Amazing experience at Laser Tagging in Fremont! Don't let the exterior fool you the arena is double leveled, clean, and super fun for a group of 2 to a group of 20+. We hosted an birthday party here and it was an absolute blast. Mr. Gill was unbelievably accommodating to my random requests and truly made it an event to remember. The venue has 3 large party rooms each can host 30+ people with chairs and table cloths. Because there were no other parties on that day, Gill let me in early to decorate the space with streamers and paper decorations. He has carts onsite to help with loading and unloading things to the car and large party size trash cans and recycling bins for the party and clean up. This was a surprise party and Gill let us hide in the briefing room to do the grand surprise. It was awesome! We hosted a party of 20 adults and had the best time. They have party packages for pizza and laser tagging, but I opted to cater some burgers and fries from the local in-n-out. Gill was with me the whole way and even opened late to accommodate my party. Highly recommend anyone to throw their party here, if you have a vision Gill will help you to make it happen! read more

We hosted my son's 10th birthday here on Sunday March 17. They were very busy and we arrived early. They were so accommodating and got us into our room as soon as they could. Though they were busy I always felt like we had our party needs met and they were so accommodating to the changes we made the schedule throughout the event. I love the fact that I was able to bring in my own cake and chips to go along with the pizza. The pizza tasted good and the drink selection worked for our group. I would love to see the laser maze expanded as the kids really liked it, but it went too fast. All in all I would definitely recommend this place to host a bday party! read more

We went here on the thanksgiving weekend and it was relatively quiet. Other than our party of 8, there were 4 other kids and the arena was just the right size for 12 people. They have a few arcade games in their lobby and the little kids in our party enjoyed it very much. The people working the place that day were welcoming and courteous. It's not the first time my family went there for a birthday party. We felt good there last time about three years ago. But this time we had a bad experience here. We noticed there was some safety issue we should let others know and also wanted to draw the management's attention to make some changes for the reasons of safety of young kids. We had been guaranteed a private room, but before we finished our session in the laser tag room, the next group of adults rushed in. Then my friend's 10 years old son was hit in the face by a metal gun of an aggressive adult. When my friend told the manager and his reply was that he allowed the adults in but only for 1 minute. And the manager did nothing to rectify the situation. Sadly the adult who hit the boy never apologized, and never came to see if he was okay. Obviously the management didn't prioritize the kid's safety and had no intention to make their place be a "doing good" place. We've been so sad and disappointed to see their reaction and doing nothing to this kind of safety issue. read more

We hosted our son's 7th birthday here and had around 60 guests. Gill let us come early to decorate, the large party room, and bring our own food (for the adults). The pizzas were for the kids that played laser tag and drinks were included as well. We liked that the two laser tag games were not back to back because some kids arrived late and were able to participate in at least one game. They also enjoyed the laser maze and loved the arcade games (which takes coins only). The staff also separated quarters for us into ziplock bags so that we could distribute to our guests. We weren't rushed out of the party room and staff took care of the cleanup. We had a great experience and happy we chose this place! read more

