I went outside to wait on the car washed ,the overcharged me then as I was waiting I was on mach 31 around145 the worker's proceeded to have conversation in spanish(not realizing I understood) about how dirty my car was. My car had the wrong mats put back into them after the wash. I drive a Lincoln and Ford Explorer mats were put in. I noticed 5 minutes after leaving the car wash. When my husband returned, they said they could purchase us new mats given their mistake. They never have. EVERYTIME we reach out, they give us the run around. Very disappointing. Should be zero stars. These photos were taken minutes after my 'super car wash' with $14 add on to clean the mats. Two of the mats looked good, two looked like they had been shaken out. The trunk was untouched (in fact it may have been cleaner when I took it in), the outside of the car looked like it had just been sprayed with water and the inside looked exactly as it had before. I came here last Saturday to get a car wash right before I was going to take photos of my car to sell it. The car wash was fine even though they didn't vacuum a specific spot I asked for. The reason I will never go back and would recommend that you don't go is because when the men were vacuuming the car, they somehow pulled the headliner from its seam. I am 100% sure that it wasn't torn before arriving because I had just cleaned out and wiped down the car myself. I am baffled and angry. read more

This used to be my go-to car wash. I have brought several vehicles here, even recommended this place, yet here we are. Nothing good last forever right? When you spend $30-$40+ (not including tip) I expect the roof of my truck to be dried. The last 3 times I went, I had to speak to the manager to complain. Mind you, he knows me because I've been a regular for years. The third time was it for me. I'm not a fan of repeating myself and then to receive attitude as if I asked for something more than I paid for. I'm done. Seems like drying the roof is not part of their wash & dry service anymore. The roof should be the first thing dried and then you work your way down and around the vehicle. Seems like it's a bother or they choose to disregard it in the hopes that the customer won't notice. I am not that customer. If 6-8 people can't thoroughly dry a vehicle, then maybe you need to hire new people. Once or twice, things happen. Third time and an attitude? No problem. I took my car here after a whole flock of birds roosted over by car. One of the men told me they're could put the armor all on the outside. They only do the inside. I explained that I paid to have the interior and exterior armor alled. We had to go inside so I could show him their ticket. Then he proceeded to tell me they couldn't treat the trim around the windows. BTW. I still have bird poop on my car. I will it be back. read more

I have had bad service from businesses in the past, but this is the first time I've had to file a police report. After bringing my car in for a wash and detail, I returned 5 hours later to find my car completely scratched so severely I was brought to tears. When I called the damage out to the workers, I was told that the car was already damaged when I brought it in. This was said in spite of the fact that we looked at every side of the car prior to the detailing so I could call out the areas that needed to be cleaned (berry stains from the trees, etc.) And then of course the obvious; why on earth would anyone bring in a car that had extensive damage to be detailed? When I cited all this, I was laughed at and then offered bodywork services from their company at a cost. If there was already damage, why wouldn't they have offered that when I came in? Obviously, there was no pre existing damage, that's why. After calling the police and filing a report, I reached out to the manager who offered to fix the damage at no cost. I was told that the deep scratches would be painted over with a brush (are we kidding?!) and that it would probably not match -in other words an equally bad repair job. I did not accept this ridiculous offer and will be filing a claim through the courts. I should have read the numerous bad reviews before I brought the car into their shop and honestly don't understand how they're still in business. If you are considering using their services, don't do it! From the reaction of the incredibly rude workers, my guess is that they've done this before and gotten away with it. I will pursue to the end and suggest you keep reading reviews and trust your car elsewhere. read more

We live in RI and make it a point to stop here when visiting family. It's fairly priced, very thorough and the staff is hard working and friendly. Bottom line, my car looks like new after wash.... Way better than most places I've tried for a similar price. read more

I have been using this carwash for years and have been pleased with them until today. I brought my brand new car for its first wash after 1 week of ownership. When I got into my car after its wash I found a broken piece on my seat. Two people told me it was nothing. It obviously was something becase it was in my hand and not attached to my car. I asked for a manager and all he said to me was that I should go to the dealer and they will replace it for maybe $15. Its an audi. Nothing is $15. He didnt offer to pay for it or even give me a free wash. No apology. I am appaled at the poor customer service. This is my first expensive car and am pretty upset. I will not return to this establishment. Considering the area and its clientele I expect better treatment. A basic carwash is $15. I will look for another place to take my business. read more

My wife has been coming here for 30 years and now won't come back. Last time she was in she paid for full a wash and interior cleaning. When they neglected to clean the interior console my wife asked politely that they do so. The guy cursed her out in Spanish to the other workers on the down low and said he wasn't doing it...when she replied that she was fluent in Spanish he said "so what, I'm not doing it". The second time I went I firmly said "full service" and he laughed and as I'm walking inside I turn to see and hear him impersonating me. They were all laughing until they saw me standing at the door watching. Reason I'm giving it three stars is because I got overcharged at the desk twice. The woman at the desk don't understand English well and it makes it a bit difficult to explain what you want and don't want. Also when paying over 20 bucks for a wash the inside of my car should be spotless. I was left with the cup holders still dirty and my windows streaky. I really hate that when pulling into the car wash the men really try to push you to upgrade your wash. I have a few times but again was left paying over 20 bucks and a bad car wash. if i could give zero stars i would. should have read all right t's review. been to this car was many times over the years, no issues until today. they did such a good job cleaning my car they also "cleaned" out a phone large power bank from the driver side door! it was hidden under napkins and a hefty weight. there was no way they wouldn't feel it if they were tossing out "garbage". they shouldn't have even touched items buried in the door anyway. the manager "evidently" checked the tapes but "found" nothing. advising others beware and take everything with you. read more

My family and I come here all the time for a car wash (6cars) and when I came today my car had long streak marks on it AFTER my car wash. I drove back to show them they are telling me i came to the car wash with the marks already on the car. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated because I cannot get the streak marks off because I tried and they told me they would not be able to help me because they are too busy right now. It was like they did not even care. I am always looking at my car and I know these marks were not on my car before so for them to say it was instead of trying to help me is frustrating! The streaks started from the top of my side view mirror and rolled down onto the door panel. It looks like dry wax/or soap but it will not come off and now I have to deal with it myself after paying $37 for a car wash. Today (August 23, 2017) I brought my car there to have it washed. When I noticed that the soap was flowing, but the water spray was not, I complained to the manager. He said that he had to clean the filters. I mentioned to him that since it wasn't a 24 hour a day operation, couldn't he change the filters when people weren't paying full price for a partial wash? He said, and I quote, "You know, you're the only one who's complained." I find that hard to believe, as my car was covered with soap when it left the line.
