Dr. Irvine is the best dentist I've ever had, period! I had fears going to a dentist, but Dr. Irvine put me at ease. I've had only 3 dentists in my life, but I know for sure that she is the one with whom I feel most comfortable. I have gone to her office for the last 12 years or so. Dr. Irvine is super friendly; so friendly she is my wife's friend now. The first time I went to her office, I probably had about 20+ cavities, a couple of chipped teeth, 1 missing tooth, and 4 impacting wisdom teeth. It was a mess. Courteously, she said that my teeth were not too bad. She did some regular cleaning and made a schedule for me, based on what I can afford each year. She keeps me in the loop with how my teeth are and how far the progress had been, every time she does her routine. Over the next few years she took care of my teeth, and now I feel confident with my appearance. It is also worth mentioning that all of her staff members are very courteous and friendly. I love this dentist office. I have been going to this same densities office since I was a child. There has been four different dentist in this office and Dr Jeannie Irvine is by far the best. She is amazing. I alway feel comfortable when she is working on my teeth. As a child I alway felt a pinch when getting a shot. When Dr Irvine gives me anesthetic I usually feel nothing. Dr. Jeannie (as she prefers to be called) is a gem! She's fast, efficient, professional and very friendly. She also makes the dentist experience as comfortable as possible. She's been my dentist for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently I had a dental emergency that put me in excruciating pain. Dr. Irvine is the best dentist - EVER! Her staff and she has been accommodating to my busy schedule and ALWAYS make me feel at ease every time I go. I recently finished my Invisalign and she did everything she could to get me the most fitting retainers. She didn't have to but we went through four trays before she approved the last one. Hi, my name is Trevor and I *gulp*..... hate going to the dentist. After about 4 years of avoiding the dentist, I realized it's time to go back and face my fear with the tooth doctor. Even though I have had 3 different dentists at this location, Jeannie has been the best. She has always been very friendly and that is even when she scolds me for not flossing often. The office smells like In'N'Out burger on a very hot summer day instead of the very distinct disinfectant smell because In'N'Out is 20 feet away, which is basically next door. There are many dentists that share the same complex in the area but this office is the best around. Please try the dentist and you will find like myself, that there is no better dentist in the area. She explains all procedures before she does them, and she makes sure she know ahead of time what will be done. Her admin staff is wonderful as well. Dr. Irvine and her staff are great. Dr. Irvine is attentive and nonjudgmental. She does her best to make you comfortable and is extremely perceptive of any discomfort. She is sensitive to financial concerns as well. Reception staff is very pleasant and friendly, but not overly so. Its a smaller office and it actually feels somewhat homey (as must as a dentist's office can). I just had a tooth removed by "my" dentist (who no longer is) and there was a problem, he was reluctant to help. Worried and frantic not to mention in a lot of pain and missing work. A coworker referred me to Dr. Irvine's office. The best thing that could of happened in my horrible situation. She calmed me down as I was upset about the treatment I was getting from the last dentist. She never suggested that he did something wrong...even though I clearly felt he had. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover me to see her but it is well worth it...you get what you pay for this is the truth. She provided a discount and when she was not sure of something she referred my to an excellent oral surgeon (in doing that and knowing that my insurance wasn't able to help she forgo the current bill stating that I would have to pay the surgeon so she did not charge me for her services) that helped me out as well. I am all healed now! I felt that Dr. Irvine cares for her patients, I was new right off the street to her and she made me feel as if I was a long time patient. I came across Sunnyvale Smile when I searched the internet for a dentist to have my teeth thoroughly checked and completely mended; I hadn't taken care of my teeth for the past ten years. Dr. Jeannie Irvine and her staff did an excellent job. I first got my teeth thoroughly cleaned and obtained a list of treatments to be performed on my teeth with the help of an x-ray. The treatments included cavity-fillings, tooth-caps, deep cleaning of gums, and removal of all four wisdom teeth. She performed the first three treatments in a series of sittings and for the last, she referred me to an oral surgeon who did an expert job. It was the end of the year and she even offered me a discount for the deep cleaning so that the cost gets covered by my insurance. She is extremely friendly and makes her patients feel very comfortable and well-informed about the procedure of the treatment, especially the pain/discomfort involved. read more

She was great! I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years because we didn't have insurance so naturally, I was a bit nervous. We have Delta Dental now so I cross referenced Delta Dental and Yelp and found her. Love her! Very thorough and knowledgeable. They even did a cancer check which I'd never had done before. And a lot of x-rays, which she reviewed with me. She gave me a lot of information about gingivitis (I have a minor issue with that) and ways to keep my teeth clean that I hadn't heard before (brush with Listerine after brushing your teeth!) I've just moved to the area, and needed a dentist for an emergency filling. I found Dr Irvine on the list of dentists who took my insurance, and gave her a call. Surprisingly, she was able to see me the very next day. Her staff was very patient and friendly, and helped me jump through all of my insurance hoops with minimal stress, and Dr Irvine was fantastic. She took care of my filling in no time at all, did a great job, made everything completely painless, and was really patient with my squeemishness.
