So I am finally done with laser away. What I can say, it is over expensive and not effectively. I bought a Groupon for underarms and Brazilian bikini, and it is helpful a little bit, I do not have I no longer have hard stubble , but it made grown up my hair. It is not hard but it is growth! It is a fact. I know how it is working and if it is not enough power it can stimulate hair growth. So I tried to do more sessions after I done with Groupon cheap bait and receptionist said batter but package and coast 2,094 for 6 sessions (per underarms and bikini) picture 1 below. By the way 1 session $330! Seriously? Sev laser suggested 1 session bikini for $50, and it is really working, I lost my hair last year! So advertising does not working, And pay less for reputation and do more for real job. I never back. I feel like someone cheating on me. They want huge money for bad results. One more moment. I was in that office 5 times and one day I was late about 10 mins.And receptionist said next time she is gonna cancel my appointment. It was so rude! Because every time when I came at the time- I wait! Quit and wait. And today my appointment was 10:15 and she texted to me at 10:05 that they run late and will wait my at 10:30. I am very disappointed in my experience overall with laser away. I purchased a couple packages. I did lip, chin, armpits, arms, toes, and feet. Because there was not a consistent practitioner who treated these areas the quality of treatment varied significantly. Some nurses told me to skip areas because there was no hair growth there telling me that if I treated an area, it would make the hair grow back, which is apparently completely false. As a result, they were treatments that they accounted for that I never received. I spoke with the people at the front desk regarding these concerns as well as with customer service. They basically responded with "we're sorry you feel that way" and no additional solutions being offered. I will now finish my treatment of these areas at my dermatologist office. I regret not going with my dermatologist to receive more thorough and consistent treatment from the beginning. read more

This company is absolutely terrible. First of all, their laser machines DO NOT work! No matter how many sessions you take, you will not see a reduction in hair growth. I paid for multiple packages, paying thousands of dollars and did not see any results at the end. Later I went to a different place for laser and saw results even after the couple of sessions. It was like all that time and money spent on Laser Away was a complete waste. At the end of my package, I told them that you guys promise a certain amount of reduction by the end but as you can see from pictures, that has not happened, and they just said oh well, certain bodies are different... BS! Their machines are useless because as I said, I saw results elsewhere. In addition to that, their customer service is horrible! Their front desk people are rude and the people who pick up the phone are also utterly unhelpful. This company has no integrity or care for the customer. They just want to make money without actually providing a useful service. I don't think I've detested a company and regretted giving my money to them more than Laser Away. As always my visit here is so fulfilling and refreshing. It's like a therapy session and beauty service all in one. Thanks to Mariah and Julienne (I will get the other 2 girl's names and add it later, sorry loves) I truly appreciate how clean Laser Away is. Not only genuinely welcoming, but refreshingly fun and memorable each time. I'm not even exaggerating here lol if you came with me, you'd see why. I ask lots of questions, which makes my experience fulfilling as I mentioned, because I gain knowledge. The girls are always so friendly, down to earth, and super pretty inside and out, making it easy to chat. I try not to talk too much during my sessions so the nurses can focus, but they're so friendly, it's hard not to. Chatting usually helps me not notice the pain, and they know tricks to help distract you from the pain. Laser Away Nurses Are One of A Kind ! Love you guys and I will forever be a customer! It's been two years since i walked into those doors and i will never walk back in. I signed up for Thermage and CoolScupting. The latter i have had done before, but never so poorly. As someone else said, the paddles they used kept popping off and it took so much longer than it should have. The nurse had to video chat another nurse to get instructions. But that was not the worst of it. Following the CoolSculpting treatment, i was led into the room for the much anticipated joy of Thermage. I was definitely a bit nervous and not prepared for the stinging pain it delivered, especially near the forehead and temples. Nothing could have prepared me for what was to follow. Shortly following i somehow contracted contact dermatitis on my eyes and developed psoriasis on the back of my scalp. They assured me that it could not have been the Thermage. That it must have been something else. It wasn't so much that they discounted my reaction, but the fact that they didn't even try to help me. They didn't offer to let me see the attending dermatologist and i had to fight to get the remainder of my money back for the unused treatments. Two years later, I have just experienced another outbreak. Not as bad as the first, but I will never return to LaserAway based on how they handled the situation. There was no compassion, caring or concern. The nurse actually backed away from me when i told her to touch my skin. When I asked to see Dr. Kirby, she said d Haven't had an outbreak since - until i got the flu at the beginning of the year and it came back - in the exact same areas. I am not saying Thermage is at fault, i am not saying the technician is at fault - i am saying that any business - especially a medically based business - who does not care for their patients when they have an adverse affect should not be in business. I would need medical insurance - which I have. I may have been a inE in a million reaction, but shouldn't they have cared and gotten me checked - just in case??? read more

Like any one else I did my research, read reviews, and of course tried to do anything possible to be well prepared for the procedure. Walking into the facility I was welcomed by two young ladies at the front desk (didn't get their names) but they were super welcoming, reassuring everything would go fine, and chit chatted with me until I was called back. Eris called my name and I felt like I was walking in slow motion to the treatment room! My anxiety was thru the roof! That quickly resolved as Eris started talking, allowing me to ask questions, and then answering my questions and addressing my concerns before even starting any procedure! She made sure that I understood the procedure and that I was 100% comfortable and reassuring me that my safety was the upmost importance! The rest was history! Procedure was quick and painless! Seriously, painless! I was amazed! I had worked myself up so much for nothing! I have my next appointment set and requesting her each and every time! From my third appointment, I voiced concerns about the laser power, as it consistently felt low and didn't warm up, leaving me skeptical about its effectiveness. By the last session, I had noticeable, fast-growing hair, so I documented everything in pictures. Initially, I was told I could file a complaint, but they later dismissed it. Rather than addressing my concerns, the staff just pushed more packages on me, demonstrating passive-aggressive sales tactics without addressing the treatment issues. I've done 9 sessions in total. I've paid for 8 sessions and they gave me one pretending to be a good company and trying to fix their incapacity to make it work ! I still have to shave 3 times a month and I have a lot of hair, I texted, photographed, called the store and had to hear that it was a "hormonal problem". I don't have a hormonal problem, but if I had then you could have some kind of exam or something like that that would prepare me for this type of result, and not sell that I would have no hair at all... Last Tuesday was the last time and I went although from the store without anyone talking to me, that's why I didn't like it, I don't recommend it!
