Hello ladies, Who is having the same issue where laser way books your and then cancels your appointment and because they over booked you and don't have any staff to cover ? I've spent close to 5k here and customer service representative have been constantly changing my services. That laser way doesn't hire enough nurses to service all client. Another excuse that they don't have enough Staff to clean at 10 am and they open at 10 am. I'm so fed up of laser way treating me so bad. My savings have gone to the trash when laser way keeps calling me to change my appointment and my hair removal is not getting the sessions I was told I would within the time frames just because they don't have staff this is so unprofessional I am so disappointed in laser way. read more

I am not one to write reviews but I can appreciate good service. The nurses and techs at this location are all kind and always make you feel comfortable. I never wait more than a min or two to be seen. The place is clean and parking is easy. I had been on the fence about hair removal for a long time and decided "why not?" The whole process is very easy from start to finish explaining all services available and package rates. Appointments are made on site they are very flexible. I am LOVING my results and started seeing the difference in my hair growth by the second session. I would highly recommend - don't know why I waited so long to do this for myself. read more

I went to this Laseraway for laser hair removal and they are so amazing!!!! Dianna took her time and covered every inch while making sure I wasn't in any pain. I was especially afraid since I am African American with a darker brown skin tone, that there might be some issues or they wouldn't have a laser that would work with my skin, but there were no problems at all. My first experience with laserAway was 9 years go, and it was great than as it is now. I recently went somewhere else for laser hair removal and was not satisfied. So I went back to LaserAway and with my FIRST treatment I saw the results that I was expecting with my last treatment at the other place. Not to mention how extremely comfortable Shoshanna (Cerritos location) made me feel. She was so informative about the other services offered that I bit the bullet and got lip fillers, which she also did and let me tell you, I get compliments on them daily. Highly recommend this clinic for laser! They offer a payment plan, or you could use care credit for any treatments. I'm very happy with my laser treatments for hair removal. I am beginning to see a significant difference in the areas I am treating. Can't wait to be done to be hair free. Also all the nurses are great, but Shoshana is very thorough during the procedure.
