I walked into this lil place last night and was greeted by a smiling female. She was upbeat with a great attitude. I ordered a sm. Steak and cheese my cousin ordered a chicken cutlet. I ordered 2 sm Hawaiian Pizzas, the pizza was droopy due to the dough being thin so the weight of the cheese and pineapple and the ham weighted the slices down, so when you pull a slice all the toppings just falls off. And when you go to put the toppings back on, it will not stay on so you are forced to eat the toppings separately with a fork. I also ordered a LG steak and cheese, that was actually very tasty. Bread was toasted and it had a generous amount of steak but in my opinion the cheese was nowhere to be found. Maybe next time I'll ask for extra cheese. read more

I wanted to like this place but one time the meat is hard and the wrap is cold. They are unprofessional and inconsistent. They are not accountable, they will mess up your order and could care less, but sometimes you may encounter someone who is friendly. RIDICULOUSlY awful DELIVERY SERVICE!! 0 stars After waiting almost 1 hr and 30 mins for my food. It finally arrived!! I order at 7:55 it arrived at 9:40 PM!! I was told 30-45 minutes!! I asked the delivery person why it took so long (I only live less then 5 mins away) he said he tried calling but it was dead no answer. My line was free the entire time and no call. Anyways I eventually get my food, I asked how much? He replies " nothing " I say ok thank you. I walk towards my door.. i then see him waiting on the porch still fixing the delivery bag. I'm confused and ask "HOW MUCH?!!" He says again "Nothing" .. i lock my door and go upstairs and proceed to opening my food and warming it up because my foods cold at this point. 3 mins pass. My phone rings. He's yelling saying I owe him money and I need to bring it before he calls the police.., smh he claimed he said 19 & this isn't his normal delivery job.. I didn't even bother arguing with him gave him his money and proceeded inside my house b/c I know what I heard. The food was not only cold but the worst salad I've had from them no cheese instead they just put lettuce in a plastic container and burnt croutons .. ridiculous!! Two of those calls resulted in being told by the dismissive counter chic to "hold on" and then heard her inverse and joke around with a co worker while the phone sat there NOT onhold, just on the counter FOR 12 MINUTES until I hung up and called back. I love going into this place. The staff is super friendly. The owners are past employees of places I love already. So, it's nice to still be able to see familiar faces from the neighborhood. They treat you like family there, and I love it. My first meal from here was a steak tip dinner with yellow rice.... yes, I said YELLOW rice. I was so shocked to see that on the menu since I've never seen that in a shop like this. The rice was delicious and the steak was almost perfect. It was well seasoned but for people (not like me) who might not like salt, it was a little on the salty side. Good for me, maybe not for others. About 15% of the time you order from here it comes out wrong. They either forget something or include something I didn't want. Yes, they are friendly and nice, but that's not what I'm paying them for, is it? My latest complaint is that I order a greek salad w/chicken. I paid over $10 buck for it, and it was 85% lettuce. I don't have a rabbit, so that does me no good. They gave a huge portion of the cheapest ingredient. Am I supposed to be grateful? They could've layered the vegetables to ensure I have a balanced meal. Don't get me started on their Buffalo Chicken. Grilled chicken with hot sauce is NOT buffalo Chicken. Wow, finally a nice, clean, coordinated, and customer friendly pizzeria in Boston. I've been to ones in Dorchester, Roxbury, Hyde Park, J.P., and Mattapan. No disrespect to others but this is the best hands down. Been there like 5 times already and their food is always fresh and they treat their customers like family. One order was later in the night - close your business earlier if your hours are such a burden; the other was around dinner time - still raw dough. Totally Inedible (despite the crust in SOME places). The delivery driver has consistently asked to meet halfway down the street and refuses to get out of the car. Begs the question, who is paying whom?! Hate to sound like an ass, but these delivery drivers were tipped 20% in advance (In addition to delivery fee). read more
