Your website clearly states the estimated length of each laser treatment (for example, full legs - 20 minutes, stomach line - 15 minutes), so I had certain expectations regarding the quality and thoroughness of the service. I arrived early for my appointment and was the only client in the waiting room. After waiting about five minutes, the technician brought me in on time. From the start, there was very little communication. She only asked the standard questions about retinol use, antibiotics, and similar medical information, but she never explained the treatment process or what to expect during the session. What concerned me most was the treatment itself. The technician did not mark or properly assess the treatment areas, and it felt like she was simply guessing rather than being precise. She didn't pause to check that every area had been treated evenly. When I asked her to lower the air pressure because I was uncomfortable, my request was ignored. This location is not the same since the previous technicians left. The level of professionalism and attention to detail has noticeably declined. There was no welcoming atmosphere, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and no sense of structure. What was especially frustrating is that there wasn't a single other client waiting, yet the technician still rushed through my appointment. The session was completed much faster than expected, and I honestly do not believe all of the treatment areas were covered properly. Laser hair removal should be performed carefully and methodically. The technician should be checking that every section is treated evenly rather than rushing through the appointment. As a paying customer, I expect a thorough treatment that matches the standards your company advertises. I left feeling like my appointment was rushed and that I did not receive the quality of care I paid for. They suck and they're scammers. -I asked the first laser technician what settings she was using. She refused to give them to me. The manager would later say this is against their policy and she should have told me. -The second laser technician was really lovely, but I kept having hairs return repeatedly, and since it was in its growing phase each time I did a session, I imagine the laser had to have gotten it at least one of the three times successfully. No. It came coming back. I kept asking if she's doing this area that's part of my treatment area, and she didn't really understand. I also made note of the settings she was using, which made no sense for laser settings, and the machine used. I took a photo and asked in online communities: it's a cellulite machine. The front desk, which texts you, is hopeless when it comes to communication. They sidestep answering questions or just don't get what you're saying. When it finally reached the manager, she said they used Alma and Soprano lasers. I told her I looked at the setting screen for these models, and none of them looked like the machine and the screen she was using, describing what I saw in great detail, and that the settings she used, beauticians online told me, are not the right settings for laser. She continued to insist they only used Alma and Soprano lasers on me. The final straw for me was when I left my house 20 minutes early for my appt, and still ended up arriving at Grand Central at 6:20pm because of severe delays. I asked if they can see me a few minutes late because of unforeseen train issues, and they said they can't because they close at 6:30pm. I asked them to just stay behind, I would run from the station and arrive just before 6:30pm. They refused and again, like previous times, refused to name themselves, then claimed I never asked lol. And then this person had the nerve to condescend that she's happy to make another appt and that I should take care to be on time next time. Yup, you lost my business forever. The reason they're secretive on settings and machines used by the way, is because they're losing low settings so you'll need more sessions after your groupon sessions are done. That's their business model. I'm not the first person to say this either.

They were just rude and I felt very rushed. This was only my first session. Overall happy with Ruslana, the cleanliness of the place, and the Groupon prices. Will follow up with if the laser sessions actually work. FYI- you can't combine Groupon and Spektrum's new customer special, I asked because I wanted to add another mall area, but I expected that.

She basically did a corrective Sculptra from a previous injector who only injected it into my cheeks and made me look like a chipmunk.
