At first ... my appointment services were not thorough AT all. Since speaking up, it's been better and consistently good. I'd recommend laser hair removal if you're struggling with OBVIOUS, thick, facial hair or body hair combined with sensitive skin... I first did electrolysis on my face and compared to that... laser is not painful. It's sure doesn't tickle but it's better than enduring the anxiety of being in public and being afraid ppl are gonna stare at your unwanted facial hair. Or sores from ingrown hairs. I'm for sure part wolf and not ashamed... still I don't need it advertised on my face. The Brazilian laser treatment's definitely helped me better managed the hair. I don't have ongoing ingrown hairs anymore. It's not painful to shave now. Same with underarms. I still have hair growth in both areas but now it's not tragically painful. I'm more physically comfortable in my skin with out without hair. I had my last appointments today ( Thank you Tanya ) and will purchase a maintenance package since it's at a discount price ... my face is still furry but it's a major improvement being that I can be in public with having to worry about my 5'o clock shadow lol read more

I've only been to one session but so far I like it. The office is very clean and nicely decorated and the rooms have TVs, although for my treatment I was wearing goggles and it was a short one so I didn't get the chance to really watch TV, lol I've actually been to another location out of the area years ago but I like this one better, maybe because it's in a shopping center which is convenient and lots of cute little stores nearby. Plenty of parking too. The staff is very friendly and smiling too. Looking forward to my future sessions. Convenient hours too. Although was hoping I didn't have to use them again but it's been a while and my hair situation is getting out of hand again, so glad I found another location that's closer to where I've moved, at least. read more

1st voluma appmnt was split unevenly into my checks. 2nd appmnt waa for correction. Arrived at 1:08 for my 1:15pm appointment. I as told my numbing time will be cut short by 10 mins. I said that was fine. 45 mins later, still no nurse. Nurse comes in at 2pm. it was a good day. Everything was going fine. I was getting my Hydrafacial, but I realized it didn't feel like everything was getting taken out and so I asked about it. I was told should would go over it again, but she did not, and when I left out of my hydration facial, I still had gunk I could swue out my face. My first hydrafacial was good. While the nurses and staff are very friendly, I cannot recommend the laser hair removal service. I paid over 4,000 dollars and still have significant hair growth in all areas treated. Yes, the fine print says results may vary but no one told me it might not work very well at all and their rhetoric was that I was going to be hair free. Now I'm being told I should have only expected 80% reduction but I don't even have that in many areas. When I expressed my dismay at my results after completing consistent treatments, they only offered to sell me thousands more in services. I really feel duped. This is not permanent hair removal and you should not expect optimal results from your base package. Instead, you can expect that they will continue to ask you for thousands of dollars more in "maintenance". read more

Great service today from my nurse at Laser Away! She was quick and checked in frequently to see how I was doing.

When I started here they said that we wouldn't be charged interest until after 1 year but now to find out we're being charged 70% interest every month. They lied stating that the cost for the product for this buy 2 get 1 lip injection free with a free clear and brilliant treatment which should've been 1500 at max which was now found out to be 1000 more than what was agreed upon. They won't refund you or show your receipt showing it and acts like they did you a courtesy for opening up a credit line. Don't bother getting financed it's cheaper just to get it one at a time when you want the treatment and preferably somewhere else in which they would be charging less than this place. The customer service representatives are unhelpful and the workers are rude. They will do anything they can to manipulate you for more money being charged 1.75 a day extra in interest is bogus. What's funnier is the gift that's under my credit but the person who wanted it decided after the first injection and finding out they lied to her and wanted a refund they won't even talk to her. I was originally thinking about going to do lasik hair removal here because they rectified my issue and refunded me from other issues but now I'm going to choose to do the services elsewhere because of their scam. read more

