When I purchased my truck at Larry's Chevy I had suffered ear drum ruptures. I was in a lot of pain at the time of purchase, and my purchase lead us until closing of the dealership. Not all parts were installed so I went in to acquire how I can get it done while I took it in for my free oil change. They looked me up in their system and seen that I did indeed purchase those items for the truck and without any hassle or question, installed the items for my vehicle. By far I've ever been treated at a dealership.

New car, thanks to Casa Chevrolet!

I fell in LOVE my new 2021 Silverado Trail Boss in just ONE day! We came in to the dealership with an idea of what we had in mind, and left HAPPY, with a brand new truck! The 2021 Silverado Trail Boss has great stability, control, power, and other amazing specs that I have yet to discover. The General Manager, Ish Martinez, and the CRC Manager, Mona Overholt, provided excellent customer service to my family and I. The customer service displayed went far beyond our expectations, and they both made us feel comfortable and stress-free. The package exceeded our expectations and we decided to buy the car right then and there. Believe me, Ish and Mona's customer service honesty made a huge difference. The staff at Casa took the time to review all the extras included in my purchase and they were able to give me fantastic trade in value for my Honda Civic. Our finance manager, Jack, was sharp and efficient. Jack was transparent as he filled out our paperwork -- no surprise fees, and he even negotiated our finance terms to lower our monthly payments. They completed all of the paperwork and got us out of the door in a timely manner. Jack also took time to review all the warranty information as well as options included with our purchase. All of the team members treated us like family and they worked cohesively as a unit, helping each other out as needed. They all displayed teamwork and high levels of product knowledge and professionalism. I can't say it enough, A M A Z I N G C U S T O M E R  S E R V I C E over at Larry H. Miller, Casa Chevrolet in Albuquerque, NM. 10/10 stars for an excellent experience and service with Casa Chevrolet. The fantastic staff can help a diverse population, find the car they are looking for. Now is the time to get that car you have always wanted. When you do go, ask for Ish Martinez and Mona Overholt. I am thankful to have found a dealership for a lifetime, and I plan to refer all of my family and friends there for their automotive needs!

A month long text conversation with nothing accomplished.

I had a bad experience with LHM Hyundai when I bought a Buick there. To avoid problems, I went to the Chevrolet dealership for warranty work on my Buick. They completed the work and the next day reached out to me via email offering to buy my car and get me into a better one. So I responded to the email and the text conversation began. They spoke to me about available vehicles and told me they had some to choose from. I decided on one truck and asked for a link to see more info on it. Nine days went by with no response and then out of nowhere I received a text with a link to the truck I was asking about. They ask a little more information and the salesperson disappears again. More than a week later, I receive a link to fill out a credit application. Did that and another week of silence goes by. I called and spoke to the sales manager who seemed upset that this happened and he assured me he would get them moving on it and he would personally call me back. Days went by with no contact and I texted asking what was going on. They then hit me back saying they needed check stubs. Sent that and went back to being ignored. I finally called management back and told them to throw away my info and never call me again. If this is how they treat you when you're trying to buy a car, I'd hate to see how they ignore you after you e already bought it. It seems like all Larry H Miller dealerships operate the same, I highly recommend staying away!!!

Buying a car here was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated as nothing more than a commission check instead of a customer. Every question I asked was met with vague answers, constant pressure, and promises that somehow changed the second it came time to sign paperwork. The sales process dragged on for hours because of "just one more thing" after another. Every time I thought we were finished, someone came back with another form, another fee, or another excuse. It felt less like buying a car and more like surviving an endurance test. Once I finally drove off the lot, the problems started almost immediately. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, I was bounced from one person to another, each acting like it was someone else's problem. Customer service disappeared the moment the sale was complete. What bothers me most isn't even the vehicle--it's the complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. A dealership should value long-term relationships, not squeeze every dollar they can out of someone and then act like they've never met you. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and taken advantage of. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about my experience before they consider stepping foot through those doors. Do yourself a favor: shop literally anywhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that understand customer service and stand behind what they sell. This isn't one of them.

