I tasted some of the boil and it seemed the seafood might have been boiled then had the sauces poured over it? The shrimp didn't have a lot of flavor on their own unless you dippwdy them in the sauce. My son's mom said she felt like that about the whole boil including the crab. Tasty still tho. Oh their sweet tea, swamp water and kool-aid all get high marks. All in all so glad I came and will be back. Preference things aside it was really good.
