I have been going to Jacqueline for about 8ish months now and a little review here doesn't do her all the justice she deserves! From the very beginning she was amazing, responsive, and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. I see her every 3 weeks and don't know what I would do without her! She is meticulous (but somehow so fast) and you never feel anything when she is working on your lashes. Most of the time I fall asleep! She has a special combination of lashes she does for me that make my eyes look amazing, and I get compliments on them all the time. Her assistants are always so pleasant and Jacqueline has trained them to do an awesome job as well, since they've prepped me a couple times. I will say, there were only 2 (odd) occasions where my lashes seemed to be falling off rather quickly after a few days, and both times Jacqueline told me to come back in and took care of re-lashing them for me free of charge. It's also very comforting to know she is a registered nurse, because having those instruments close to your eyes can be scary! I was not new to Xtreme lashes when I found Jacqueline online. I sought a stylist after my regular Xtreme Lash stylist went on vacation without notice and I wanted my lashes done before my company came over. I am now a regular client of Jacqueline's. During the first visit with her, she pointed out that there was a lot of glue used on my lashes, which I had never noticed and didn't realize until I saw the difference with her finished lash service. Up until that point, I had been pleased with my stylist but when Jacqueline did my lashes I was truly impressed. Jacqueline's craftsmanship is impeccable and consistent. As a result of her meticulous manner, refills affect more to a new set, which is extremely satisfying as lash services are expensive. Her consultation is thorough but ultimately successful due to her experience and intuition. Her medical background serves to make her mannerism and technique more effective and gains clients trust knowing she is competent and familiar with health regulations, sanitation, etc. Additionally, she keeps a chart for every client just like a nurse would and while this may not be unique she is diligent about utilizing and updating those files. Thus, she will always have the information she needs to tailor her services as the client prefers. In general, contrary to most stylists, she treats her lash services like an bonafide business and not just a side job even while services are provided out of her home. She has more than sufficiently converted and arranged her living space to accommodate clients. Services are provided in a small room completely dedicated to clients and stocked with a wide variety of Xtreme lash products(she was the only other stylist that had the specific lashes I wanted). Her husband acts as a quasi assistant to her by greeting clients and answering the door if she is finishing a service. Complimentary beverages and snacks are even offered for enjoyment in the living room with tv, which acts as a makeshift waiting room. As illustrated, she and her husband are both super nice and overly hospitable. Even though her location is not as convenient for me, I will remain a client if everything continues as it has. My one compliant is that I am sometimes delayed getting through the secured building exterior door. I am apprehensive to refer people to her because I don't want it to be too difficult to schedule with her, but she is the best! read more

I decided 6 months ago to try eyelash extensions for the first time, and was a little uncertain as I began the process, not knowing anyone with experience as a client or technician in the area. Of course, I started my search on Yelp, and I feel so lucky to have found Jacqueline! She has great reviews and they are all well deserved. I felt comfortable with her from our first phone call, and at our first visit she was able to answer all of my questions as to the process and showed me some great before-and-after pictures of her meticulous work. From that point, I couldn't wait to get started. Jacqueline suggested a fairly new product called volumation, which offers a full look that augments my eye shape and makes me feel glamorous without being tacky. That day at work I couldn't stop looking in the mirror! I have been back every two to three weeks and I honestly don't think I will ever be able to quit- it is a fabulous addiction! Plus you save time in the mornings- no mascara or even eyeliner necessary. Jacqueline is meticulous, patient, and so super sweet. We chat about everything and then, inevitably, I fall asleep to the soothing music she has playing, and an hour later I wake up looking like a new person. I have to commend Jacqueline for being unbelievably accommodating. Even with a full time day job, she ALWAYS makes time for me, even with last minute schedule changes. Just this week, I changed an appointment from Tuesday, to Wednesday, and then to Thursday, and then pushed back the time! I felt terrible but she's just the sweetest. She works late into the night on weekdays and all day on Fridays and weekends, I believe. Her home studio is immaculate and comfortable, and she always has drinks and snacks on hand. My experience here was ok. Very friendly staff and the environment is extremely clean. My lashes were beautiful, but I will be honest and say that I woke up the next morning with half of my lashes missing on one eye. The good thing about that experience is that they fit me in the following day with no fuss or extra charge. I went to have my eyelashes done but they were gone three days later, the job was meh, the eyelashes were synthetic- they do have great customer service, followed up a few times to make sure I was satisfied and offered extra 6 eyelashes, but for 200 fill I don't believe you get what you should. I had me previous eyelashes for 4 weeks and they were fine - I don't know why I decided to try this place out but I did research and thought this was it. I needed a few extra ones - didn't work well with natural eyelashes extensions , all gone ( Will not be back, the place is in the apartment complex type building-the spa beds are just added to the rooms which was interesting to say the least. I heard the owner talking behind the curtain while I was sitting in the waiting room and before my appointment I paid via Apple Pay for a deposit, how they will have to soon accept bit coins - that I thought wasn't cool. Such a upscale salon. Very comfortable beds. The staff were nothing short of amazing and friendly. My only issue was that I had an irritating pinch in my right eye when I would blink. Later that night I looked really closely and found that 2 of my lashes were glued to one extension causing one lash to be pulled in the direction of the other.
