I've come here for years as it's very close to my house but I think this place is getting worse... the service is TERRIBLE! The staff appears to be paid NOT to smile. The cashier barely glances up to give you a sideways glance while taking your order even if you speak perfect Spanish. They get the order wrong about 80% of the time and act like it's YOUR fault when you ask them to correct it. They hardly ever answer the phone when I call to place an order but if they do answer, it will take another miracle if they actually place the order for you. Always check your order at the counter too because if you walk out and then come back in they act like you are asking for a favor. The floors are dirty and they get absolutely disgusting as the day goes on. Apparently they figure cleaning it at night should be enough... it's not! Bring cash as they charge you $.75 for card transactions. The reason they get 2 stars? The food is great. Their carne asada nachos are delicious and the only reason why I keep coming back every few months. Even if I have to ask for forks, napkins and salsa cuz they 'forget'... EVERY TIME. Horrible customer service. My friend and I stop by to order some food and drinks. The server literally sighed when I ordered my licuado because she had to make it. After taking my order she just walked away and never bother asking my friend if she wanted anything. There were four other women in the back and saw my friend standing there, they too never bothered to ask if she wanted anything. I told my server do you mind taking my friends order? The server looking annoyed asked, "She wanted something too?" grrrr at this point she did not. I finally got my order 30 minutes later (again my friend and I were the only customers) with half of my order missing. Apparently after seeing my annoyance the server remembered the other portion of my order. At that point I just wanted to leave and told her I would pay for what was there. Just a quick walk from my house and always fresh but service isn't very good. I don't know what happened as I've been frequenting this place for 5 years with no disappointments until this year. Three times I've walked in with small fruit orders and has to wait more than 30 minutes for my order even though larger orders that were placed after me came faster. The last time I went in and another customer noticed I had not been called as she was getting her large 4 person order. I said something and got it right away. I will not be doing business here. I work near El Torazo in Long Beach and will drive out my way to eat there even on off days. They're friendlier with a fresh salsa and lime bar. read more

This is probably the worst place I have ever been too. The girls working there are beyond rude and have no manners towards customers. I went in today order a strawberry and banana "NATURAL licuado." The smoothie is handed to me and I take the first sip, literally taste as if I took a giant sip of water with sugar didn't like it whatsoever it was overly sweet, I told one of the employee"was sugar added into this smoothie?" She said "yes,why?" I replied kindly it's way too sweet for me can you please make another? I was craving fruit and found this place on yelp. It was 9:00 p.m. and Yelp showed that this place was still open and closed at 10:00 p.m. I drove across town to get there at 9:22 p.m. A family was still inside and I was happy to find a place that was open this late that sells fruit. As I walked inside that family walked out. The lady from the back of the counter said they were closed. I asked if I can just buy the container with the fruit with nothing to add on it and she said no they're closed. I come here for the fresh fruit and smoothies. They're pretty delicious and they use real mangos to blend with your smoothie. There is a language barrier here, so if you don't know what you want and can't speak Spanish be prepared to just point at the pictures on the menu board. Prices are very decent. :) read more

I have tried a few of their stuff and they are delicious! Well except the escamocha I didn't like it at all! But I have to say they have the best banana split I have ever tried! There are so many things to choose from that it is so hard to decide! The location is not that great because there is hardly any parking and the place is hard to see if you don't know about it. I drove by here a few times and never saw it until I found out there was one in this location and when I came is when I realized how many times I had missed it. I don't know why but every time I walk in I feel like I am in a carnicería LOL! Both times that I have come it has been a bit dirty though. That and the ladies do seem to have an attitude or look like they don't want to be there like other's have mentioned. I wonder if they get trained to do that because the ladies at the one in Bell act exactly the same! I do have to say though that the service here is better and faster than the Bell one though. I was craving this so much I made him take me to check it out... Lets just put it like this, the menu and everything on it looks amazing. The food they were bringing out to the customers who were eating there looked even better then the pictures, HOWEVER, after waiting 30 minute we became frustrated and started questioning the girls. There were only a few people inside eating and they had about 4 girls in the back working (gossiping) They told us the food should be right out so we waitied another 10 minutes, gave up and walked out.
