Machine are all clean and brand new , we went on a wed and all games are half off . Its a good place to have a date or have fun with kids and friends . There was a crazy fat white lady with her son complaining about idk and being very rude kinda ruin the vibe. And look like one of those that ask for the manager. It was handled well and resolved. What a FUN place for families! First time here for a birthday party a month ago and have been back twice since. It's a family arcade with a bowling area, virtual rides and lots of arcade games. Love love love the laser tag and bouncy areas. Everything is so clean and new and I hope they are able to maintain it this way. The food is typical chicken nuggets, hamburger, popcorn, corton candy. I purchased two tickets online and reserved a time the day before, for the silver pack play for my two grandsons. When we arrived there were about 6 bus loads of children from summer camps already there. I was overwhelmed that there were so many children and went to the counter to ask if my tickets would be honored for another day. I would like to commend Alex who I spoke to. He was extremely nice and professional with a wonderful attitude and very accommodating. He apologized and said the tickets would be honored at another time of my choosing. It was so nice to speak to someone that was so courteous and dedicated to his job. Thank you Alex for being so helpful and kind especially when it was extremely busy. We celebrated my son's 6th birthday at this venue. It was packed but the girl who was in charge of our party was great. My son had a good time playing laser tag (I think his Dad enjoyed it more) and game time in the arcade. I would definitely recommend this venue for a party or a family night out. read more

This is such a great addition to the atlas mall! We took my 3 & 5 year old early on a weekday and it was empty! They practically had the place to themselves. There is so many different activities for kids to do here. They loved the bouncy houses and the balls. We got the package that came with bowling too which was prefect for their sizes. My daughter and husband did the virtual reality activity and my husband said it was absolutely worth it and so much fun. The prices are reasonable But it can get expensive fast. Every staff member was fantastic and helpful. They have couches in the bounce house area which is awesome for parents! My only suggestion to management is about the prize redemption. We tried to pay for one of the prizes because the kids didn't have enough tickets, but was told it's not possible to pay cash for prizes. We couldn't even pay the difference from tickets to cash. It will make more money for your business, so I am not sure why you would have a policy like that. read more

I took my son and my little brother for the first time today and we had a blast! It wasn't that expensive, it was clean, and it had a lot of fun activities for the kids. The food was okay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason my review didn't receive the full 5 stars is because in the bounce area there were three bounce houses and the first one on the left hand side as you walk in which was meant to be like an obstacle course was unattended and very dangerous. Especially for the little ones. I ended up paying the $5 to accompany the boys so overall, we had a great time and will definitely be going back again. read more

I was invited to a birthday party here. The kids had a really good time but honestly I felt bad for the mom who organised the party there. The room was tiny. No place for adults to sit. No place to hang coats/place personal belongings etc... The young lady "in charge" of the party had zero common sense on many issues that came up. She threw us out (adults and children) out of the room even as we were finishing the cake, insisting the room "needed to be cleaned up" -- except no one ever went in there to clean it up and we were rushed out in a matter of minutes for absolutely no reason. So we had to transport all our belongings to the hallway for adults and children, including gifts and party favours -- and throw all belongings in bins (the girl actually said you can only use one bin!!!) and at least one child's items was lost as a result. During the party, no napkins, no water ...no one really in charge. A lot of stress for the parent. Horrific customer service. No one above the age of 24 to speak to -- i.e., young girls/boys following instructions but really horrific disappointing service. I would say definitely skip this place for your loved one's celebration. Of course I don't know what it cost ...but regardless, skip this place! read more

The venue is at the Atlas Park mall lower level under the Regal Cinema. At first, it didn't appeal, but once we bought the unlimited 1 hr pass, the kids had a lot of fun. You can opt for a package found on the web that can get you an extra mile if available at the time your looking. My kids are between 5 and 8 and the game that attracted them the most is Rabbids Hollywood. They probably spent a good 30 minutes shooting plungers to rabbits and turkeys. So, it's something we'll go again sometime. read more

