I removed my first review since there was miscommunication at first. I would like to thank Larry's for trying to take care us with exchanging some of the tires. However, ever since we changed to new tires here, we have been experiencing flat tires. Larry's at first said they believe someone is targeting the car and slashing the tires. We had these tires since mid December, and within a week there was a flat, that was the first incident where my dad went to the store to tell them and replaced the tire with them for a discount because they told my dad that they believe it's a slashed tire, so my dad went ahead and paid for the new tire. However, that new tire got a flat again. My dad ended up changing that tire with a spare old tire. This tire has not been flat at all. Moving forward, another new tire got flat, that's when me and my dad went in to complain about it. They still believe it's slashed tires, but did exchange us two new tires again. So this is 3 new tires, after replacing 4 new tires. Moving forward again, it's been possibly a week after going down there to complain, so we decided to leave the car at home to see if there are any leakage. Well, hoping it won't be an issue anymore, two new tires are leaking this morning 1/5/23. And if you want to believe someone is out there targeting my sisters 1998 Toyota Camry in the rainstorm, then sure, if I have proof that it's slashed by someone, then we will take full accountability and a loss. If there's someone that crazy to slash this old car in the storm, that's another issue, but we have 4 cars at our house and the only tires being slashed is this "Delinte" tires. I'm over here trying to explain my dad about maybe it was defective or if there is an actual tire slasher. But all my dad wants to say is this is cheap tires and blame me for taking them here in the first place to get all tires replaced. Down $700, but I wished we didn't have to deal with this and my dad blaming me and the "cheap" tires. This is 5 flat tires in a month on all the new tires, the spare tire put on has not. My dad wants to go in to complain today, so I don't know if he's going in or not. I'm sure most of you may have a good experience here, But im failing to believe her tires are getting slashed in front of our house with 4 cars and a ring camera pointing directly at the car in the rainstorm. read more

This review is long overdue! I can't say enough good things about Larry's. I've been in a number of times for nails in my tires, and they've been able to patch them each time with long lasting results. Never once had an issue with my patched tires. Once, knowing that I was near needing new tires anyways, I asked if they could just price me on a whole new set given the need for another patch, but they let me know it was fixable and that I still had about 5k miles of life left on my existing tires. I truly do not take that honesty for granted, it is SO rare these days and so much appreciated! I've since been back for that full set of tires, which they priced out, talked through comparisons across brands, and ordered for me. Installation and alignment was complete in less than two hours. I always recommend Larry's to anyone needing a quick patch or in the market for a new set of tires, and will continue to do so. They are truly the BEST! read more

Shredded a tire in a pothole and it actually turned out to be two tires needing replacement due to bubble on second tire. This happened to four people within 2 hours at the same pothole. Last week I unexpectedly found out that I needed to have a wheel alignment done. It was the first time I needed it done for this car. I was surprised to find that there aren't many shops in my area that provide the service. And a couple of the ones that I did find weren't available on Saturdays. I called a mechanic that I knew to see if he could do it but he said he didn't provide the service so he recommended Larry's tires. I called them got a quote and was able to schedule an appointment with them. I needed it done as soon as possible, and I knew that I would be in the area that day. My appointment was for 2 PM. I got there a little early (1:30ish) but they were able to see me right away anyway. They have a nice little lounge area that I was able to sit in until they were done. The service was quick and easy and I didn't feel pressured about trying to purchase anything else in the store. I do hate that I didn't get the guys name who assisted me in person but he was really nice and friendly. I definitely plan to recommend them, as well as do business with them again in the future, if needed. read more

I worked with Ernesto - nice guy, very friendly and welcoming. He had me in and out of the shop in 15 minutes - amazing and true to his word. Patching a tire was $25 which is a little on the higher side. I actually came in thinking I needed a new tire and read they have good deals for those, so I'd come here again to check tire deals should I need it in the future. My daughter was on her way home from school getting onto the San Mateo Bridge. I get a call from her mid-day telling me her whole tire came off. Here I am freaking out... not so much I can do while I'm at wrk. Told her to map out the closes tire shop near her. So glad she came across Larry's Tire!!! Spoke to Rib to see if they can help her. We couldn't get the car towed there before they closed, but we were able to drop it off the shop after hours so they can take care of it the next day! Spoke to Ernesto the following day. I had my first car serviced in this shop yesterday, they done an excellent job. So I decided to bring my second car for a second time in this shop for Tire Balancing and Alignment. I come around 9:30am. It's a bit crowded and there are few cars lined up. I was told by the owner Sal, that there is about 5 cars lined up for alignment. I was told if I can leave the car pick it up later he can get it done. So I said ok, also I leave few blocks away its a walking distance from my home. Around 11:30am I received a call from Sal and he told me car is done balancing and alignment. I went back to pick up my car. Larry's Tire Express is the man if a business could be the man. I normally go to a place in San Leandro but Larry's is considerably close to where I live and also has extremely high reviews. After pricing out some tires and explaining I take care of my father and I need it done quickly Eisa said it would be no problem and my tires would be in the next day. I called in the morning when they said to call and my tires were there. I literally drove over within 15 minutes of that phone call and was back in less than an hour with a new set of nice tires. Eisa explained to the crew that I was in a hurry and asked if a couple extra guys could help out. What more could you ask for. Honest decent people doing a fantastic job and actually trying to help you. I pre-ordered my next set and will be going in a few days to get those installed on my other car.
