She doesn't fill out your entire eye. She puts way less in the middle of your eye as well. Her response was "I don't want your lashes to fall off, I still want my clients to come in." Like ok?? Thanks. But my eyes look shorter and not elongated?? The balance of it all just wasn't looking right. She had to re-do my eyes about four times. She kept acting like they were perfect but they really weren't. The first time I asked to fill out the rest of my eye, she STILL left the outer corner of my eyes bare. You can really tell. Doing those last lashes really makes a difference for my eyes. Her and her sister also make you feel bad and guilt you if you're late. They also tell you oh I gave up doing this so I can take your appointment. Those tactics make people tip more and I'm just not about that kind of life. Wasn't great honestly. They said I have a 10 min grace period and yet I still got that fake polite slander from them for still arriving within 8 minutes. They also have a 9 am app on their scheduling website. Then they say oh sorry we're not actually open at that time, so the lash tech is making an adjustment for you. Then why do you have a 9 am slot on your scheduling? I truly did not like my lashes and they were the most expensive I've ever paid for. $15 for a deposit and then paying another $170 on top of that?! Plus tip?! Wild. She was rushing cuz she had a whole day planned and was talking the entire time. You can already tell that the multi-tasking and her mind being elsewhere... just knew my lashes werent going to look great. read more

Which I believe is against yelps terms of service. I came during summer, Nails came off within a day. Nice ladies but poor service. Edit: she responded that I had been boxing but I had told them I even did not attend class and they still fell off. Also even if I I've never had an issue with any other nail salon withstanding as I wear gloves that don't cover the nail. I also did not ask for any complimentary service. 2 HOURS for a pedicure!!! This salon is doing a disservice to their customers and to the nail tech. The nail tech on site was extremely new and lacks experience in the service. Wrong tools used, did not clean nails properly, and left gel polish really bad. I had to warn the tech 1:15 hours in that I had another appointment and she said she still needed another 30 minutes. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable and the foot rest for your feet is not adequate for resting your feet. The set up is not put together to function as a pedicure station - regular sink bowl with kitchen faucet and a flimsy u-shaped foot stand. My hamstrings were burning by the time I was done due the amount of stain I had to endure during the 2 hour service. This tech still lacks adequate training and is best if the owner vets these complaints on her business page. I am not the first to mention this. This is my honest opinion. I don't need the owner to ask me to return to make it right or why didn't I complain when I was there. It's just merely expressing how disappointed I was for the amount of time I was there. This tech might be better at other services, just not pedicures for sure. Sadly, this was my second time and the first time the owner had to step in to finish the job because it was taking too long. She tried to cover up by saying she wants to make sure I get the whole experience and they are not a quick service salon like the others and tried to fault me that I came in later than I had called in fire (which wasn't true). Regardless, don't go here if you have 2 hours to spare and want an uncomfortable chair while waiting. read more

I am doing a well-deserved review on lashed in polish and my review is mostly about the technician named Olivia she is awesome not only did she do a great job on my nails and feet she was professional she was hospitable she was talkative when she needed to be she is a perfectionist and she was really genuinely concerned about if I liked what she was doing And I know this because she did not wait until the end to ask me if I liked it she asked me in between almost after every nail because I told her of all the bad times I've had at other nail salons I want to thank her for making me feel so welcome. She is new at doing this but she has a great career ahead of her I would not be surprised if she owned her own nail salon one day she treats you how you should be treated she does not own the salon so she was even very forthcoming about the prices which I was concerned about after reading reviews or a review that was not so favorable regarding that she remembered I told her that and she made sure to address it. The owner is very pleasant as well she squeezed me and she did not get upset that I was not ready to change who I do my lashes with and I saw that she was kind to Olivia which a lot of times the owners of the salons are not kind to the people that work for them and with them. Ask for the salon it has plenty of parking there's a place to eat next-door which is very good if you like Chinese food or Mandarin food I'm not sure which she stays open later than most salons which works really well for my schedule it's a very small place so it will never be crowded in there I only saw a place where two people could do nails at a time no problem for me though be prepared to spend a great deal of time there don't be in a rush due to Olivia did my nails and feet and usually they're getting done at the same time or there's one person that does your nails and one person that does your feet. It's decorated very cute and pretty and girly in pink even if girly pink is not your color I love that she did a lot with such a small space give them a try and go see Olivia!!! I'm surprised this place has so many good reviews. I got a pedicure but maybe they are better for manicures. The pedicure was long compared to what I'm used to, about an hour, which I wouldn't have minded if a) they had more comfortable seating and b) it was thorough. I think they went with form over function on the seating--it's decorated well and all along a theme, but the seats and foot rest/stool was not comfortable, especially not for an hour. Also, considering how long it was and the price they charge ($40), I felt like a quick scrub and lotion should have been included, but I left with dry feet. read more

I have never in my life gotten up in the middle of a service and left... The lady that was doing my pedicure was unprofessional and lost... I have a bruised toe nail and she flat out said " yeah I think your nail is gonna fall off " like who says that to someone? She continued with " my pinky nail fell off once and never grew back haha ". Super unprofessional. While I was getting the pedicure, I went on their Instagram and found out she's a student nail tech however, there's no one else in the shop who should be watching her work? Super confused about this place. After she removed my polish, I told her I'm leaving and said I'd pay whatever the charge is for nail polish removal. She charged me $16!?!? I said " you charge $16 for a removal?" And she said " yes plus service charge " . Seriously ridiculous. 2 of my toes still had polish on because she didn't know how to remove the polish on a toe nail that's broken. I told her to cut my toe nails shorter and she barely cut anything and said " I need to file them ".... Once it came time to filing, the length remained the same. I went to a different salon after leaving this one & my pedicure turned out great. Never again. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: after leaving the review, the owner called me and told me to come down to the shop to f*** me up. She told me to f*** my mom & all sorts of other ugly things. A police report has been made on the business owner and I will be contacting all business agencies. read more
