Tell me why I always come here and tip good I mean good ! I never get a complain even if it was busy about my nails and me not being able to get a design because of the busy day . I asked for cat eye and a gold French and michael was doing my nails and said oh we don't have cat eye . His colleague said that they did and he proceeded to do my nails . When he was doing my nails he said that there was some broken and starting huffing and puffing . Then 5 min later still doing my nails he said your not doing cat eye just French because it's too many people and I don't wanna look for it and then said did you hear what I said ? Horrible I went in to get my nails soaked off and an new set the tech pried my nails off and when I was in visible pain kept ripping them off. This place is really good for relaxing. Came on a whim while the rest of my party was at Publix doing grocery shopping (boring). The chairs are really nice (look new) with pedi bags. They give a great massage if you get the deluxe with so many cool scented lotions and scrubs. Loved the nice low key attitude and even got a hot stone massage. WORST MANICURE EXPERIENCE EVER DISGUSTED... DISRESPECTED... DISSATISFIED Wanted to enjoy a relaxing manicure and instead I left upset, in pain, and bleeding‼The guy who did my nails was extremely rude, short tempered, and annoyed that I only wanted a basic manicure and wasn't interested in "extras". He cut 2 fingers and my thumb so bad on my right hand that I finally pulled away and asked for someone else to finish the job. I was rudely informed that no one else was available (which was untrue... they had a lady standing behind a desk texting) My thumb bled so bad that I asked him to stop and just let me relax but he insisted on finishing quickly because other customers (who requested full set and pedi) had entered. He was more concerned over the money then taking care of the client! The next morning I woke up and my fingers and thumb were sore, swolllen, bleeding, and irritated. I am surprised by reading some of these recent reviews. This nail salon is my favorite. In a past, I tried quite a few and I was always disappointed with either service, quality, or prices. Amie's Nail and Spa has all of those. Great price, good service and quality products. Tina and her husband Danny are a great duo. They both do an awesome job. Tina does my nails and my feet, and I love her work. My nails look always wonderful. When Tina is busy, Danny does my nails and his work is as good as hers. The other day I mention to Tina that I would like to have that "Pumice Stone" for my heels, and the next time I went to do my nails, she had it for me. I was surprise, that she remembered it. Next time she gave me a great file for my nails. They go out of their way to please customers and make them fell special. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Tina or Danny, you will not be disappointed! read more

I am not one to give a bad review, However this experience warrants it. I came because of a recommendation of a female with beautiful nails. My technician this day was ill. I don't know if it was her sickness but she did the job of a 10-year-old on both my toes and my fingers. It looks like doodle art. I was so disappointed but it was her second try. Went here for a pedicure and to get pink & white tips put on about 2 months. Nick did a great job on my tips, but someone else did my pedi. Thought she did a great job, but about a week later I started getting a plantar ' s wart on one of my feet. This was the only place I could have gotten it. Hadn't gotten a pedi anywhere else in 6 months plus. Just figured no more pedis from here, but didn't hesitate to go back for a fill since my nails turned out so great. Nick was busy so someone else did my fill. It has been almost a week, and I have what I believe is now a fungus underneath my acrylic nail about where the fill line was. Needless to say, I will not be so stupid as to go back again and am now looking for a new salon. Nick is a great tech, but clearly the salon is not as sanitary as it looks! I asked for a specific nail color design and since she didn't know how to do it/ was in a rush; she made a sloppy design to hide the fact. They are very rude and don't specify prices. no ! i went to get my daughters eyebrows waxed today and we get quick service , great , the guys does my daughters brows and theyre ok then they start looking crooked. after me saying to stop he continues & takes so much out the middle & he put so much wax and burnt her skin... all he had to say was you can put makeup it will grow. so i ask the nail tech tommy " who the manger" he tells me guy who just did my eyebrows so im mad and walk to the door upset and tommy says "eyebrow pencil honey" they all act like it was no big deal , no apologies nothing my daughter walked away in tears and not one offered to fix. not only were they horrible but he left patches of hair . tomorrow picture day and she has burns on her face . never again will i go here , sadly ive been coming here since 2015 , this new management sucks!!! read more

