Spencer from Large Plumbing came to my house in late January because I was having problems with my Rheem tankless water heater. I would intermittently get ice cold water and an error 11 would show up on the unit. Spencer came by the house and proceed it call Rheem support, cleaned some connectors, checked vents and gas pressure. All of this work took no more than 20 minutes. The problem is not as bad as before his visit, and the cold water issue is not as frequent. So whatever he did worked to a certain degree but the problem was not fixed completely. We still get cold water from time to time. My issue with this business is that I have left Spencer three different voice messages in the last three weeks and for some reason refuses to call me back. No communication whatsoever. I've called two different numbers and no call backs. He's taken our money and now doesn't want to follow up and finish the job. And if he can't fix it and we need a new water heater then so be it. But it all starts with calling his customers back. I would think any reputable business (and he's got great reviews on Yelp) would follow up with a customer and stand behind his work and reputation. Definitely would not recommend. read more
