I honestly don't know where to begin. This has been one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. I was originally offered what seemed like a great deal with a reasonable monthly payment and a low 4% interest rate. I was told I needed a cosigner, but instead of adding me to the loan with a cosigner, I was removed from the loan entirely and the vehicle was financed in my disabled brother's name. That should have been my first warning. I spent nearly eight hours at the dealership, only to be told they had lost the keys and I'd have to come back several days later to pick up the vehicle. When I finally received the car, I discovered it had significant damage that was never properly disclosed. It had obvious passenger-side damage that had ripped off the wheel trim and side step, leaving exposed sharp metal. The windshield was heavily damaged, and the braking system had serious safety issues. Despite being told the vehicle had passed a thorough safety inspection, it shook so violently when braking that I immediately had it inspected elsewhere. I was told the rotors needed attention and the brakes needed to be replaced. At first, the dealership refused to help, telling me I bought the luxury vehicle "as is." Only after weeks of back and forth did they agree to make repairs. Then, after I'd already had the vehicle for nearly a month, I received another call saying the original financing had fallen through. My mother had to finance the vehicle instead. Somehow, despite having stronger credit and better income than my brother, the interest rate jumped from 4% to 12.5%, and the payment increased by more than $200 per month. We felt completely backed into a corner. I was told to either sign the new contract or leave the vehicle there and find my own way home. Living an hour and a half away, we felt we had no real choice. The dealership eventually kept my vehicle for five weeks to perform repairs. When I got it back, it had hundreds of additional miles on it, the brakes were still squealing loudly, and the suspension issue their own service technician identified was never addressed. I now need an entirely new front suspension at my own expense. Four months later, I still don't have my registration. My temporary tag expired in April, and it's now August. I can't get anyone to provide another temporary tag or tell me where my registration is. I've made repeated attempts to get answers and have received no follow-up. Jenna repeatedly assured me she would help rewrite the financing into something more affordable and acknowledged that the dealership was "a shit show" and that she was trying to clean things up. Unfortunately, despite those promises, nothing has changed. This entire experience has been exhausting. Between the financing changes, undisclosed vehicle issues, incomplete repairs, lack of registration, and constant broken promises, I feel completely let down. I rarely leave negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what they're walking into. Buying a vehicle should be exciting, not months of stress, uncertainty, and unanswered questions. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and my even consider other legal action. My biggest question is simple: **Where is my registration?** read more

If I could give a negative star rating i would. We purchased a Fiat on March 8, 2026. The dealership had us take the car even though it needed a few items repaired. So are we have called around 60 times, with mostly no response. They either don't answer at all or say someone will call us back, which never happens. The services promised have never been completed. We were kept waiting 4 hours the day of signing, and the finance person rushed us through the paperwork. Although we had specified that we didn't want a warranty, one was added for over $3k to the final bill. They were supposed to email the paperwork to us and never did. We had to go into the credit union to get a copy, after we were 2 months late on our payments as we had received no information on the loan. The credit union also reported that they had difficulty getting a response from the dealer. The Fiat dealer had not been able to get a response from them even though they had stated they would pay for the necessary repairs that only the Fiat dealer could complete. It took nearly 3 months to get the car tags. Our salesperson doesn't work there anymore, but is trying to get the repairs completed. The day of our transaction was that last day for the finance person, and he was totally unprofessional. Also,they were not going to give me credit for the $500 deposit I made, but eventually did. The credit manager made many promises, which have not been kept. Altogether a very negative experience. read more

Go some where else!!! I'm telling you. This has been the worst dealership I have been too. When negotiating, I was told one thing then when I was brought to finance it was a different deal. Even when I had documented proof for pricing, warranties, and longevity. What happened to someone's word being their bond. Calling this dealership is a nightmare. No one answers in either services, finance or customer service. If I could I would show you (i.e., reader) my call log it shows different days and times with no response. It's been 2 week and I still haven't receive my paperwork. Only reason I bought my car was due to it being the car I was wanting and it being used allowing me to afford it. And personal, not to seem petty, but the dealership had an acidic smell, similar to apple cider vinegar. It sucked waiting inside. I purchased the warranty for $3,000 and her it is March 9th 2026 and they are refusing to honor the warranty. They have ignored the better Business bureau and attorney general! I inquired about a 2017 GMC Yukon with 47k miles,test drove it and put $400 down. Pending credit approval (salesman assured me I would get 3.9% rate) with a total of $10,000 I was putting down. I did not get approved 4 days later so I returned for my deposit. Salesman was unavailable so sales mgr Brandon informed me that deposits are not refundable bevause I "had taken the vehicle off the market". The vehicle was sold and not even on the lot! So I asked what if I had left my entire $10,000 deposit down? He said they would keep it. Rather than cause a scene I left and my bank card issued me a refund. I have done business with Garcia Auto Group 3 times in the past. Never again. read more

