I am a repeat customer because I get great results from the laser treatments I receive here, and I have spent a nice chunk of change on laser treatments over the last few years. I've had multiple tattoo removal lasers done here, and I've never paid more than $350 for a package of 3 sessions. My tattoo is 1" x 3". I called today to see about scheduling one last treatment, and was quoted $429 for SINGLE treatment. Although I'm pleased with facial laser treatments I've received here, I do not recommend purchasing single treatments - of any sort. They price gouge to push packages, which are costly but cheaper in the long run per session. I also do NOT recommend getting Botox here. They are called "Laseraway" for a reason. read more

I started coming here June 2018 for tattoo removal after my failed attempt at another place. Prices are pretty comparable to other tattoo removal places I was seeing when i was shopping around. What made me go with LaserAway is that their staff are registered nurses so it made me feel more comfortable. After my consultation, I decided to pay ahead for six sessions as it was the best bang for my buck. Prices change often as they have specials all the time. The girls will always tell you this is the best deal i've seen or something along those lines. Because I did my research prior to coming in, I knew it was pretty standard but the RN staff is what I felt like I was paying for. I'm currently 5 sessions in and see a significant reduction in my tattoo. Although it is still slightly visible, the results are more dramatic than when i went to Eraser Clinic. There have been sessions where I have come in and the RN decided that my tattoo had not fully faded yet and suggested that I reschedule. I really appreciate the honesty and care. With the success of my tattoo removal treatments, I decided to go with LaserAway for my laser hair removal as well. Since I have been going consistently for over a year I was able to catch most of their specials so as soon as I heard of the sunset package for underarm and bikini I went for it. The girls at LaserAway not only made me feel super comfortable, but also helped me look beautiful for my wedding. I've had lip fillers a few times before and they looked fine but quickly dissolved. Trezlyn is a master at her art. Not only did she know exactly where to inject to really make my lips pop, but two months later, they still look just as amazing. They're pillowy and perfectly shaped - I've never gotten so many compliments. The staff is very accommodating and went out of their way to squeeze in all of my appointments. I absolutely love this location. The staff is always so friendly, there's never a long wait. They get me in and out in 30 minutes or less. Although I drive about 45 mins from Humble, Texas, Shay & Rachael make the drive worth it. They are AWESOME ! These 2 ladies made me feel right at home. I love Laseraway! I've treated a few areas including full Brazilian and underarms and the results have been amazing! The staff is wonderful! I am happy with my results so far. I had laser treatment at another facility prior to coming here which did not work. For the most part I am a very hairy person so I was skeptical about spending so much money on a treatment that possibly might not work for me. But, I decided to give it a try anyway. My hair is still visibly there but now it grows slower. Next I would like to do my sideburns and my back but for now I'm still waiting on my upper lip results. Miss Tosin helped me! This was my first time so I was excited and nervous. I got the brilliant and clear laser treatment and it took about an hour. The first half my face numb for about 30 minutes and then I washed my face and then she proceeded to work on my face. It didn't hurt too bad. read more

Starting with the front desk, Julie was very helpful with treatment options and tried to give the best package deal she can for me. When I wanted an upgrade on my package, I sent an email and got a response in a timely manner! Costumer service is a 5 star! The facility is clean and modern. Relaxing atmosphere with up to date treatment machines. No problem with parking. All treatment providers are certified nurses! Wow, we don't see that often. Safety beauty is the priority for LaserAway. My nurse Trezlyn provides all my treatments! She was meticulous and made sure I will get the results I wanted. I've been going to Lazer Away for Lazer Hair Removal for a handful of times now for my treatments and the nurse, Trezlyn was the BEST nurse I've had yet! She was so accommodating and kind to me from the get-go. You know, if you get lazer treatment, that it can be a little uncomfortable and painful (all worth it) but she made me super at ease, we talked a bunch, and she had all the tricks in the book to distract me from the zappin! She's seriously so great and I'd 100% recommend her to anyone who hasn't had the