Amazing food!! Shrimp ceviche was fantastic. Chicken nachos, steak and chicken fajitas with homemade flour tortillas all drinks we ordered were good.

originally came here for the views and ambiance, ended up coming back 3 more times for the oysters! this is the spot to visit for super fresh seafood and with the best view of the sunset. also try the tamarind margarita. service is always friendly and attentive. it's a must visit for me every time i am in PV.

Stumbled upon this place during our walk. They have wine on happy hour, I believe they also had pina coladas and margaritas. I got some white wine which btw was amazing. I also did get a pina colada (not pictured) which my boyfriend took from me bc he loved it so much. I got some pasta and my bf got some steak. I got a few pieces from his steak and WOW was it good. The view was really nice as you're seated on the beach but they also have some seating inside the restaurant.

This place is amazing. We had a sunset view with a great dinner. The food is reasonably priced and very flavorful. They were very attentive to our needs. I would totally recommend. The are a lot of local vendors trying to sell you stuff but if you say no they are fairly respectful.

Excellent ceviche! Jorge is one of the best and proudest, nicest and most accommodating servers I've seen. The playa de Los muertos views and people passing by are fantastic. This is what vacation should be! It is pricey (but totally worth it for the views and quality) and their wine list is very short (and mostly cheap Chilean). Great beer and cocktails selection.

Visiting as a tourist there's so many restaurants along the beach , this place has a unique name and me and my family decided to stop by our food was amazing and service was excellent ! The scenery is amazing and it's even better during sunset . Definitely worth visiting !

We ordered the spaghetti, Bolognese and the spaghetti carbonara. It is absolutely amazing.!

My waiter was absolutely amazing! The spaghetti Bolognese is what I ordered and it was very tasty. My daughter ordered the spaghetti carbonara and she said it was very creamy and had a lot of flavor. I recommend this place if you come to PVR.

What a great place to stroll by and hang for a strong Margarita and some wonderful foods The beach location is in the heart of a lot of foot traffic and action with a great view of the pier

This has been one our go to places while visiting PV. The waiters, waitresses and managers are always friendly and professional (Julian, Sophia, Abraham and Emilio). The music is good, the sunset view and the food is always delicious. Happy hour is 5-7 PM, long enough to enjoy the scene and sunset.

We came here specifically for the red snapper and did not leave disappointed. Service was excellent. We called ahead to see if they had the red snapper and when we got to the restaurant without ever meeting us prior he said my friend..you called! Jorge (?!?) stayed consistent the entire visit which made it more of a personalized experience for us. Anyways, the snapper was amazing and I myself got a pasta with cream sauce and garlic bread served piping hot as well as a side of guacamole to go with the complimentary chips. The frozen strawberry margarita was the perfect addition to dinner. For a place on the beach/ or with beach views and a great price I'd recommend this restaurant. Our bill was only $18-ish USD. The only slightly annoying thing is the people on the beach constantly trying to sell you stuff but that's typical for this area and has nothing to do with the business directly. A simple no gracias works.

Very reasonable price brunch or dinner and best food for all you have a view and of the beach.

Possibly the best location in PV, beautiful view of the dock, great service, just fun and friendly and good food and good times. Apologies again to our server; my niece became ill and was doing very poorly at dinner; she was horrified that they would think that it was them. It wasn't. She was feeling bad on our way to dinner and went downhill fast. Langostinos was wonderful, my sister and I loved our food, and my niece did also until the sunburn and sleep deprivation and jetlag did her in. Great place, definitely will return (when everyone is healthy)

Nice location but the food was bland. Margaritas are above average. Ceviche lacked any real flavor as did the guacamole.

We took a break after appetizers, ordered a round of margaritas, and went to sit on the beach to watch the sunset.

It's thicker, more cheesy than what I've ever had before and very delicious. We paired that with the prime rib tacos, it was a plate stacked with meat and 4 tortillas under it, more than we could eat. The seasoning was great, it was diced so small that it was easy to eat. I got a virgin strawberry margarita, the wife got a coke. It was very affordable.

Here's a stronger, balanced version that includes those details while keeping the review credible:…read more I was honestly surprised to see this place rated so highly because our experience was pretty disappointing. We ordered the ribeye, al pastor, and chorizo tacos. The ribeye had so much fat that we had to pick through it just to eat it. The al pastor was very average - I've had much better at plenty of other taco spots. The biggest disappointment was the chorizo. It wasn't traditional chorizo at all; it looked and tasted more like chopped-up hot dogs. We barely touched it because it wasn't what we ordered expecting, and it just wasn't good. The presentation also wasn't appealing. The meat was simply piled on top of two tortillas, making everything messy and difficult to eat. They were also pretty stingy with the grilled jalapeños. The salsas didn't do the food any favors either. None of them really stood out, and the green guacamole salsa actually tasted like it had gone bad, so we stopped eating it. Service was attentive, but almost too attentive. Staff kept coming by every few minutes to ask if we were finished or if we needed anything. While I appreciate good service, it made us feel like we were being rushed through our meal instead of being able to enjoy it at our own pace. Overall, I don't understand the high ratings based on our experience. With so many amazing taco spots in Puerto Vallarta, this one didn't come close to meeting the hype. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

They have an ever changing tasting menu that caters to the season in which it is in. None of the items are bad. A restaurant like this would be several hundreds of dollars if you visited in the states. The service is beyond kind and understanding with the language barrier. If the weather is nice I highly recommend sitting outside along the river. It's incredibly romantic. Please visit this restaurant if you are reading this. You won't regret it!

After spending 6 glorious days relaxing and eating our way through the city, we decided to have a special meal for our last night. And what an impeccable meal it was. We decided to do the tasting menu with the standard wine pairing and we are so happy we did. We were taken through a journey of amazing flavors, textures, food stories, and visuals. Each dish and glass of wine was described by our server with such detail I could not wait to dive right in. The wonderful reviews for Tintoque are absolutely validated and we highly recommend this fantastic restaurant.
