The polish is patchy and all in all I'm a really disappointed. I've had to file them myself when I got back home to remove the rough edges left over. I spent approximately five hours at the salon, from around 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and paid about $100 before tip for a gel fill with ombré chrome and a gel pedicure. I tried to remain patient while my nails were redone multiple times, but the polish continued to bubble and crack. Even after several attempts, the final result was uneven, inconsistent, and did not match the colors I originally selected. The salon initially offered 10% off a future service, but that offer was withdrawn after I requested a refund for the $15 chrome upgrade that had not been done correctly. Because I had received a 5% cash discount on the original purchase, I was refunded only $14. Regardless of the calculation, the entire interaction felt frustrating after spending so much time trying to get the service corrected. Unfortunately, the problems continued after I left. The nails that had been repeatedly redone began cracking shortly afterward, and they felt noticeably thin from being worked on so many times. At that point, the service felt like a complete waste of both time and money. The most disappointing part was not simply that mistakes happened, but that multiple attempts to fix them still did not produce acceptable results. I also did not feel that the customer-service response appropriately reflected the amount of time I spent there or the poor final outcome. Based on the quality, durability, and handling of the situation, I would not return. I hope the salon improves its quality-control process, limits repeated filing when a service is not working, and handles refunds and corrections more consistently.

They were not in the building at 9:45. I left and walked around before deciding to give them another chance and at 10:05 they were finally open. Completely understand that we can be late at times but the previous day I went around 5:30 and they were closed when they're supposed to be opened until 7:30. All in all, I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it wasn't anything special. To me, the prices are a lot higher than the average place and can get better service elsewhere. I probably won't be heading there again. I will say the staff was really nice though!
