Owned by the same guy that owns Amillion Tattoo (where Magic Laser is). These seem like really cool people that care about their work. I am not going to lie. I was super skeptical about doing this whole laser thing. I did extensive research online. Most of the stuff online is so so. I got discouraged the more I looked online. Jill at Amillion was my Laser tech. The first day I went in for my consultation she said the tattoo needed to heal more. I went in the next week and she said it still needed to heal. This shows me they care about my skin! I went in yesterday 8/2/2013. She took a look and said we could hit most of the tattoo This is a big piece by the way. I soo wanted to get the anticipation of what the laser would feel like out of my head. I have a fairly high pain tolerance, but I'm a newb when it comes to this. When I was about to start the actual first laser experience Jill kind of shocked me. She seemed to get really professional on me. I kept felling more comfortable around her. She gave me a little test to see what it felt like. It wasn't that bad really. You will do anything you must to get what you want lol. The process does not really take long at all. It does hurt worse than actually getting a tattoo but the pain is bearable. I will go back this next week to get the of the laser treatment done. I will updated y'all later on the progress. At the conclusion of the appt, the doctor's assistant placed the wrong prescription order with Walgreens. They apologized for the error, however did not offer any compensation for their prescription mistake leaving me to bear the cost of their error. I've never had either of these issue happen before. I'd recommend another provider that respects and values patients time and shows financial accountability and ownership for expense errors they cause their customers.

My check-in at the North Austin location off of Mo-Pac near Parmer was effortless and very pleasant and my clinical visit with Lorin the Medical Assistant and Stephanie PA-C for the skin check was through and very informative. I was beyond pleased that PA Stephanie was able to examine and treat a spot on my ear that she had concerns with and also perform a procedure on a couple more that required them to be excised off. The visit was really positive and I accomplished so much in 90 minutes from the time I walked in along with directions on using appropriate sunscreen! Sanova Dermatology offers lots of services , so I expect that I'll be back more often than annually for routine maintenance and care at a really reasonable and fair cost.
