I had a laser appointment with Shinobu today. This was my second appointment with her and she's amazing! She made sure I was comfortable and was such a lovely person to talk to. Throughout the treatment she kept checking in to make sure I was okay & even gave me an ice pack halfway through to numb my skin a little before proceeding with the laser. I'm super happy with my results. I wanted something very subtle. She added filler to my lips and to my marionettes, which bothered me the most. They now look more lifted and not droopy around my mouth. I am A little bruised, which was to be expected but I can already tell I'm going to love the outcome in about a week once the bruises go down. My lips also look fuller but not fake. The service staff is really nice, but the service itself was complete bogus. I went through 8 treatments for bikini and underarm hair removal and now a couple months after my last treatment, all the hair is back like normal. It's like nothing even happened! It was a ridiculously expensive price for literally no change. I'm still shaving every other day and there's still the same amount of hair as when I first started. I'm very upset that I paid so much for absolutely nothing. I consistently asked whether I was on track to the people working, and they said I was. And then when I told them I didn't think I had really gotten a full removal, they told me they only aim for 70% removal and that I could buy three more services if I wanted. Why would I buy more services if the first 8 didn't even do anything?? Just a scam to get your money. read more

Great and simple service! Also convenient due to many locations, if you move around this is key, and the staff is friendly and helpful. And they give you options in terms of figuring out payments. So far I've visited this location for two laser hair removal treatments on my lower legs, and their laser is almost pain free, I personally hardly feel a thing. I've gone here twice already for tattoo removal on my knuckles. The women are extremely nice and through with everything. Excellent experience so far, of course tattoo removal hurts but that's not their fault. Do NOT use Laseraway! I went in for laser hair removal (i am a perfect candidate) I signed up for 8 sessions, they convinced me to use their payment setup with a 3rd party. This 3rd party was charging me more than I agreed. Long story short, this no name ghetto loan company never fixed their error, never called back, never helped me 6 months later. Then they ended up sending me to collections for the remaining balance 8 sessions (I had already paid them for the service rendered). I have been calling Laseraway for the past 8 months regarding this problem. Explaining my story over and over. Then they will tell me I will get a call back. Yet never do. Laseraway refused to provide any additional services yet still want me to pay for 8. I only got 3 and with those sessions, it has not worked what so ever. My hair growth didn't change after 3!! Biggest regret I have ever made on a financial level. They are a rip off and their laser treatments do not work. Plus they have now DESTROYED my credit. This place has felt pushy and rushed from the time I started my lower chin and upper lip area. At first the lady who had me to "consultation" was very pushy and kept trying to do my entire face then my under arms. I told her I would think about it but after my first session and how fast and incomplete it felt, I wasn't so sure about doing additional treatments. The second time i went , same thing again, the girls always try to push and sell additional services when the entire treatment doesn't even take 2 minutes all together and after each session i can see hair on my upper lip and lower chin. They should focus less on trying to sell and more on actual treatments. I was going to reflect this place to my brother who was interested in whole body hair removal, but definitely not, since so far i have not been happy at all. read more
