After a very long convention day, we were craving comfort food. We got here around 7pm on a Friday night. Plenty of tables, and we were seated immediately. My sister ordered a regular sized Brisket Pho -$13.95 - the bowl was VERY small. The soup was a tad sweeter than what were use to but the meat was very tender. I had their Grilled Chicken Vermicelli bowl that came with egg rolls -$13.50- generous portion, the scallion oil on top of the chicken was delicious! The marinade on the chicken was very well done, flavor of the filling for the egg roll was addictive. Interior is spacious and clean, service was friendly and not rushed. We tried this place for the first time after driving around, looking for a place to have soup. We were greeted promptly when we arrived and sat immediately. It is a very clean and welcoming place. The server came and took my order immediately I was pleasantly surprised how great the service was. I ordered beef steak pho, the 4 piece of shrimp spring rolls, and a beef banh mi sandwich. The food came out within a few minutes and everything was absolutely delicious. The peanut sauce paired very well with the spring rolls, the pho had a delicious almost miso flavor to it, and the sandwich had a good amount of meat and vegetables inside. I'm taking off one star because although the service started off very strong, the waiter didn't come to check on us during the meal. On my way to Los Angeles so got off the freeway for fuel and unexpected to find this restaurant as I passed by . The menu was very impressive and prices were reasonable so I ordered a combo meal that came with egg roll , grilled beef with vermicelli and some fresh shredded vegetables. The meal was served in a decent portion of the bowl , the service was good and she did recommend me something, which I ordered one . Great quick place to have lunch especially on a cold day. Got seated very quickly and the wait staff was very attentive. The restaurant is peaceful with some background music, but not loud like some other restaurants. It's also very spacious where you're not crammed in to the table next to you. Service was prompt, I was seated right away. I put in the order for Bun Bo Hue, a brown sugar milk tea boba and 2 egg rolls. After waiting for about 5 mins, my food arrived. The broth was so hot I burnt my tongue but that's ok, I wouldn't want it any other way. I was impressed with the taste. It had everything that a traditional bun bo hue had, so I was happy with each bite. They put so much meat in this bowl, it's crazy. He never came back to check on us or offer to make it right until I had to ask someone else from the back to remove the item from the table and our bill. Later, I tried to ask Felix for boxes and bags, but he walked away before I could even finish asking. His attitude came across as rude and dismissive, which was really disappointing, especially since I'm a regular customer. I still enjoy coming here because my experiences have almost always been great, but I hope management addresses the customer service on days when their usual staff isn't there.

This is where the disappointment came. Our new server rarely checked in on us. Within the additional hour of our stay we only ordered one round of beers ( had she come more often we would have ordered more). But the biggest upset was that our table was touched by 3 separate people an no one cleared our table. We sat for over an hour with our hot beers an a completely filthy table. Needless to say we paid for our 2nd tab an our table still remained with our plates from our first tab.

With Diane in tow, we were pleased that a large parking lot was directly across the street from the restaurant. And as we entered and were seated in a booth in the bar area, an elegant but understated woodsy ambiance greeted us. Wanting to sample a cross-section of offerings, we began our dinner with soup and salad. Diane liked her bowl of orange-hued Lobster Bisque, and I enjoyed my bowl of hot and angry-red Garden Tomato Soup and salad of Field Greens with multi-colored Grape Tomatoes. The price is reasonable, the portion size is big. My husband got the #1 pho and I ordered the rice with pork chop dish. My husband liked his pho a lot. The broth tasted great. My rice dish is delicious. The pork chop was tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. The bean curd thing was interesting, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This pho restaurant is one of the best I've tried in the area. The broth is very rich and flavorful without being too salty, and you can tell it has been cooked for a long time. I ordered pho with flank, and the beef was tender and delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the portion size was very generous. Great food with amazing services ! Their PHO is top notch ! I also had their spring rolls and house special egg rolls which were awesome but I was so hungry I didn't grab a photo. The PHO broth is extremely flavorful and the use of fresh noodle makes a huge difference. I used to frequent another local Pho restaurant down the street but this will be new to go to from now. This is my favorite Pho place! I will drive 15 minutes just to come here even though there are other pho spots closer to home. The prices here are great and the pho is truly delicious. The service is very good and even on a busy night with every table taken we didn't have to wait long at all. After trying a pho spot near my house I was genuinely disappointed and we told ourselves next time just drive the extra few miles and come here because this place never disappoints. read more

Amazing find! Best Authentic Pho in Rancho Cucamonga, hands down! Everything is good! Quality over Quantity! Portions were huge! I do recommend the spicy noodles soup, it's rich and flavorful. The menu is large with numerous items to choose from. I ordered the House Special Pho. It had all the available beef cuts such as rare beef, fatty and lean brisket, tendons, book tripe, and beef meatballs. The broth was clear, light, and non-greasy. It had a slightly sweet flavor which was very appealing to me and different from the usual broth. It just needed a spritz of lime juice to brighten the rich beef flavors. The herbs, jalapeños, and mung bean sprout toppings were fresh. The thin rice noodles had just the right amount of chewy texture. The pho only came in large, which is fine because you can then take the remaining deliciousness home to eat later. I also ordered cha gio which are made with chicken here instead of pork. The egg rolls were generous in size with a well seasoned, ample filling. There is a smooth, starchy texture in the filling, most likely taro, which gave the egg rolls a nice mouthfeel in contrast to their crispy exterior. I ordered two but would have gladly ordered more since they were so delicious. A definite recommend. The black iced coffee I ordered went well with the meal. It was smooth tasting without any harsh bitterness and was also not too sweet. A good change from the usual Vietnamese iced coffee with a milk creamer. Service here is polite and friendly. Not too much hovering, which I appreciated. Parking is plentiful and access is easy onto the nearby 10 freeway. I will definitely return to this excellent restaurant to explore other menu items.
