Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

Large plumbing is excellent. I'm always reluctant to have new subs in my home, but they came highly recommended from my contractor. They showed up on time, brought clean drop cloths to keep our floor clean and protect our new cabinets. I had then connect our brand new farm sink and vent pipe and garbage disposal in our newly remodeled kitchen. We also had him replace some sinks and faucets in our bathrooms . They had all the extra parts to get the job done without having to leave. Very happy on the work done! We have had no issues. Price was far and everything was upfront. Spencer installed and tested a gas line at our house we were incredibly satisfied with his services! We found Spencer via the Thumbtack app and within 48 hours we received an estimate and had the job completed properly and correctly. Spencer tested the gas line for safety and made sure it was fully functional and that we were properly informed. I was referred to Large Home Services and Spencer to possibly do some work. He arrived on time; that's always a good sign. I wanted estimates on several jobs. One was replacing outdated can lights in the Kitchen and the other was a bathroom remodel. He was extremely helpful and I chose him for the can lights. When I contacted AllClear, they were super understanding of the scenario and were able to move around their schedule and get a tech out, Walt, to me later that same afternoon. From the jump, Walt was able to inspect and pin point any potential issues and was ultimately able to diagnose the problem and provide his honest recommendations. We decided to go with a whole house repipe due to the number of valves we needed replaced and the age of the current pipes. Walt was able to provide a fair estimate and I decided to roll with AllClear that same afternoon and booked the appointment for the following week. The following Monday, Solomon and Danny showed up to do the repipe. After a walkthrough and providing me with the game plan, Solomon and Danny got to work. We were given an estimate of 3-4 days, but after powering through a ~12 hour day, they were able to complete it in 1! We had to call multiple times throughout the morning just to find out where our technician was and when they planned to arrive. Once they finally arrived, I was quoted $900+ just to diagnose the source of a leak. I told them I had already received another quote for $700 that included both diagnosing and repairing the leak. They agreed to match the price, but the situation only got worse from there. After their inspection, they determined the leak was actually related to the HVAC system, not a plumbing issue. Instead of being honest and simply referring me to an HVAC professional, they still wanted to charge the full amount despite the problem being outside their area of expertise. What makes this even more frustrating is that the source of the water appeared to be obvious. The leak was coming from the attic, and there was visible water present. Charging $700 simply to determine that the issue was related to the AC system feels excessive and unreasonable. When I questioned the charge, I was told they had "done their work." In my opinion, a reputable company would have been upfront about their limitations, referred me to the appropriate contractor, and charged a fair amount for the time spent. Between the three-hour delay, poor communication, and what felt like an excessive charge for a diagnosis that did not result in a repair, I cannot recommend this company.
