During the appointment, my technician was going back and forth between me and another client, which made the service feel rushed. I contacted the salon right away, but the only solution offered was an appointment several days later, right before my son's wedding. I wasn't willing to risk making them even worse, so I requested a refund. I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

You lay in nice leather recliner while you get your lashes done and it can get a little cold...but don't worry, Jen has a warm throw to cover you up. I really liked my lash artist Dorthy and was skeptical about finding a new artist. However, Jen did a fantastic job that I don't miss my old artist. Or you can go to the library and park underground on the same street. Before entering this along, you will notice that the door is locked, don't worry it is not closed. Make sure you knock they will open the door for you. The salon gives an experience of a spa. It's nice and quiet. Very clean in the inside. They will offer you drinks or if you would need to go to the bathroom before they start your service. Overall, I had a very great experience. They immediately great you and offer you a drink. The beds have blankets, pillows, and a comfy pill for your legs to help your lumbar.