I have to say, as wary as I usually am with dealership (because of my lack of knowledge on cars),…read moreQuality Buick really exceeded my expectations! After doing routine oil change at my local carshop, the local carshop let me know I should probably drop by a certified Buick service place and have them replace a catalytic converter, because it looked like my car needed replacement (from more research of why my engine light kept coming up). They also let me know that it looks like because my car was still under 8 years old and less than 80K miles, it should qualify under a federal warranty and that a certified service place should be able to do it for me. So, after a long hesitation because I really didn't want to stop by a place close to dealership because I was just that uncomfortable about it, I reluctantly made an appointment. Even though the appointment was a week out back then, everyone I interacted with at Quality Buick was way more than professional and didn't make me feel bad or get a sleazy feeling at all! They ended up doing diagnostic of the engine light and came to the same conclusion I was expecting that I would need a catalytic converter replacement. Best of all, I didn't have to haggle or go back and forth on the fact that my car part was still under federal warranty at all. They took care of everything and charge me 0 dollars for the diagnostic and the work without having me mentioning it at all! I dropped my car off on Monday and on Wednesday morning, I got a call letting me know that the replacement was done and my car was ready to go! To be honest, this really exceeded my expectations and I really appreciated their honesty. I was really worried about having to shell out a few thousand dollars because of the catalytic converter's malfunction, but....the service center was really honest in offering the free replacement and warranty without me even asking about it To this end, the cost was ZERO dollars out of pocket for me and all the staff I interacted with from checking my car in, to on the phone getting updates about my car and picking my car up, everyone was REALLY professional about it! Thank you to this Quality Buick GMC Mazda team for your service. I really appreciated your help and you all are super awesome and honest. I walked away feeling really good and think so highly about your business.

I moved from another state in which car sales turn-over is high and competition is high as well, therefore good prices and good service is a standard for car dealerships at my home city to survive. When I planned to move to Albuquerque, I didn't know what to expect but quickly realized that the options aren't that diverse, and because there are only few dealerships, I wasn't treated as well I was used to at my home state by some of NM dealerships. This changed when I called Audra at Quality Mazda; it was so refreshing to shop with her. Actually, I was able to make a deal with her over the phone (due to Covid, and in my case, I was at another state) without waywardly only being offered in-person quotes. Why? Because from what I saw, she knew she had the best price and the best service, undoubtedly. I truly enjoyed my experience with Audra because the pressure was low, and she truly wanted to get me a car that I would like rather than the dealership trying to get rid of their inventory. She's a great listener, and she truly goes above and beyond to keep you happy. I think it's because we clicked, but she was so polite that she offered to pick me up when the car was ready and allowed me to get a lender car for a short while. She truly bends backwards for her clients. I can see why she's their #1 dealer. In my opinion, it is unusual to come across such great reps/dealers that she deserves the proper recognition and praise. I can assure you that you will be very satisfied shopping with Audra at Quality Mazda.

This isn't just a minor complaint; it is a fundamental failure to support their customers. It took three full weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages just to get someone in the service department to pick up the phone. Once I finally made contact, I was informed that the repairs would not be covered because the warranty had expired. While I understand that warranties aren't infinite, here is the issue: just 15 months ago, This Mazda dealership fixed a timing cover leak on my wife's car. Now, it is leaking from the exact same spot. Instead of standing by the quality of their work, they hid behind a 12-month policy. In the current market, it is standard for reputable shops and major brands like General Motors to offer at least a 24-month/unlimited-mile warranty on parts and labor. This dealership's 12-month limit is significantly below industry standards and shows a complete lack of confidence in their own technicians' work. If you value your time and want a repair that actually lasts, take your vehicle anywhere else. Always confirm the parts and labor warranty terms before you hand over your keys. I won't be back, and I strongly suggest you do the same."