My mother has been going to Amie Nail and Spa for quite sometime now for the past 7 years. I just moved here from NY so I'm already use to a certain type of way of getting a pedicure. So my mom takes me here and I swear I had the worst job done to my feet ever. A lady that had a white coat on which by the way I didn't get her name. She was doing my feet and my mother's feet at the sametime. She was doing everything in such a rush I didn't understand why our bill came up to $59 for 2 pedicures. First, she didn't even take the ingrown nail I had on my left big toe, then she didn't scrape the dead skin from my heels, then when she put the nail polish on my feet, she didn't put the second coat on nor she didn't put the clear polish for the finishing touch. So I ended up telling her about the second coat and she gave me attitude like if I ain't know what I was talking about. So she put the second coat of the nail polish AGAIN she didn't put the clear polish on but whatever. I was already getting aggravated, not to mention she cut me twice and when I said ouch she literally laughed in my face. I have pictures to prove she took some of my skin off and theres still dry blood there. Then when she was done, she didn't even clean the edges of my toes that needed to be clean from the nail polish. My mother said she don't normally go to her that she normally goes to a pregnant lady that wasn't there that day. My mom swears that these people are good but that LADY i will nevrr have her touch my toes or my hands ever! The worst service ever. Just had a fill in done- (initial set was also done by same place) however, I noticed it was lifting from the side after I left. I was unable to return until 2 days later; and when I returned to show the gentleman his work (who was friendly when he completed the fill-in), he blamed me for them lifting while also raising his voice!?! Not certain if it was due to me bringing it to his attention while he was with another customer- however this was very unprofessional! I'm not one to complain but because he charged me $25 for this and I ALWAYS tip $5 and more/ this was upsetting and I am VERY disappointed in the service provided to me. This Is the Worst place ever. One they do not fully explain the nail products. I went in to have nails put on and had sms put on. they did not explain that you are stuck with this color for ever. So I went in 3 weeks later for a fill and I picked out a color. She proceeded to tear off the tips that were glued to my nails, It hurt I even said twice out loud ouch and said to her is this normal and she said yes if you don't want the sms nails. Later I found out she was suppose to soak my nails off. I am now going to a new place which they do a great job and If any one asks me where I get them done I will tell them and then tell them where not to go and tell them why. This is a great place if you want to get a BAD, I mean REAL BAD nail fungus!! I went in this place to treat myself to a pedicure, only to come out with, not one, but TWO nail fungus' I will have for no less than a year of treatments to get rid of!!! The owner, Kevin, did absolutely NOTHING to help me out! He also tried to tell me that I got the infection somewhere else... HARDLY.. I've never had a pedicure in my life before here.. What a great treat! They obviously DO NOT keep their manicure tools clean, as this is the only way an infection/fungus can occur! I just stopped by after lunch. I am new to the area and it was the first location I found near my grocery store. I didn't have an appt but I didn't need to wait. Pretty decent prices, and they had a good selection of gel colors which was what I needed. My nails look like crap beforehand so thank goodness I got them touched up before the holidays. I think I spent around 40 for a pedicure and manicure, and my girl was nice enough to let me walk out with the slippers because I was wearing boots. All in all, it was nice. read more

I had a set of acrylic nails done here by Kevin and they're pretty bad. My hands do not match each other at all. I wanted bright neon yellow and ended up with a translucent yellow that looks orange on my nail bed with the tips a pale yellow. He rushed through them and was very rough. went in for a fill on gel nails i had done some where else on 2/6/15. a guy named david did my nails. drilled two of my cuticles so bad they were bleeding for 15 minutes. i asked for black polish, he said half top in black looks nice. it turned out to be almost a 3 hour job. the bottom half of my nails could clearly show my natural nail and the glue. not once did he let me wash all the powder stuff off. charged me 35$ for a horrific job, bleeding cuticles and a little fan blowing all that crap into my face. he was heavy handed and rough. this place blows. i should have gone back to exotic nails across the street. they were great. read more