best experience or even just looking for a great nurse to stick to! This is my 3rd time experience bad customer service from you guys. I'm a Group On customer but I did pay extra for service, is that the reason why I was treating this bad? Pros: good technician Morgan did a great job, and Melissa the sale staff is really attentive to my need. Cons: - 1st: they called me for reschedule 2 hours before appointment time, althought I already out of the house, it was ok to change date. On the date of appointment I was 10 mins late because of road block for the marathon, when I got there my appointment got cancel because I was late. 3 mins later another staff walked in and complained about running late due to road block. I was shock because I was sent home from this, so obviously it was not my fault. So Melissa did reschedule the treatment for me and gave me 1 free service that was nice of you. - 2nd: I rescheduled but forgot to request for Morgan. So I called back, after 2 times transfers, the receptionist lady didn't know the schedule so she put me on hold, then she forgot about me. I ended up waiting for 35 mins to talk to another lady. - 3rd: received a text about schedule conflict at 8:18am on the date of appointment and ask me to call. My appointment is at 12.30pm. I called. The lady said they messed up with the technician. I explained that I asked to take half day off from work to be here, but then the lady said If I come today there will be nothing for me. So I have to reschedule for another date with different technician as I can't arrange time for Morgan. Just some thought: - I just like you guys I have work to do. I'm not free sitting around waiting for your appointment. Money don't fall from the tree. - Please show respect to your customer, their time are value just as your time. If you mess thing up, you suppose to take responsibility for it, not your customers. - Here I was thinking to book my future treatment with you. But after today I had enough. I just want to get it done and get out of here. Even you have really good technology and technicians, but not customer service. - And lastly, why bother finding new customers when you can't keep those you already have? I LOVE TREZLYN. She is so wonderful that I'm always begging the front staff to try to book me when she works. I've had three other girls (can't quite remember their names, one was Heather I want to say) and they were all friendly, prompt and made me feel comfortable. Laser hair removal is a little painful for me, so these things are important. Also, I love that they are all RNs. Well, they say. One lady burned my lip when she went to do my chin, partially my fault because the makeup wipes they gave me didn't wipe off all my makeup. She gave me hydrocortisone cream, but was out of vaseline and told me when I come for my next appointment to grab it. She also mentioned they would follow up with me to make sure nothing is wrong. No one ever checked up on me. I had to call to remind them to give it to me for my next visit because they were still out, which overtime made it better so I tried not to make too big of a deal out of it. The lady who originally signed me up after the consultation is such a sweetheart always tries to make the experience better for me. She even invited me to a couple of events they have, which is nice and a great way to show appreciation to your customers. But when I tell y'all the results I'm getting from this, I'm a fan! I was so nervous to come in because of my first session, but the person I had was so sweet and welcoming, and we had a full conversation to make the time go by faster. Getting laser hair removal is a painful process but I was immediately put at ease by Trezlyn. I was used to the Santa Monica office where I arrive, take off my clothes, and they get to work burning off the hair on my body. Although it was painful Trezlyn gave me a squeeze ball and chatted with me to take my mind off the process. She and the other staff there were friendly and truly showed the definition of southern hospitality. I had an appointment at 11am, so I checked in at 10:50. Wasn't given any forms to fill out till about 11:30 (Kelly, from the front desk, either forgot about me or just didn't care to give me the forms to fill out) and wasn't consulted with until 11:45. The excuse used was that they were having such a "hectic" day, eventhough, I was waiting there for an hour and saw that they were not even that busy. In my opinion, it was not busy enough to where you forget to give a new customer forms to fill out. The consultationby lasted less than 5 minutes. Then I had to wait an additional hour to get the fire and ice facial. The technician was very kind. I bought a groupon for an IPL or fire & ice . I wanted to get IPL done, but was told I couldn't get an IPL due to my skin (I'm guessing skin color), so I got a fire and ice facial instead. read more
