I booked my appointment online and when doing so they were booked out for two - three months. I came in for a 10:00a appointment and the lobby was busy with a steady number of patients checking in and being taken back by staff. Their process seemed to have a good flow: check in at front desk then a few minutes later a medical assistant would call for the patient with a little iPad in hand at the door (maybe the current version of a clipboard with patient information?). I waited a little bit as I watched people come and go from their door. I was called and taken back at 10:35a. After talking to the assistant about my reason for my visit and etc. for about 2 minutes, I was left to sit and wait for the doctor. Time seemed to pass slowly as my room was awfully quiet but staff outside were chatting away. Patiently waiting, I read through every little pamphlet in that room, front to back, for about another 30 minutes until I was tired of waiting. I left the room and notified staff I was leaving; they advised I was next on the list to be seen. The delayed update was nice to know - although prompted by me, but an hour of idle sitting isn't the best use of my time. I can't imagine someone's frustration if they've experienced the same while taking time off from work to visit this office. I cannot comment on their care or expertise in the medical/dermatology world as I did not get treated for anything. Front desk staff did call me after I left to ask if I wanted to keep the paid amount as a credit to the account or to be refunded - I chose the latter as I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. Aside from all this, the office is very pretty and well designed inside. I learned about skin cancer, Botox alternatives and Retress - their hair growth system/product they sell from the pamphlets I read. There is ample parking space around the plaza. Oh lastly, the lobby entrance is closest to the 215 side of the building.

She zapped some spots on my face that were bugging me and explained it may need to be repeated, which the last person I saw failed to explain. It was 100 dollars at her office, and if they come back you can come back to get them rezapped without an additional fee. This time around the one that I had done before is so much smoother after healing than when I got it done elsewhere. I've had places removed before, I am very fair skinned, and I have a good amount of freckles/moles and I do tan outside sometimes. My sister in law had melanoma, small freckle on her behind, doesn't even see the sun, and she had to be put under to remove it all, now she has a massive 6 inch long scar on her behind, which I DON'T WANT!! These other doctors were such a joke. But Dr. Langford, WOW finally a winner and enjoys people that pay for her service. She is delightful, kind, takes her time, and is very helpful.
