Everything from a dog's perspective is perfect, from the space to play, to ponds, to well facilitated shenanigans at whatever engagement level they are comfortable with. But the true test comes when you pick your dog up. She was tired, but calm. She was 100% comfortable with Trudy, and she was in no hurry to leave. Thank you Doggieville from me and Franny, and the only "con" is that since I live in Hillsboro, it will be rare that we get to visit again. For some unexplained reason a 5lbs mini yorkie was put in the same play kennel as all the other large bread dogs with apparently no supervision. They were told that they thought he'd been stepped on and had broken ribs, but according to the vet he was covered in dog slobber and suffered a broken neck. Conveniently their security cameras happened to be broken that very day of the incident. Needless to say I will never take our pets there for anything nor will I ever recommend anyone else to.

I've been in touch with their manager and I'm getting a lot of "we're sorry" or "I understand" but it doesn't change my dog lost so much weight in a week and nobody informed me, I paid a lot of $ for people to look after my babies and since talking about it with locals I've heard worse experiences and I'm grateful that my girl came home to me. The place was filthy! they don't really play with your pup and these "deluxe" rooms are crap, they wouldn't show what they actually are in which is just a cage/kennel. I was also double charged and the Manager, Kylie said I would be credited back in 10-days, however, come to find out I was never credited back and she couldn't be specific on when refund was made or when I would receive it, not a safe place and definitely not worth the double charge and horrible customer service.
