Considering I have a low pain tolerance the laser was very a great experience. I experienced little to no pain and how quick the treatment is makes it even better. I had such an amazing time at this LaserAway! It's a fairly new office, inside the office was very clean and modern. The girls working in the front were very sweet and even bothered to ask me if I was hungry since I was there for quite awhile that day. The nurse helping me that day was also very knowledgable and I had a fantastic time talking to her about the most random topics that day. I've been coming to LaserAway for about two years now and this review is for the company, but specifically for Michelle, the manager. I have been working with Michelle since the beginning of my hair loss journey at the El Toro location. I have had nothing but the nest experience with her and all the nursing staff. I have been treating my face and being middle eastern, this has been a big challenge. My hair growth has been reduced significantly and I come in for maintenance now, but I am very happy with my results. I have purchased several other treatment packages and it's worth every penny. I drive over 40 miles to this location for Michelle, even though there is a location closer to my home--talk about loyalty! I went to Laser away for two different treatments, everyone who works there is extremely nice! I have a crazy schedule and they were so accommodating it was so refreshing. Yasmin did both my treatments, she was absolutely fantastic, she was really knowledgeable with both treatments I got done and was really honest about them, what was going to happen, how I was going to feel, when I'd see results. In in the reception girls was not count my appointment and payment right and result it's never same like they explain for new clients before treatment, and before you pay of course. They always change people in reception and person who make fyou treatment, it's really not comfortable, even I ask I would like to meet same person. I left a review earlier but decided to take it down since I do like this location for skin treatments. I saved up money for coolsculpting and consulted Dr. Freeze also (which I really liked), and decided a milestone birthday was good reason to take the plunge. But I went with LaserAway, because the manager (Michelle) sold it really hard and goaded me into purchasing one treatment (4 quads) plus a mini treatment (under chin) with an easy no interest plan. My experience was really painful to begin with -- the first ten minutes were actually excruciating pain and then it dulled to a tolerable discomfort. I was just thankful at the time that I would need only one treatment to see a significant difference, as she swore -- especially under my chin, with which age isn't being too kind. I wanted for almost a year to see some difference and I saw next to nothing on my stomach and absolutely nothing under my chin. I'm still paying off the the treatments I had at the end of 2018. I went in finally for a follow-up at the end of 2019 and the staff has changed. The girl who measured me was really nice, but she said the exact opposite of what Michelle told me. She compared my photos and I really didn't see any more difference on my mid-section than I would after a good detox session (in fact detox is more visibly effective); but agree staring at different angles she finally saw the teeniest change on my sides (which again could be achieved with detox), and concluded the season worked just as it should. I didn't pay this much to scrutinize photos for a slight hint of maybe 5% difference. She agreed the chin showed no change. So she told me that she'd send a request for re-treatment of only my chin at no cost. I didn't hear back for awhile even though I was supposed to get some answers within 48 hours. When I called, she told me that the re-treatment has been approved -- except I would have to purchase a second treatment for my abdomen to get the free chin treatment. I said okay and told her I'd think about it because I didn't want to have debts; so I'd only consider it once I'd paid these off. But the deal was such a crappy one and hinges on me giving them more money. Why would I do that? I'd spend another few thousand on a "maybe" and THEN I'd get my re-treatment for an area that showed zero change? That's a steal that benefits only LaserAway. And I'm definitely not willing to pay more money until I see some significant difference in what I've already paid. This is really shitty business too. I've been coming to LaserAway for their skin treatments, which I really do love; but this experience has made me extremely distrustful of this company. The way Michelle was going on about how I'd see a significant change after only one treatment on my abdomen and I would just love the effect under my chin... and her forceful sell that had me saying "okay" before I could even wrap my head around it... would make one think LaserAway would make this up to me. But what a pathetic way to resolve the issue. Horrible customer service. There's just no way I'd pay for a second treatment without them re-treating my chin at no cost and seeing actual results first. They're just ridiculous. No thanks, and I'm going to pass on the skin treatments too now. I've got good enjoy skin to just do my monthly facials. read more

Yesterday was my second laser tattoo removal treatment. So far so good. I start to notice change in the ink and I can not wait to finish my 10 treatments. The first time that I went to this place everyone was so good and you know that sometimes people change when you buy the packages but in this place the customer service is authentic no only when you visit them for the first time. Every person that works there all the time is easy going and polite. Yesterday I went with my mom. The girls take special care of us make us feel welcome all the time. My mom use a cane and the girls in the clinic made sure to open the door, move the chairs, gave us water, etc. I am glad that my husband and I choose this place for our treatments.
