There was some stubborn bird poop on the hood when I arrived, but instead of safely power washing it as they claim to do, it's clear a scraper or abrasive tool was used--leaving visible scratches that cut through the paint. This damage happened during the wash itself--not before. To make matters worse, other spots of bird droppings weren't even cleaned, so the job wasn't even done properly. When I brought this to Jesus' attention, I was met not with concern or professionalism, but hostility and aggression. I calmly asked him not to put his hands in my face, yet he continued to do so and even swiped at me as I was getting back into my car. His response to the scratches? Repeatedly offering to "buff it out," which is not a solution when the paint is physically damaged. No apology. No explanation. No refund. Just defensiveness and an aggressive attitude. The experience was unacceptable from both a customer service and vehicle care standpoint. This place is already overpriced for what you get--but worse, you may leave with more damage than you arrived with. I will never return and strongly recommend against this car wash to anyone in the Lower West Chester area.
