I went in for my consultation and they were very welcoming and kind from the moment I stepped in the door , I filled out some medical history and paper work , I was offered water and the wait was very short. During my consultation I asked lots of questions that were definitely answered in depth, which I appreciated. I got the fire and ice facial, that I bought on groupon( my skin is on the darker side, so I do not qualify for IPL facial they have here ) I actually really enjoyed the fire and ice facial, I feel like it greatly improved my pore size and evened things out a bit Nancy performed my services and she was really nice and sweet and professional she explained everything step by step was very thorough. My experience here was NOT good. I was able to bring my son before and no one told me that this had changed since Covid (he had a mask) so I was turned away. I had to wait weeks to get back in on a Saturday and then was 10 mins late the next time (I called before the appointment to let them know parking was difficult and they could have told me that they wouldn't take me before I spent 20 mins searching for parking) and then turned me away when I got there. Customer service was poor. I tried calling to speak to a manager and no one called even called me back. Doesn't seem like a very smart way to run a business. Buyer beware. LaserAway is trans-friendly! As I've been going through my transition none of the staff have even batted an eye. I suspect that they treat a number of transgender women at this location, so for them another trans girl like myself is just a day at the office. LazerAway really is the premium Laser hair removal location. The font desk staff is invariably congenial, the nurses are knowledgeable, friendly, and have an excellent bedside manner. I've had hair removal treatments at three different laser hair removal businesses (both in Colorado and in California.) LaserAway is the best one I've been to. In addition, for laser hair removal machine does not use a gel, and instead uses cool air - which is much more comfortable. The process works too. I've seen hair on my face vanish, and my leg and armpit hair is already growing back in less dense, even though I'm less than halfway through treatment. read more

I'm reading these 1 star reviews and I just couldn't disagree more. The front desk staff are so lovely, accommodating, and friendly. The nurses go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable while doing some pretty invasive treatments. I've been to other med spas and laser clinics and let me tell you, they simply don't compare. If you want to be sitting in a lobby for up to an hour and be able to NEVER get an appointment then go to Sev or ProLase. Those places are appointment mills and could give a crap less about the customer experience. I genuinely like coming in to my appointments and look forward to it! What I'm paying for is actually WORKING. I had to do 10 treatments at another place to not even get 50% of the results I'm seeing after THREE treatments at LaserAway. I'm so happy with my experience so far that I've referred both my sisters and my brother's girlfriend. You get what you pay for with this kind of stuff. While there are cheaper appointment mill type places (I've experienced this), there will always be cheaper places for anything you want done, but you don't get the same quality or experience. Do not risk your health and safety over price. All that being said, I treated with nurse Janette for Laser Hair Removal and Hillary for my clear and brilliant facial and I could not be happier with my results. I've been a client at LaserAway for over two years now and have had many nurses treat my face and body and I can say that they were all very nice, professional and knowledgeable. But by far the best experience has been with Hilary as she dealt with my frustration and questions like a true professional and advocate. I was expressing frustration about my hair growth and regrowth during the pandemic as well as monetary frustration regarding the cost of services. Hillary did a great job of listening to me without judgment and reassuring me that my feelings are valid. LaserAway is a great place and I will continue to be a client here as long as I have the need. The treatments are expensive but you pay for a certain level of professionalism and experience and I'm willing to invest in myself. I came in a few months ago for a Brazilian and underarms, this was my first time doing a laser hair removal treatment and i was ambiguous as it how it would go. Janette was wonderful she shattered all my doubts. Currently im on my third treatment and it was not painful at all. I can already see the difference and have less hairs and they grow way slower. Listen the ladies in this place are amazing, very kind! But laseraway is a rip off and I wish I had done my research before I gave them over 4,000 They charge THREE times the amount as Dermfx which has the SAME laser technology as laseraway even tho they say they're the only ones. I did cool sculpting as well with barely any difference and again wayyyyy more here than other reputable places. I could've had lipo for just 1300 more and actually have the fat be gone. I'm incredibly mad I'm being ripped off so hard! They also try to claim it's permanent hair removal when even the nurse will tell you absolutely not lol read more