Laser tag $16 per kid for 20 mins, $200 for gaming only last one hour, $60 for terrible microwave sandwiches and poor management very unorganized!!!! The workers are young and dosent even care about "turn " and your children's safety!! No signing sheet and they allow other parents cutting the line and bully us without any apologize , totally disrespectful and disappointed! I guess because I'm a Asian so they taking advantage because we are silent and not try to cause problem in public, not try to ruined other kids good time so I let it slide this time . The woman with the cheap wig and ugly lashes in the picture bring 4 boys cutting line and start yelling and try to scared me and my boys , it's just another day of trashy people think they can get away by lies and loud voice, no need to argue, pics show everything ! I hope someone can read this review and actually do something about it , such of the shame, overall spending $300 in here with 3 kids less the 2 hours was disaster !!! Had my son's 5th birthday party here today. Thing's were smoothly run. We took an 11 am time slot so the place would be more quiet. The ball pit was clean, they changed up the bounce area from what I remember they had 6 months ago which is nice because it keeps the activities more interesting for the little ones. Our party hosts Alyssa and Alexis were very good and engaged. Filled our helium balloons, took out all our decorations, kept the 15 kids safe and packed all our gifts and leftovers ready to go. Over all it is not an inexpensive party but I feel money well spent. We were here for over 3 hours just playing and my son had an excellent time. read more

Very disappointed. Laser tag - the vest was broken. Asked to change it it took them 15 minutes to change it. Got 1474 points- kids picked 2 items, we had 224 left and flip spinner is 250 points. I asked if I can pay the difference, they said no. As a result the kid is crying, and the suggestion that I got from the stuff, let her return one toy than and get the spinner. Took my 3 kids here for the first time, I have to say I have an autistic 10 year old son which most of the times stays in a corner when I Ake him to a play ground or other indoor attraction place, as soon as we got here he was excited running and playing, my 2 year old and 6 year old loved it as well and I have to mention although it is annoying they time very group by half hour it seems to work perfect at least for me even though if I pay to go in I would like for my children to have fun until they want but overall it is a good system you get in with a group for half hour in the enclosed ball are and after that they switch that group into the bouncy place area for 30 more minutes , I think one hour is good enough but do not like the restriction if I am paying for it, also if you want to go In the ball area with your child you have to purchase a separate band which it's pretty dumb because they won't be responsible for your child if anything happens but you need to pay extra in order to do so your self, also they don't tell you at the front you are only allowed in the ball area but in the bouncy area you can not get in the bouncy games even if you pay for the $5 band so my 2year old which I had to pay full price for couldn't enjoy it because there was no way in hell I was going to let him go in by his self in a inclosed bouncy playground with other bigger kids running like maniacs , so I had to make him play in only one area where there was much more he could've enjoyed if they would've let me in with him which actually I payed extra for but was only allowed where they wanted... the arcade area is supper fun and there is also laser tag which I would love to go back to with my husband and try ourself , my overall is i would come here a 1000 times over the big mouse competitor if you know what I mean, they are clean, organized and friendly . read more

The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. Overall, we love the place. It's clean and the air quality is great. However, something needs to be done with the signal. Even though we were told there's wifi, we still couldn't get any service at all. My hubby suggested that you can bring down a coaxial cable to get the service up and running. Great place for kids all age groups. They have a bouncy house arcade games and it's fun I purchased my own card to play so I won't have to share. My only issue is that your child can just walk out or be carried out of this place there is no supervision the children walk in and out the bouncy house. Unlike Chuck E. Cheese's there is no stamp to prove that you are leaving with your child. No one stands at the exit to stop the kids from leaving. read more

The staff is very professional we have never had a problem. I hope one day they will expand to possibly having a second floor or a bigger spot in atlas mall! My school went to Laser Bounce today and it was GREAT! The entire staff was excellent with my school. Patrick was beyond amazing in making everything run smoothly and making our 5th graders have the time of their lives. Every teacher just kept complimenting Patrick on his professionalism and how he just kept making sure everyone was having a great time. The staff was so helpful and friendly and made sure kids were having a great time and being safe. The kitchen staff attended to so many 10 year olds which is not an easy thing. Also Brendalys was a joy in helping answer questions and getting the word out, she also helped communicate me with Laser Bounce about booking etc. This was by far the best field trip experience I have ever been on! read more

I took my 2 year old son there. I puchased a package that includes the ballocity and inflattables. For 30 min of each for each experience i paid $21. It was not a very good experience. My 2 year old was scared of the balls shooting loudly in the air in the ball pit. He did like the inflattables, but 30 min of it is too long. Especially considering he was the only child there. All by all we were dissapointed and I regret spending so much for such a measle hour. Also the employees aren't very kid friendly and look as if they are bored out of their mind. It might be a better place for older children. read more

WOW! If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was so nice and accommodating of me and my two kids. Had a chance to meet the supervisor Lindsey and she provided phenomenal customer service.
