Service is really weird here because there's not really a line or specific place to go. You order and then no one asks for your payment until they hand you the food which means there's not a traditional "order" and "pick-up" side that most other quick service places have. Also, the menu is in spanish. Most of the people that work there speak english enough to understand you but you have to know enough to know what's on the menu. Food was good. I had a burrito. It was a little heavy in my opinion. You could tell it was very fatty and greasy. Mexican food usually is on the heavier side when you're ordering something covered in sauce and cheese, but this was a little too heavy for me. But I'd go back. It just wouldn't be my first choice. The JUICE is why I return. Its really reasonably priced and they juice it fresh right there. For $5, you can get a large juice. That's way beyond cheaper than going to a chain juice bar. I came here with a work colleague after a bad day and it was a great pick me up! I ordered their chamango and didn't wait long for it to come out. It included a mango purée with chamoy, cut up mangos, and tamarindo on a straw. At first it was a bit thick to drink through the straw so I started going at it with the spoon and it was pretty good! Not the bomb, but came pretty close. The tamarindo on a straw was a bit odd. After it melted a little bit more it tasted so much better! It was spicy too but not too overwhelming. I am excited to try their other desserts as well as their food. Parking lot is a bit small, we found parking easily but not sure if there is an extra lot in the back. Service was good, my colleague ordered in Spanish for me and I think I could probably get away with the Spanish that I know. I came across this place on yelp it's my first time here. The place is pretty small and needs a bit of updating and better A/C. The service is mediocre but the items we ordered were great. I got the chamango and I must say it was bomb. Perfect combination of everything and super refreshing on this hot day. I always get their mango smoothie. It is so fresh and delicious. If you pay w/a debit card it's an additional .75 cents. Service is ok. The one that helped me today was very nice. Worst Customer service ever! on Saturday 23 at 3pm the service provided was AWFUL. They did not add any fruit to my diablito and when I spoke to the so called manager shown in this picture named DENAYDA and asked her if she could please trade it for the diablito with fruit and charge me the difference she said they couldn't do that. I asked her to please charge me for fruit on the side and all she did was roll her eyes and give me an attitude. I purchased $40 worth of ice cream and chips from there and they couldn't simply add or charge extra for the fruit requested. I let DENAYDA know that as a manager she should not be giving an attitude to the customer when trying to resolve an issue but she simply stated she didn't care and because she doesn't care the owner can now thank her for losing a customer.
