My father-in-law said he had taken his cat there once and recommended them. We called right away and even though they were fully booked they shifted things around and were able to get us in. Everyone on staff was so friendly. The office was clean and bright and the walls are even decorated with artistic photographs of the staff pets! It made everything feel very personal. Once in the examination room, our dog spotted a toy bin and picked one out. He was allowed to keep his toy and it was a great way for the staff to bond with him. The lobby also had a table full of helpful pamphlets and business cards including where to find the emergency vet. 10/10 recommend this spot if you're new to the area or pet parenthood, looking to switch animal care providers, or just on vacation.

Both of our dogs were happy and well taken care of when we picked them up 4 days later. We were somewhat concerned how it would go since this was the first time we had left them with anyone. Very happy to find there were no problems and both of them enjoyed playing with the other dogs. The staff nicknamed our German Shepherd "Goofy" for his silly behavior. We were very pleased with the care they received and will definitely use Sunrover when we need to leave again.

It's a limited selection but the items on their shelves are perfect for anyone looking for something specific. The first time I went in I was surprised by them having the pet food brand my doggie loves, however they didn't have the exact product. It wasn't a problem at all. I was able to order the product. I also bought a couple of cute vests for my chihuahua too!! He's so adorable in them! The reason why I love local is because they take extra care in their customers. When I ordered my product the sweet lady at the register forgot to actually put it in for the weekly delivery.
