do hear they sell out. I came at noon on Sunday which wasn't too bad.

Are you kidding me??? This is the best eat in Seattle. Just wow!! We are from Southern Oregon and we stopped here on our last day. Every single thing we got was absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, and the establishment is clean. 10/10 recommend. I'm sure anything you try here will be amazing

Located in the Seattle Center Armory, along with many other food vendors, Big Mike's Sandwich Company is serving up huge cheesesteaks, chopped cheese, and other East Coast-style subs. For $25, I picked up the cheesesteak and fries combo. Not a terrible price for the portion. Waited about 10-15 minutes for the sandwich to come out. You order on a tablet here, and then they call your name. It's a small storefront, so you really have to stay nearby to hear your name being called in the large space that is the Armory. Not much interaction with staff. Plenty of seating throughout the Armory, though shared with other restaurants. The food came out piping hot. Obviously, they cook everything fresh to order because the inside of the fries was like lava. The fries were thick-cut and seasoned to perfection. The sandwich was good. I thought some pieces of the steak were a bit tough, and the roll seemed a bit over-steamed or possibly stale. A good sandwich and decent portion, nonetheless. I'm still going 5 stars here. I think Big Mike's is a great choice if you want a hearty, meat-filled sandwich and you happen to be in the area. However, I think you could be happy with another dining option in the Armory, too. My kids loved the MOD Pizza nearby. While there isn't anything wildly unique going on at Big Mike's, they are still pushing out great sandwiches at reasonable prices with a no-frills ordering process.

For this visit, i came here on a Saturday noon after finding literally everywhere else I wanted to eat at full or plagued by long lines. I mean here also has long lines but it goes by quick. Staff are proactive on grabbing your stuff, toasting them if you want them to, and bringing out your orders after paying. There's a ton of sandwich options, and all are on display along with their ingredients. You can either get half a sandwich for $7 or a whole one for $13, and there are other baked goods like baked potatoes, pasta bake and shepherd's pie. Seating consists of wall seating that you need to bus yourself. and water and napkins are self-serve. I got half of a roasted beef and gorgonzola sandwich, and my bestie got half of a crispy chicken sandwich. We also shared a chicken and parmesan pasta bake, all of which we asked to be toasted. - My bestie's crispy chicken sandwich's chicken could have been more crispy. There wasn't too much pepper seasoning on it either. - The chicken and parmesan pasta bake tasted more like mac and cheese, and wasn't the best. - The real winner for both of us was my roasted beef and gorgonzola. Normally I don't enjoy blue cheese because of how pungent it tastes, but this sandwich - along with the nicely caramelized onions - gave a fresh, savory taste and even enhanced the flavor profile of the roast beef for both of us. My bestie went back at a later time just to have their roasted beef and gorgonzola, so it's clear we have a favorite here! I'm down to find more favorites and go-tos in future visits.