We have been interested in an Infiniti but while waiting for the second year of production we found a different make we liked and bought it because we couldn't get a date of upcoming years 2020delivery and they weren't advertising any sales over the August end of year season. We had a nice sales relationship with the dealer and still would have considered their vehicles for our other car. We did get a nice call every so often asking about our status, and this morning we received one from Ken. When we told him we bought a different make he asked which one, and when we said the model he just rudely hung up on us without saying another word. I meandered into Garcia Infiniti late on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a vehicle to decide if it was even something I would consider. Well, within an hour I was in love with a new vehicle and was made an offer for trade in and lease (I had wanted a lease) I couldn't refuse. I could see they wanted to make a deal work for both sides. I was respected, treated with dignity, and honestly just really enjoyed my time with them. It went so well that a few days later we traded in our other existing vehicle with Garcia Infiniti for one in their used non-Infiniti inventory. I felt like I didn't get a bunch of pressure, I came in and drove a car, discussed a trade in on my BMW that I was presently driving, and went away to think about it. I went to Carmax, and got a quote, Infiniti matched my Carmax quote, I went alone, as my cutie was working out of town, and sat down with both Shane and Patrick, I walked out with what felt to me to be an excellent deal. I had done a ton of research and basically stuck to my guns. Both guys were great, and I had fun buying the car. Fast forward a year later... I just moved to WA from NM. WA requires front license plates, NM does not. I had contacted the Infiniti dealer in WA and they were telling me that the .35 cent plastic bracket would cost me $150!! crap on a cupcake! I call up Shane. Me: May I speak with Shane please. Operator: Let me transfer you to him. Me: Thanks Shane: Hello this is Shane Me: Hi Shane, it's Lyssa... do you remember me...? So my non-car people parents were looking for a new set of wheels recently. They were really looking for a decent luxury hybrid, and Infinity has a few models that they liked. They asked me to go with them when they went looking, and we ended up at Garcia Infinity after a few other stops. I'm not exactly the picturesque Infinity owner and my parents are a bit...flighty when it comes to sales pressure, but we left feeling pretty good after Patrick, the sales manager, took some time to talk to my parents in plain no-bullshit talk. Their eyes tend to glaze up when I talk about cars, and they never listen anyways so it was nice to see a sales rep taking the time to help them appreciate the differences in features and options - I think they now understand the difference between ABS and traction control, which I've been trying to explain to them for years as their old Lexus had strange issues with both. Needless to say it's probably a good thing I didn't get into teaching... I wasn't privy to the final deal making but my parents are happy, they're pretty sure they got a good deal (they did) and Patrick actually followed up with them a few weeks later to make sure everything was OK. I'm not usually a fan of salesmen or the kind of work they do but it seemed like he was legitimately interested in making things perfect for my parents. If I manage to win the powerball this year I'll probably go buy one of those slick hardtop convertibles here. My parents have said that they'll start at Infinity next time instead of wasting a day at other dealers. I guess if you're in the luxury car market you could do worse? The location itself was modern and clean, well-kept and what you'd expect from an high-end retail location. The service area was a bit dark under the massive drive-up drop-off spot but hopefully most people won't need to go in that side of the building... read more

