For the longest time, I was always hesitant to get a deep cleaning because of the immense pain I felt in the past but Dr. Khan was the complete opposite! She really knows how to do a thorough deep cleaning which surprisingly was painless. To put it in perspective... I have had some regular cleanings that were more painful in the past with other dentists than the deep cleaning I received from Dr. Khan. I'm new in the area and was looking on yelp for a good dentist. I came upon the yelp reviews here on Dr. Khan. I went into their website and entered my information requesting an appointment. Dr. Khan called me in the morning letting me know I could go in the same day. I told her my kids came out at 2:25pm and she called me back with a 12:30pm appt accommodating me. Later her assistant called me to see if I was on my way but I voiced that I was a bit lost. She was calm and patient on instructing me how to get to their office. Came here for whitening treys within the past few months the top one broke while I was wearing it. When I called for a replacement they told me I would have to get X-rays done again and a cleaning and pay for all of it. The oral surgeon was fantastic, they worked with me step by step to make me the most comfortable. As a Native American they even sterilized my teeth so that I may bring them home to my grandparents and Bury them as is particular to my tribe. I'm very happy with the quick efficiency of wisdom teeth extraction and am looking forward to the follow up procedures. They are not in my insurance line but worked with me for the cost and am happy to not have to change out of such a lovely group like this. I highly recommend the team. I took my granddaughter there who has to have some extensive work, and instead of doctor Khan trying to do the work herself knowing that could put my granddaughter painful and uncomfortable situation, her professionalism and her caring we were referred to another dentist just for this work she needs done, but doctor cons definitely will be my granddaughter's dentist in fact my whole family thank you Doctor Khan. I cracked my tooth on a Friday night and was very scared because it seemed very bad. I called "24 hourly dentists" and they made an appointment with dr Khan for the next day morning. I was a little reluctant at first because I wanted an appointment for the same night, but I agreed since it seemed to be my best shot. Some minutes later Dr Khan called me, I was already after 8pm, and asked what was my problem. I told her and she immediately asked if I could get to her office right away. I did and I had the best treatment that I could get. She made me feel safe in the first talk. She was very thoughtful and caring. She took the radiographies and analyzed my case and schedule the soonest time to definitely solve my problem even though I was very time sensitive. My appointment was scheduled for early morning when she could have the help of the surgeons if needed. I went home much calmer than before I met her. I'm very glad with the treatment I've got. Update: It turned out that I needed to take the tooth off. It was a very overwhelming experience but Dr Khan, Dr Phan and the crew made everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable with the decision. It's an expensive procedure and they only started when I was comfortable with it. Tiffany was amazing and ran the number over and over every time I asked her to. I've always been very well treated here and I refer them to anyone who is looking for a caring competent dentist. Today I had the metal part of my implant installed and I feel great. Dr. Khan and her entire team are beyond amazing. I was in desperate need of a root canal and my normal dentist was not returning my calls. I woke up Sunday in extreme pain and decided to start looking for a new dentist and was hoping to see one on Monday. I found Dr. Khan on zocdoc and decided to check her reviews. She had great reviews and availability for Monday! I booked my appointment, later that evening Dr. Khan called me to confirm my appt for the next day and to ask a few general questions as I've never seen her before. The next day is my appt, I showed up and was immediately welcomed by Dr. Khan's team. They have you sanitize your hands when you come in, check your temperature and blood pressure. They are constantly sanitizing every surface that gets touched. I felt safe especially right now with all this Covid stuff going on. We were unable to get the root canal done Monday as I needed to see her specialist, she moved her schedule around and got me an appt with the specialist for Tuesday. Dr. Kim performed my root canal procedure. She was very thorough and gentle. I was even starting to fall asleep while she was working on my tooth. Thank you Dr. Khan & Dr. Kim. Although I still do not look forward to going to the dentist, Dr. Khan has totally changed my outlook toward going and has made it a positive experience every time! She is very knowledgable and always explains very simply what needs to be done and is very interesting to talk to. She takes your mind off the task by chatting yet gets the job done quickly and efficiently. I have had very bad experiences with dentists in the past where I can feel terrible pain but they would not stop and would just say "we have to power through this part". But Dr. Khan takes the time to make sure your are completely numb and as comfortable as possible.