The venue reached out to us a few days before the event to ensure all details were set, making the planning process hassle-free. Activities & Games The kids had an absolute blast playing laser tag team games and trying their hands at the arcade. We initially purchased a package that included laser tag and a maze along with pepperoni and cheese pizza and drinks. While the maze was fun, in hindsight, I'd recommend going all-in on the laser tag and arcade games, as that's where the kids had the most fun. Food & Amenities We didn't have to worry about a thing! The party room was sizeable and already set up when we arrived--clean, and complete with tables, tablecloths, chairs, birthday banners, and even utensils, plates, cups, and forks. Extra Mile Customer Service What really set this place apart was the incredible customer service. They let us use their freezer for our ice cream cake and even provided a candle lighter and knife. The team was superbly organized, communicating every step of the way so we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect next. Attended a birthday party and never knew this place was here. Pretty cool spot- something different. However, the place looked a bit unkept. Party room walls were dirty. One of the rooms had a bad odor, it smelled similar to a dirty bathroom. Basically, it looked like visiting someone's house and used the bedrooms to make a party room. Arcade games that were over priced or not working. The food wasn't great either. I was told that the hosts couldn't bring any outside, except appetizers and cake. Had a birthday party for my 3rd grader and 17 of her friends. Owner was lovely and accommodating when half of the party was delayed in traffic and allowed us to start 20 mins late. The kids had a wonderful time. On balance, I would enthusiastically recommend this venue for kid (elementary school) birthday parties, especially outside of peak times (our party was on a Thursday afternoon). Pros: - Pretty large arcade with lots of games that held the kids' attention even when no money was inserted :) - Made pizza + drinks very easy, had all the plates, cake knife, etc. Just needed to bring cake + candles + party favors - Spacious party room (table seats up to 30, with extra chairs around the perimeter for parents) - Allowed me to be inside the arena with the kids (I was not in a vest/playing) so I could be available if the kids needed anything and could take pictures - Staff were accommodating - we thought the birthday girl's maze may have been started without being reset from the demo due to the high time and extra laser beam breaks - unclear, maybe she was just very slow! - regardless, the owner let her go through again for a "makeup" round - Goody bag for birthday kid (candy, small toys, gift card for more laser tag) - When I checked out, I was calculating tip in my head but the owner skipped past the tip screen before having me sign - I was too surprised to protest that I had been planning to tip! Cons: - Looks a little sketchy from the outside - Got very hot inside (in March) - multiple kids overheated. Soda/lemonade were included and a water fountain was available, but pitchers of water would also have been useful - Not "professional" e.g. seems to be family owned and operated, no uniforms (but staff were nicely dressed), fairly casual party management (staff floated, no dedicated "party host") - not a problem, just was a little surprising. I didn't receive a reminder to have the guests sign the waiver, and I called to confirm the party vs. the other way around. read more

I brought the kids here for my nephews bday. When we walked into the facility it was really crowded. I didn't have an issue with the crowed but it smelled of marijuana. The smell of smoke was so overwhelming that we had a huge migraine. I paid over $100 and we only played one game cause the smell was not tolerable. We had to wait for the owner to let us get in a game but the wait felt horrible as the smell was extreme. I approached him and informed him that the smell is awful and there are kids in the facility he made a statement "that it's coming from one of the reserved rooms and that he can't do nothing". which was wrong as the place is made for kids to enjoy and the fact that the little ones were bothered by it as well as some of us adults were bothered by the strong smoke smell. It was a deal breaker as a mother. It was a big no for me. We won't be returning. It seemed like it was a family business and the employees are related but not one person was trying to take care of the smoke smell despite so many little kids being present and the complains. Especially we had complained about it as well. I was annoyed as We have cleared our schedules to do multiple games but the waiting area where the arcade is the smoke smell it was not tolerable. You can tell someone was smoking in the room. I didn't want our kids smelling the second hand smoke. It was ghetto and unfortunate that there were so many kids getting second smoke. Avoid this place unless you like the smell of skunk/smoke smell. It's disappointing as they seem nice but to me safety and health for the kids is #1. read more

Hosted a birthday party here last week and Gil and his wife Ashley are amazing people! Everything was taken care of from set up accommodations, helping to distribute pizza, pour drinks, and even to cut the cake! I've never experienced such customer service or help from staff at any other venue. Every one of my guest had a blast including the parents. The level of impact the pandemic has had on these family entertainment centers is awful and I'm so thankful this place has made it so far. My family celebrated my son's 10th birthday at Lasertagging last December 23.2023. We were blown away by their customer service! Gill and his team were attentive, accommodating, and kind! I originally told him 28 kids and he ordered 6 pizzas ( 2 slices per kid is included in the party bundle), but only 25 kids wanted to play. Gill was very kind and only charged me for 25 kids and just charged me the 1 extra pizza. Most places would have charged me for 28 kids. And they even let me bring all the food that I want to bring. Their party room was able to accommodate all my guests and they even let us stay longer than the 2 hours since we were the last ones to use the party room that day. We hosted a large group event with around 10 middle school boys - any in person time to do something interactive and in person is welcomed these days by their parents. Laser Tagging was excellent in hosting and accommodating us, and the manager had great hospitality in really making time for our group. Even when the night got busy, he furiously multitasked to ensure our group was taken care of and managed to squeeze in 4 rounds in 2 hours! Technically it went over the 2 hour mark slightly, but that just goes to show how much the manger cared about ensuring we had a good time. The boys felt that they had a great time - so much so that they wanted to come back again the next month.