We were in our way home from having a great evening.. I had mentioned to my husband that they have a buy one get one at Laser Away from my work. It's this fabulous thing that we are able to log into and use a a perk for working at this company. I have over the months checked it out as it has some amazing deals.... Laser Away was one of them. Cool thing is I don't have to be at work. I just down loaded the app and off I go... So I log into on our way home, so I can read what it says and further look into this deal... Well fast forward, I get sent to their webpage. Start browsing to find out how much certain things were. Well being kinda like mmmm do I really want to input all my info just for a price?? I tell my husband all this and he says no. Go to their direct site and go through it that way. So I do and it does the same thing. So I think to myself why would my work even have a company partnering as part of our perk that would use our info for other Things?? So here is where it gets good.... I decided to enter my info... Well that was a fricken mistake!!!! I didn't even finish he process because it was asking way to much info for such said pricing.... So I close the page and not even like 30's did I receive a call from them.. I decided not to answer and they immediately text me saying they just tried to call me and asking me when I would like to book the appt and another number texted asking the same thing which was 2 different girls and then another phone called as I didn't answer that one either. I get another text from another girl about times to talk tomorrow. Now this just blew my flipping mind.. They called, I looked at my husband and said look they are calling again. He tells me to answer, I then proceed to answer the phone and say " Hello " and what the heck happens??? The representative hung up on me.. I was like did this just really happen to me?? Her friends from work say they all do laser hair removal and sculpting. She's interested but for me I don't know crap on the subject. Needed more info so started researching. What attracted me to LaserAway was: *catchy name *Nationally recognized brand with a local location *Long time in business *Owned and operated by licensed Physicians *led by Registered Nurses *back log of education *More positive then negative reviews and a lot more then the other businesses I went to the site link and under infographics in the about section I learned enough. Also the "book now pay later system" and all the educational videos. There's a ton of information on their site. My main concern was safety and price. I felt supported by the gal who answered the phone at the Sacramento location, forgot to get her name, and the answers to my concerns. The process is very easy and I got a good feelin my mom will like after I tell her. If I had a suggestion, put some before and after pictures on the yelp page, it's to glammy and seems to staged. Place is overall okay. I had three sessions for cool sculpting, unfortunately, didn't see much results (which I knew the risks). However, this review is for the people I dealt with. The sales rep person, forgot her name, went ghost once I signed up for payments plan (no follow-up to see how I was doing). But, kept blowing me up to sign up for the cool sculpting "promotion" they had. I had three different nurses for each session and only one was very friendly, forgot her name as well, but she was an African American Nurse (from North Carolina) Lastly, the front desk people, stated they were going to send me my before and after pics and never did. read more

Horrible customer service. Not very happy. I signed up for laser hair removal. While I was there I asked about IPL (aka photofacial) for a few veins on my face. They said I was a great candidate. I was quoted a price, and it was expensive. (There is another single treatment that costs less.) So I wanted to wait. "I was told Today (1/31/24) was the last day for the deal, I should sign up and that I could call and cancel if I changed my mind." I called to cancel the following day. I was told someone would call me back within 24-48 hours, every time I called; so far it has been 2.5 weeks and 5 phone calls. Not a single return call. No one is ever available that can help me. This is a horrible feeling that they are trying to steal money from me. FYI the laser hair removal is great. read more

Now that Laser is available for werewolves of color, I am experiencing a peace of mind that I knew would only be available if my coat were thinner. It is not as painful as Electrolysis. I spent a year in Boston and it gave me a thick undercoat. SO, anyways... I have been treated well overall and have not felt judged for my being a werewolf, it's safe here ya'll. LaserAway is a garbage company and doesn't stand by its services. I've spent over $10,000 on laser treatments and gotten only 65-70% reduction over 20 treatments to my face. I still have to shave every single day. I asked for them to do right by me and they said spend more money. I must note however the nurses are AMAZING. The front desk staff, AMAZING. LIES, SHADY client reps and PRICE GOUGING - DO NOT USE LASERAWAY! I was told they would be happy to evaluate my concerns regarding the lack of Brazilian/bikini hair loss. It is the nurse's job to decipher follicles for hair loss. They scheduled an appointment six weeks after my last visit. When I arrived, I waited more than 15 minutes and Haley told me they couldn't evaluate because it wasn't a full six weeks. LIE #1. It was exactly six weeks. I waited another 10 minutes to be seen. I was forced to give them MY % estimate of hair loss (50%). The nurse REFUSED to provide HER evaluation (she could only speak to her boss/Brian) ... "Happy to evaluate?" LIE #2. Upon exiting and before the nurse had time to provide results, Haley said I could buy another $800+ package for their maintenance plan. No explanation, no information, no evaluation. Just a scam. Two wasted hours with no intention of a true evaluation, no less an honest one? LIE #3. Moreover, Mandy called a few days later, refusing to provide her job title, and had the audacity to reaffirm that you sign a contract which doesn't guarantee ANY hair loss. Interesting. Ultimately, I paid for additional treatments (elsewhere) to get rudimentary results at HALF THE PRICE. Do not be scammed & price gouged. Go ELSEWHERE for HALF the price, HALF the shady sales and SO many less LIES. I would never trust Laser Away for anything they "say" they're going to do. Incredible. Next stop ...
