I thought that this was a great place until today. I called to book an appointment and was told that I could come in an hour, when giving the receptionist my number she responded "oh it seems like I can't make you an appointment" I was already aware that I needed to pay my $50 dollar cancellation fee months ago when I couldn't make my appointment, at that time the receptionist made me aware of the policy and I was ok with it. This time the receptionist went on to tell me I couldn't book an appointment because I didn't have a "card on file" I questioned her because that wasn't the case prior when I paid over $300 plus dollar for a package my first visit and still have a remaining touch up on my account. She proceeded to tell me it was because I didn't have a card on file, I said okay and once I gave her my cc number she replies "oh I also see that you have a cancellation fee from your last missed visit" I explained to her that I was already well aware of the charge before visiting but she should have communicated that to me instead of making the story that she couldn't book me due to a card not being on file. I expressed my concerns about how she handled the situation and she went on to say she could not see my account until after my card info was inputted. That is definitely bad business! You don't have to make up stories, I'm well aware how booking systems work and once you have the clients number, you can see the history. I think it would be wise to next time not assume that someone does not want to pay their cancellation fee and at least give them the option before making up false stories. I then went on to tell her to cancel my appointment that I made with her 5 mins ago and charge my card the cancellation fee since it seems as though the business will thrive on cancelled appointments. I told her I won't be back and my $80 dollar refill would be money gone as well. As she sent me a message apologizing and actually mentioning crediting my cancellation fee for today if I decided to still visit, I was just shocked and appalled by such treatment. read more

I moved to this area from Georgia two years ago and it took me a few months to find this gem. The service is the best hands-down and the quality of the lashes they use are the best. When it comes to lashes I'm very picky. I've tried a few places before this one and none of them lasted long. But with WOW, I've had them for about three weeks and sometimes four weeks before I come back to make them full again. Their scheduling system is also top notch. They try to accommodate my schedule so don't hesitate to contact them if you have lashes that need to get done urgently. Mimi, the manager, is the sweetest person I've met in this profession. She always goes out of her way to make sure I get the best service. Emma and Rachel are nice also . They make me feel at home everything I come in. My friends always compliment that my lashes look natural that it makes me think they're real sometimes. LOL. Also, I recently started to get facials done with them on Mimi's recommendation and now I only get my facials done here. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

A nice place to check out if you have never tried lashes and are nervous about it! The zen vibe calm your mind even before you start the session. I especially like the long soft black chiffon like curtain that separate spa beds in a really spacious setting. Air ventilation are good too with the light floral scent that is just good enough for a nice nap... Or It is like you are having a mindfulness session together with lashes done. So calming... Very friendly staff member and technician, that take care customer's need to every little details you can think of. I have been going to Lash Me for about 3 years now. They are the top eyelash extension business, in my opinion. What I love about them is that they are a very structured and organized business. They never miss a beat and they are EXTREMELY kind and nice to their customers. I have had a few girls do my eyelashes and they are all very well trained and great at what they do. I really enjoyed learning about the lash process. I hadn't gotten lashes for over 15yrs and was starting fresh. What I enjoyed about the experience most was the softness of the lashes they use and the knowledge of the techs. The cool thing is that you can customize and tailor the style to your preference whatever that is.
