Hands down, the best place in town!!! I've been coming to laser away for about 3 years, maybe longer. My experience has been phenomenal!!! I highly recommend laser away for not only hair removal, but for everything. The entire staff is always kind, welcoming, informative, and genuine. I have never felt like they were making recommendations just for profit; they have a real care and concern for whatever you want to fix or enhance. They definitely, 100% care if you're happy and want to help make you happy. I am an African American female, and I haven't had any adverse affects due to laser hair removal. I haven't scarred, my skin hasn't deeply pigmented, and it's actually helped with scarring on parts of my body (vaginal)! I used to get ingrown hairs really bad, and waxing seemed to only make the area darker and I would still get ingrown hair!!! After having laser treatments, hair hardly grows on the treated areas! If I do get hair growth under my arms or vaginal hair, it's very fine and soft; You can hardly see it. As well, to actually get noticeable growth on those areas, I'd have to not shave or anything for 6 months or something crazy (I kept track one time). When I shave those areas now, I don't get ingrown hairs at all. Laser hair removal was the best thing I've ever invested in for myself. Im currently doing my legs and I'm in love with the results. I did have tattoo removal, and although I didn't complete my sessions, my ratio is noticeably different and less pigmented. Another service I had done at laser away were my juvaderm lip injections. This was an amazing process! It was a bit painful but the nurse that did my injections was so sweet, encouraging, gentle, and patient that the pain became tolerable and hardly noticeable. She went at a speed I was comfortable with and took her time to analyze the shape of my lips before injecting them - she was very intentional. The last thing I have to say about laser away: ask for Evelyn!!!!!! She is the best representation for laser away! She truly loves her job and cares about the patients. Been going here for laser hair removal for about a year now and it's great! Everyone here is kind and welcoming. The front desk staff are all very sweet too! Today I was treated by nurse Jessica T. who was super friendly and very informative about how the laser treatments work! She asked me questions about how my appointments have been going, made sure I was comfortable, and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze on to help ease the pain which was very much appreciated lol. I was also offered some ice in case I wanted to numb the area beforehand, which I didn't even know was a thing. She was really accomodating and very professional. There was one time I had to reschedule an appointment because their machines were out of service, but it was not their fault and they notified me before I drove over which was helpful! Very disappointed in the recent experience I had at laser away. I was sold a procedure package and pretty much everything I was told was wrong. I was given an appt for the procedure and the appt was changed three times without my consent. When I called to figure out which one it is, the customer service rep said he'd check but never got back to me. Then I was told in advance that my appt would only be a few hours and that it would cover everything I want done and it ended up being longer and I had to come back again to get the final part done. Then, at the original appt I wasn't offered disposable shorts so all the gel got on my shorts. Luckily the second nurse offered me that. Finally, I was told that if I took financing, my credit report wouldn't be impacted. So I stupidly did that and even tho I paid in full immediately, my credit score went down from opening the account. I am extremely disappointed with laser away. read more

I will start with the bad news first. They are beyond unreliable. I purchased a package of laser hair removal treatments. In 2020 since then I have been to the office more times than the amount of treatments I purchased. At least 3 times I showed up waited for 20-30 minutes only to be told they were short staffed and couldn't see me that day after having an appointment booked for 6 weeks. After that I realized that they were taking the treatments out of my account as if I had received the treatment when they canceled. After they canceled last minute they informed me that they were booked for weeks so I would have to wait at least 3 weeks to come back. Apart from that I've received same day calls to cancel or reschedule for completely random times. My advice to then please come up with a system to where your clients are made aware in advance of these cancelations. The last time they canceled on me was because the techs lunch was at the time of my appointment, with a proper system this can be avoided. Secondly, have client profiles with preferred appointment times that are up to date. And finally, if you cannot facilitate a system to avoid this issues have some type of compensation prepared because these issues are extremely inconvenient to your customers, and can even cost them money is they have to re arrange work schedules last minute, any thing a little scrunchy, a tote bag a % of their treatment anything to make them feel valued because you did not value their time. I have a few more treatments but apart from that I won't we returning. Apart from the inconsistency, I'm very sad to not be coming back because the service is great, they are clean, and welcoming, the staff is never rude even when I'm expressing my frustrations. If you are able to move your schedule around freely and don't mind having to reschedule I recommend this location . read more

I Just had a Laser treatment with Jazmine, Honestly this would be one of the best treatments I had. This was my first time with her and now she's my favorite, they all are so sweet and nice. Never had to wait passed my appointment time and more than anything saw results from the first treatment for a full body laser. I can't imagine the need to go anywhere else. Money hungry establishment. Unknowlegable staff. Less than adequate equipment. Waste of money. Ironically, if I check in here, I get $50 off a treatment. Laser Away, you couldn't pay me to go back! First, let's start with the generic. This place is essentially a factory that gets you in and out. The pictures of the interior aren't even of this specific location. Second, customer service. Kassie and Marie are the only personable people I had the pleasure of dealing with. Lastly, and most importantly, I got tattoo removal done yesterday and no...just no. As someone who's had several treatments done elsewhere, I can assure you they have limited equipment and less than knowledge staff. Holly did my tattoo removal and couldn't even remember the exact frequencies their laser machine offers. Omg Holly! There are only 2 frequencies on your machine! There's not much to remember....and oh yeah, it's your job to know! In today's day, most tattoo removal companies boast the ability to remove all colors while warning you that blues are harder to get out. They told me they could try but they couldn't get blue to come out and said simply, blue never goes away. Of course not, not with the machine you're using! And for the price? You should offer a capable machine and practitioner. I expect tattoo removal to hurt. I expect it to frost. My tattoos on my knuckles are already faded from previous sessions. It felt as though Holly didn't even go over all of my tattoo and from looking at it, I can see where she missed spots. She rushed me in and rushed me out. I was not given a print out with aftercare instructions and I had to ask her about post care which she seemed indifferent to discuss. I came here because the lady who had spent a lot of time with me at a different tattoo removal company is now overseeing Laser Away. I came to her in 2009 after experiencing paradoxical ink darkening. She found the right wavelength to use to reverse it. That company also had more than 2 settings for wavelengths. I have spent years trying to find someone I can trust because of the hell I went through with the paradoxical ink darkening. She helped me and I would've gone to the end of the earth to get removal done by her and only her but since she doesn't do removal anymore and only oversees her staff, I figured her recommendation was the next best thing. You get whoever is available. There is no guarantee you'll see the same practioner twice so forget about consistency. Laser Away is basically the puppy mill of the cosmetic treatment industry. All puppies look cute at the store but you never know what you're going to get. Please see my before and after pictures from 2009. Blue does come out if you have the right equipment. They didn't even touch the blue. Note: this is not their work. My knuckles will most likely look completely unchanged after the "treatment" Holly provided.
