Jill rate 5 for the 2 RN and people are all nice at Mountain view location but the 1st IPL treatment was done in less than 30 minutes as was told, so in result don't see any difference yet on the 2nd day after IPL. Hopefully in a month later Jill can see and rate greatest ending result. read more

I have always wanted to start a laser but I didn't know who to trust for the best result until my friend recommended the Laseraway mountain view location. I wanted to find a quality place so that way my hair doesn't have to grow back in a couple years again. So I talked to my friend about my concerns and said even though she has ginger hair and so peel skin color the treatment works great, she had great results compared to her past laser experiences in other companies. As a result and trusting my friend I started laser with laseraway and I already had a great result after my two sessions. I had less hair already and no side effects. The workers are very friendly, patient and helpful in the progress. Especially Jackie made me feel so comfortable with the process and explained to me very well how to care for myself after each treatment. I've done laser hair removal at a few different companies and have always run into issues with previous appts running late, which in turn makes mine late and I'm a busy gal and HATE waiting around. They have been prompt, send me text reminders about my appt and have been great when I've come in. Honestly a HUGE disappointment. I've had about 6/7 laser treatments for my whole body and have not seen any significant hair reduction. In fact I'm not sure I see any hair reduction. Didn't have much hair to begin with, but perfect laser requirements (light skin/dark hair). Have also had major issues with the loan company they had me go through. Cost/hassle is not worth the result, I'd rather just wax/shave at this point. Stars are for Danielle tho who's a delight to speak to anytime I'm there. read more

Was very considerate during the process and tried to make it as painless as possible. Only issue is with scheduling, very hard to find availability, especially if you try to reschedule. Since my last visit, I have had my lower legs done once. The technician was friendly, quick, and pleasant to talk to. It only lasted 20 minutes. I didn't need any medication before or numbing cream (I was really worried about the pain), though a few spots hurt a bit. The receptionist was super nice and chatty. Unfortunately another bad experience!! their front desk staff don't know what they are doing. I bought two Groupon's and I'm being told that I have none left. I've only had two appointments of each, there should be at least one left for the others. They are denying it and saying that I have used all up and refused to do the treatment. The process I've had done here has been seamless. However, unlike any other place I've been to, there is no follow-up from the person who performed your procedure to find out how you're doing. I find that very bizarre. Also, I had booked an appointment for a skin care procedure, where no one asked me my skin care regime prior. I took it on myself to ring up and find out if it was OK to be using certain creams and what not before the procedure, only to be told, that was not a good idea to be doing things like Retin A at least a week before, so I had to change my appointment. I don't think it's OK for a place to be considered so good if they don't provide that level of care prior and post procedure. read more

I just had my third laser appointment today for my legs, underarms and brazillian. While it certainly isn't the most painless procedure, I've seen fantastic results and I'm not even halfway through with all my treatments! The staff are extremely friendly and professional, my nurse today, Trixia was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, warned me before starting new areas I couldn't see and offered me a blanket because it was a bit chilly. She was also hilarious! Presently, I'm a client at LaserAway in Mountain View, CA. I absolutely love this location. Specially, the Nurse Practitioner Feh Azima. She is just amazing, very personable, she has a great personality. I recently visited here and I was told by another nurse that it was ok to take the antibiotics I was on. And when I mentioned it to Feh, she stopped the treatment and told me to not continue the antibiotics. She basically saved my skin. Thank you Feh Highly recommend this place. read more

So this is an update to my purchase. I really enjoyed coming here but I take a couple stars away because 1) whenever you call you are out on hold for a really long time, 2) I referred two people but only got credit for referring one person(that person even emailed the office!) 3) I only lost half of my hair :( after a lot of money, a year of shaving and 8 laser zapping in my coochie I am a lifts disappointed. ALTHOUGH I have reddish brown hair and the only hair that grows back now is red and blonde. It's significantly less which is great but it's not gone :/ I would recommend this type of laser hair removal on someone with BLACK hair. Not brown... :/ oh well... Other than that the staff is really nice and the prices are competitive. read more
