Has my first laser experience at 'LA' called Fire and Ice and although skeptical at first nurse Nancy put me at ease by answering questions and she talked me through the procedure. I must admit that I didn't like the zapping of the laser as it felt like little hot needles lightly tapping my face and the heat of it caused my skin to smell burnt lol but after the 'Fire' part of the procedure she immediately followed up with a cooling hydrating facial mask that had a pleasant aroma that cooled the skin, hence 'ice'. Once the mask was removed I had beautiful refreshed and renewed skin. Sunblock was applied after that and I put on a white cap to avoid sun damage. Overall I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the office and professional staff. I enjoyed the free sample of unscented sunblock and the white cap that I received as a complimentary gift. read more

Because this was my first time looking into laser treatments she explained the ease of the process and got me set up for treatments so quickly. So far I've had 3 treatments. First 2 treatments were great. My 3rd treatment with Nancy was the best experience I've had. She is so friendly and offered great advice for prepping and dealing with upcoming treatments. Rude staff!! DO NOT COMMIT TO THIS PLACE. I scheduled my first appointment last week to start a laser process committing to a $2,448 payment plan. My very first appointment I drove here all the way from San Pedro. With just my luck 3 of the street lights were broken in hermosa on my way there. I was unaware that in the parking structure you have to PARK, PAY, and then GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO YOUR CAR to put your ticket on the dash. Stupid. Then I had to wait for the cross walk. My appointment was at 1:00 and I walked in at 1:06. Apparently the have a "very strict grace 5 minute grace period." When I walked in a bunch of workers and the secretary Kristy who sat at the desk all continued to talk amongst eachother. When I finally got acknowledged I told her my name and she told me, "Your appointment was at 1:00 I'll need to reschedule you." I tried to explain myself but she didn't care to listen to a word I had to say. She was genuinely rude and a complete snot. I was stunned that I committed to a payment plan so high and she was so quick to tell me to leave. I told her if you're going to tell me to leave for being (2 minutes now) 2 minutes late from the grace period after wasting all this time rushing over here I will not commit to getting any treatments here. (I was told I would need 16 treatments.) Let me tell you what this snot said to me. "Okay, that's fine I'll have the girl who scheduled you reach out so you don't have to come back." I was so upset. I have never been treated that poorly from a company to have "great customer service" standards. I was shaking when I drove home and I got in contact with the girl who scheduled me named Christina and told her what happened. She was sorry but it didn't change the fact that I was not going to commit to a payment plan. She also never texted me back after she asked me to come back. Yesterday I talked to the location director named Mariah. I didn't even see the point in her calling me to "apologize" because all she did was waste my time. She was defending her stupid employees. I told her if the policy was so strict why didn't I recieve a phone call at 1:00 or 1:05? She said, "Even if they called you how would that have made a difference you still would have been mad." They honestly have such bad customer service. When I asked her if she even knew the secretary I was talking so poorly about she said she had no idea. SHE CALLED ME AND DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO WAS ON THE SCHEDULE THAT DAY. I couldn't believe it. Seriously they just want your money and do NOT value customers. I hate companies like this. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME and DO NOT commit to this place. It's a complete joke. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Don't do it! read more

Had my very first laser experience here at this location. It's an absolute gem of a place. I walked in and was immediately tended to with smiles and a water. The atmosphere was very calm with touches of millennial pink. My on hands nurse, Nancy, was an absolute doll! She was very attentive, sincere, and attended to all my questions (especially since it was my first time). I was going in for back of the neck hair removal, she explained how the prep, process, and after care very thoroughly. She explained how the machine would run and all sounds that it would produce in case any would catch me off guard. Everyone is friendly and they are very flexible in scheduling and even rescheduling when life happens. You can schedule 1 at a time or every appointment at once. The results have been amazing. I did my legs and i only have a few stragglers that grow in and so it takes me 10 seconds to shave every so often. This is a service that's worth the money. If you are thinking about it just do it. You can get care credit and have zero percent financing for up to 24 months. I'm moving and will finish my last 4 treatments at another facility.
