The Good - clean office - friendly staff - non invasive techniques - friendly doctor with good bedside manners. And in my opinion works very well with patients with dental anxiety. The BAD -The technique he uses to retreat a root canal COMPLETELY DESTROYS YOUR CROWN. They don't tell you this until your in the chair. So unlike other techniques where they take off the crown do work and then put back on, saving you thousands. This place pokes holes in the crown, then puts a temporary seal. So you'll have to go back to your dentist in 2 weeks AND PAY to get a whole other crown. - The office does followups too early, while you are still on pain meds and can't get proper help if problems prosist. - It's hard to get a hold of a live person. They have an appointment called center all calls are filtered through. So you have to leave tons of messages before anyone calls back. - The dentist uses his charm to dismiss your concerns and make sure he is free from getting sued. Instead of having resources available for his patients in the case the procedure is not successful. -They don't give antibiotics after your procedure, Instead just recommend you take a lot of ibuprofen.

My treatment was complex, but my first root canal was painless after a week. They walked me through multiple assessments, and we agreed on a plan to save my second tooth before committing to another root canal. My recovery is 6 months before follow up, and my dentist confirmed the infection site is healing nicely after only one month. The pressure's practically gone now, and I'm expecting bone growth within a few months. Recovery is the patient's responsibility, but this office provides quality care and sets you up for success. Stay away! Shady office operation!…read more First of all, the receptionists are incredibly rude and aggressive. Heidi, in particular, was not helpful at all. Even though the doctors here accept insurance, she flat-out refused to consider it. In a bizarre twist, the nurse walking us out confirmed we didn't owe anything, but Heidi insisted I had to pay $500. After the nurse spoke up, Heidi suddenly changed her tune and said, "Fine, you can pay $300." It makes you wonder what type of shady operation they are running here. They take zero responsibility for treating patients with insurance and overcharge you upfront. Now, many months later, the insurance company has paid them, but the office refuses to pay me back the surplus. They claim they have refunded me, but there is absolutely no track of any refund on my credit card. They literally just printed out a receipt with no actual money transfer behind it. I seriously wonder what type of operation they are running under the cover of a dental office. Do not trust them with your money or your care.