Al Alfano is my go to. We have bought 5 vehicles from Garcia and I will not go to anyone else. He is the most knowledgable and the most kind soul. He treats you like you his own child and will not sale you on anything less. He's become part of my family as buying a car is super simple. Our most recent purchase included an impatient 3 year old , that alone would have made the experience super stressful, it was painless quick and easy. From being offered anything to keep us comfortable, and a no bullshit experience, we once again left 200% happy. There is no one else I would recommend to buy a vehicle from. Let him take you on a test drive, you'll feel like a kid at an amusement park. You'll never want to leave and you'll take it. I promise. My wife and I generally buy a new vehicle every few years. Over the course of a 25 year marriage we have dealt with a lot of car dealers. This was our first purchase from Garcia InfinitI but this has to be our worst experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We were lied to by the General Manager regarding our trade in, our salesman did not follow through on promises made verbally and in writing and they had our vehicle in the shop for 3 days just to have a 2nd key made. The overall experience was horrible.! To be honest, I think a rating of 1 may be too generous Ok... round 2 of problems with this dealership. Was promised a 2nd key, received a fob but the key was a blank. Over 4 months later never received the cut key. Took the car in for service today and was told that the car that was sold to us as certified is not coming up as certified in the computer. Never heard back from the owner. Having had terrible experiences with dealers in the past, I was skeptical about taking my INFINITI to a dealer for an oil change and a multi point inspection (still under warranty). But surprise--everything went very smoothly. Leonard checked me in and notified me when the tech was putting my special synthetic oil into the engine. The tech told me my about my rear brakes being thin and noticed that my rear wiper blade needed replacement. It is very reassuring to have a service tech tell you what you need and not pad the list with unnecessary work. Leonard cashed me out at about $25 for the oil change labor and the all important drain washer. Patrick H., who helped me look for a used vehicle a year or two ago was very friendly and informative about the possibility of putting on a performance exhaust system. He also told me some of the basics of the Q60 coupe. The only negative was when I called earlier about the previous owner and if he got the antenna fixed as it states on the CarFax, someone named Mark told me that the previous owner got a quote but never got it fixed. Well, the antenna works fine, looks good and the dealership that did the work sent me a copy of the completed RO, so giving Mark the benefit of the doubt, he was mistaken. read more

I have 28k to spend, and want to see what's out there and how much I need to budget for. Sales kid was nice enough, but then his manager sat me down and started throwing all these offers down with a sign today objective. It felt like I wasn't allowed to leave until I said "no thanks I'm just browsing today" like half a dozen times. Wow, was shopping for a new SUV this past Saturday and stopped to get a hands on feeling of the QX50. First salesman was a nice young man and then stepped in another salesman, pushy and arrogant, told us we were shopping the wrong way and kept telling us how our method of looking, feeling how comfortable and checking out the ergonomics of a new car was a waste of time. I finally had enough and just walked out the door but yet on the way out the salesman stated "Thanks for wasting our time". That statement bothered me by the time I made it to my truck and I turned around to speak with the manager, but he was coming out the door and told me to "leave his property". He wouldn't even let me tell him my side and stated his salesman told him how rude we were. I have purchased many mew vehicles throughout the years and this was the most terrible experience I have ever had. We visited the Acura and Lexus dealers that day and they were great, mainly because they listened to us!!! Finally they agreed to perform the recall on the dash, but they didn't install the steering wheel correctly so the car's traction control would activate on it's own after regular driving and almost caused us to get in a wreck. read more

My husband and I had been talking about replacing my 2004 G35 with something newer (but not new new) for several months. The old girl was past 140K which is time to think about end of life alternatives. My husband had located my dream Infiniti at Garcia a few months ago, and had been trading calls with the manager. We decided to go on in, knowing that we may come out with a new vehicle, and frankly we were not up to an afternoon of haggling and BS. We went after lunch on a Tuesday, and by 4:30 pm we had the new car; a white 2011 G37x. Awesome on wheels. And the folks at Garcia made it so easy, apparently too easy since I came out of there with a car. No seriously. I told them what I could afford to pay. They made it work. They found us a great rate at a local credit union. Did you read that right? We did not have to go searching for financing - Garcia Infiniti did that part for us. Score! They took my old car as a trade-in. Score! They gave us a some credit new all weather mats. Score! The next morning, I noticed that the headlights were super scratched up. I took the vehicle in, and they buffed out the scratches and now the lights look like new. Score! and last night, a month after purchase, I received a phone call saying my plates and registration were at the dealership, and I should come in so they can put the plates on for me. What the heck? That's good service. Score! I am only giving 4-stars today, since I've never experienced the service side of their business. But if you are looking for a truly no hassle sales experience, and a really great deal, head over (down? around?) to Garcia Infiniti. read more

We have bought three cars here and have never been treated better. The staff are always warm and welcoming. They are flexible and easy to work with. The building was gorgeous even before the remodel. Our kids love the cookies and drinks. I would give them 5 stars except that the parts and service are really expensive. They do have loaners available, just call ahead if you need one. Correlation? Probably. Any other problems we've had are with Nissan quality and not the dealership. We have had no major problems outside of the warranty period. read more

Al Alfano (sales) is knowledgeable and detail oriented, as you would expect from a luxury dealer, but he is also like part of my family now - we love that guy! When my wife had a minor problem with her new QX80 at 945pm, Al came out himself and waited with her until the issue was resolved - you rarely see that level of commitment these days.
