There is always room and a small outside porch with puppy water. One of our favorite places in Parker. Our kids grew up here for 20 years and now the menu is even better! Went here today for a Take Out for lunch. I asked about the Burrito. "They are pretty big." Indicating with her hands I don't know what she considers Big But looking at it for $10, I Don't consider this big! (See picture) "What comes on them?" You can get bean, Chicken, beef, or Pork. If you get the chicken, and Green Chili, that's all there is. No beans or anything else There are no Beans. You want beans $5.00 with Cheese $.75 extra. Haven't been to a Las Delicias in a while. Staff was attentive and friendly. Drinks and food are served quickly. The Combo 5 had a chile relleno (I prefer soft to crispy, so I appreciate the option), a beef burrito, and a cheese enchilada. The relleno and burrito are smothered in green chile. The seasoned ground beef had a good flavor, as did the rest of the platter, but there wasn't as much spice as I remember--perhaps a need to tone down the Scoville scale ingredients because of the neighborhood. The Esmeralda Margarita was refreshing with fresh cucumber and muddled cilantro. The Poblano Margarita is not spicy at all but the mezcal can punch you if you don't stir your drink. There are multiple rooms for diners which makes it a bit more intimate than a large, open restaurant. read more

I came to the Glendale location just before closing time of 9pm on Saturday. Wow! A really large menu along with a large drinks menu. I was served by Marbella G. She gave me time to make my choices. I got a complimentary basket of tortilla chips with a good chunky salsa. I chose combination #7 which is a chicken enchilada, guacamole tostada, beef taco and a chili relleno (I got soft instead of crispy). I added an order of chicharrones. Lots of food. My drink was a Sangria with red wine and mango juice. Of course, I ate everything. They do not add a service charge. read more

Gotta be honest here, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here. While service was great, the food was over priced and average. We paid $19 for 3 tacos!! That doesn't include tax or tip!!! Also, the menu states "more than 1 basket of chips is extra" then people kept asking if we wanted more. Yeah, I always want more if it's free, but I couldn't tell with how much they tried to give it out. Eventually, someone did hand us another basket and we were not charged, but take that off the menu then if that's the case. I tend to go to this place a lot for lunch and happy hour. It is located close to my work and has a great staff, tasty food and cold margs. I haven't had anything bad here. I keep gravitating to the #18 taco plate. Crunchy taco shells, well seasoned ground beef and tons of cheese. I add the fresh salsa on the table to my tacos and they are amazing. They contained minimal filling and were over fried and crunchy to the point of not being able to cut them without disintegrating necessitating eating them with my fingers making a complete mess of crumbled, over fried tortilla shells. The refried beans looked and tasted completely unappealing. The waitstaff all seemed rushed although the restaurant was not that busy and did not appear short staffed. Been a customer of Las Delicias since the '80s in Uptown when it was just a little hole in the wall and Roberto was el hefe. The wait line used to be around the corner. Have always loved their food as a Mexican-American. My family and I love the food and margs. Both get a 5 STAR. Over the past couple years, the prices have skyrocketed. Beans, rice are inexpensive. They need to consider lowering their prices so their customers will return. Instead of going there 2-3 times/month; we've held off since summer. $17 for huevos ranchers is absurd. We skipped the margs.​ I realize every restaurant in the country has suffered since Biden's administration creating high inflation. The staff is typically very, very pleasant. The Glendale location has been at least 70-80% empty, 7 cars in the parking lot. I really hope they consider their prices. This was my first time here and it was great! I got the guacamole and chicken quesadillas, and also ordered a pina colada. Everyone was really nice here. It was nearly empty when I went at 11 on a Saturday. What knocked the review down from a 5 to a 4 was that the chicken quesadillas weren't very warm, and when they brought the pina colada, the cherry dropped onto the floor next to me. Instead of bringing me a new cherry, the waitress just wiped it off with a napkin and then put it back in my drink. A little odd. read more

This had been my go-to for 40 years. The food quality has been up and down, it's mostly up now. The margs are skimpy with too much ice.

For the most part, the food is usually on point. With the prices going up, we expect the quality to stay pretty consistent. Our last few visits really bummed me out, I'm not sure if it was because we arrived close to closing, but regardless, there is no excuses for water downed beans!! Another thing, can you please stop serving stail chips!!! Chips should be served hot and fresh like they do at Los Nogales!!! What used to be pretty tasty and reasonably priced Mexican food is now basically sit down Taco Bell. The staff and service are hit and miss, but mostly miss. I have been here a few times in the past, and really enjoyed my meal. Now I live in a small town in SW Washington and I guess they do things differently there, compared to the larger cities. When we entered we were greeted and our temperature was taken. That was nice. We were escorted to our table and they were very good about social distancing. However when we were seated, we weren't given a menu and nothing was said. The waitress comes over to take our order and I let her know that I was waiting on a menu. She pointed at the sign that was at the edge of the table and told me to turn it around. That was when I discovered a QR code that has to be scanned on my phone to access the menu as they do not have any hard copies. It really would have been nice, if the person who seated us would of let us know. My experience with this restaurant in the past is the food was very high quality and very good. Not this time. Average at best. I had a combo and on the most part it was bland at best. Fortunately I had some of the salsa left over from the chips to give it some flavor. Now I go to a lot of Mexican restaurants and I usually get a combo of some sort. This is the first time ever I got a combo and they didn't serve rice and beans with it. I come to Denver at least once a year, sometimes twice. But it will be awhile, if ever I come back here. Very sad as I have many fond memories and that is why I gave them a 3. What in the world of restaurants is going on in the disgusting, nasty, run down establishment? I have frequented the Las D's in midtown almost weekly for the last 3 yrs and can say I've NEVER been disappointed. I've not been to this location, it looks bit run down and uninviting; I was right. Once a friend was on her way to visit at the end of 2020 and this location was closer. She ordered a pitcher of coins to go (as I always do at the other location) and it wasn't drinkable. It was all syrupy mixer and she said the server had an attitude after she explained exactly what she wanted (coin style, no mixer!) I had forgotten about this experience and decided to stop on the way home. The waitresses behind the bar watched us sit down, didn't greet us and proceeded to ignore us for quite some time (place was empty). One continued to text on her phone for some time before acknowledging us. Finally, the female who took our order was anything but kind or welcoming and in fact acted like a total witch. She then proceeded to make snide comments about us (most people here speak Spanish) to co-workers. Behind the bar was DISGUSTING (see photos). There was a dirty wet mop, a bucket full of disgusting fluid, cleaning agents on the bar, a purse, phone, drink and to go order food all sitting together. The only people here were old people who sadly have probably been coming here for years and are completely unaware. This place needs a health inspection. Interesting to note, they must operate under another business name at this particular location as it's not listed as Las Delicias at this location.
