Mind blowingly bad! Paid good money to have the order all wrong and the taste it horrible too. A waste of money

We usually dine here when we're in town visiting. Have never had a bad experience whether dine in or take out. Our party of seven dined in this time. It was late afternoon on a Sunday. We had the venue to ourselves for a bit. Jay (I think that was his name) was our server. He was very personable and attentive! All of our meals were tasty and arrived as ordered. We appreciated the round of chips and salsa for the table! The bathroom was clean and adequate. They have a small private dining space for groups. I don't know how I have lived here so long without trying this gem! las Brazas is nestled in a strip mall south of Tallahassee headed to Woodville. The restaurant front is extremely unassuming and it is clear this place earns its business on word of mouth because it' doesn't have any flashy signs steering you in and I found very little in the way of an online presence. We arrived at 6:30 on a Tuesday night and several tables were filled but it wasn't packed. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who gave us an option of seating. As soon as we were seated our drink orders were taken and they arrived quickly. We had already explored the menu and each of us had decided what we wanted. Our waitress was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. Upon arrival of our food (which came pretty quickly) I can add accurate to that list! Every dish was delicious! Our party ordered beef tacos, chicken nachos and chicken/steak fajitas as well as a HUGE sizzling molcajete special!! They had 2/1 margaritas and beers. The margaritas are served in a tall beautiful glass. We were there celebrating a birthday and after our meal they brought out some fried ice cream with a huge sparkling flame shooting out a tube. Very impressive!! Over all- 5 out of 5! I can think of no complaints and we will be making up for lost time with a near future return! read more

The order was prepared wrong. When we asked why it was wrong the woman employee acted like she couldn't understand English.

Amazing food and value. This company has been nothing but wonderful each time I've visited.

Today I went to Las Brazas to grab lunch. It took quite awhile to be seated. The waitress was kind. I found one sharp piece of plastic in chips & salsa.Please see picture. The waitress said she would alert the manager. However, if she did he or she did absolutely nothing. This is dangerous. I will not be returning. read more

Very polite, food was hot. I went to pick up dinner for my husband as I am not a fan of Mexican food but I tasted a bite of his and it was DELICIOUS. Their menu has a ton of options and I did order some flan and it was the bomb. I will definitely order for myself next time. read more

The food was okay; we had the quesabirrios, shrimp tacos and a grande chicken quesadilla. I really liked the rice and guacamole, they were fresh. The shrimp had a very strong odor and I couldn't eat it. The chicken in my quesadilla was a little chewy and dry too. I really enjoy this restaurant. It's the new place in Woodville and I'm so glad they opened here. The steak tacos are delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. My boyfriend really enjoys the shrimp Loco and the shrimp are cooked perfectly. All the servers we have had here are friendly and attentive. Love it! read more

They have a new restaurant on 319 on the east side over by Capitol Regional Hospital. The food was awesome! Nothing was too saucy or too dry. The enchiladas are fantastic. We had chicken and carnitas. We also had the chorizo queso. Definitely a must order. I think they make their chips in house too. For the price you cannot go wrong. Our waitress was the only one working and she handled about 5 or 6 different tables without any problems. This place has amazing food. The service was slow to begin with, but we did arrive around 3pm so wasn't anyone else really there. Once they noticed us the service was great. We each ordered something different and everyone's food was wonderful. I will definitely be going back to eat here. We each had 2 Margaritas and they were delicious. I usually do not do review, but hands down this is one of the best Mexican restaurant i have eaten. Try the cheese dip with shrimp and stake it was incredible good. The guacamole is made right in front of you, as fresh as it can be, and the rest of the food was super good- fajitas really great too. Bravo on food and service! read more

This is not a great Mexican restaurant. The meat tastes and feels like it came from a can. That is the worst part. They have some quality tequilas there, but the margarita mix sucks. read more

Great food, like seriously the food was amazing. However, you need to be ready to wait 30 minutes for your server to come back. We didn't have utensils until 5 minutes after the food came. We had to go an find another server so we could pay our check because ours hadn't been to our table in over 30 minutes. This is the 2nd time I've been there and both times have been the same. Food quality is well above average, it's just not worth dealing with the service. read more
