I just wanted my brows to look more filled in and sexier.I also decided to do lip blushing because I have hyper pigmentation on my lip and I wanted to cover it up. Before we started the process of powder brows. We discussed what shape and color I wanted. Shelly drew on brows first before we started the procedure. Honestly, I was terrified of feeling pain or discomfort. I never felt any pain during the process for my brows or lips. I expressed to Shelly that I wanted a natural pink lip color. I actually choose a color that was too light. These color fade 50 to 70 percent . During my touch up Shelly recommended a cranberry color. I don't wear dark lipstick but it looked red. After a week it is a light pink color. I'm very happy with my results. The healing process wasn't so bad. My lips peeled after a few days. My eyebrows never got any scabs. Everyone heals differently, I actually have very sensitive skin so I was surprised not to see noticeable scabs. I experienced dryness and peeling which is natural. Honestly, I wish that I would of gone darker the first time with the lip color because these colors really do fade to a very light natural color. Shelly is awesome. She really knows her stuff and is very professional. I drove from Tampa because I wanted only the best touching my face. It is nice waking up in the morning looking extra cute. Apparently she has…read morean extremely long list of "rules" she expects one to abide by if they are inclined to book an appointment with her. I found it actually pretty shocking for someone who relies on clients to pay for her services to have this seemingly never ending list of things you "must" do, should you book with her, "or else" ...you will be charged for it. While I am not technically rating her services so I can't speak to that, which probably isn't very helpful, but based on what I've learned about her, I'm not sure I could manage remembering all her rules and being sure to follow them, since pretty much every rule that is broken results in the client being charged. As a professional who performs services there is surely an expectation of mutual respect for one's time and craft but these rules seem to leave no room for anything other than what Nalie wants. If you're someone who wants to book a stress free appointment with someone who understands that sometimes things outside of our control can happen, this is not the place.

Unfortunately, she was out of town, and I needed an urgent appointment for an event the next day, so I booked online with any available technician. I received both a confirmation text and email stating that my appointment was scheduled with Adriana. I planned my entire afternoon around this appointment and brought my 11-month-old son, keeping him up well past his nap so he would sleep during the service. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I waited outside for about 20 minutes with my sleeping baby before someone Karolina (maybe the owner?) responded via text. She informed me she was out of the country, then provided Adriana's phone number. When I called Adriana, she said she was in Sunrise and did not have an appointment scheduled with me and hung up on me. This was very disappointing and stressful, especially given the planning involved and having a baby with me. There also seems to be a disconnect between the online booking system and technician availability. I hope the scheduling process can be improved so this doesn't happen to other clients. I would still return to see Michelle in the future, but will not be using their online booking system again!

Customer service or loyalty? Where?…read more As a person that has spent a career analyzing businesses, I have been excruciatingly patient of the flaws of this place for a while. I returned because it's location is convenient but my money and time are better spent elsewhere. I'm sure yours is too! Nail's aren't cheap! Save your tip money they don't care if you tip generously-you'll still have no loyalty from them. From broken nails to wayyy to over laid acrylic, not being listened to, I'm embarrassed that I kept going. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. While the quality of work is OK, the business itself is run on the fly, poorly and disorganized. When you say something or even moderately call something to their attention they begin speaking Vietnamese (very obviously and uncomfortably speaking about you), or worse Marcus their English speaking employee bad mouths the customer to whomever is in front of him. I've seen so many poor attitudes in this salon. I wish I did not feel compelled to have to write a negative review but I think loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. They won't remember if they've had you waiting 15 minutes or an hour and you will never feel prioritized. In the end I can just go to Venetian or any other quality salon. My best relevant advice don't be like me and tip +20% they will NEVER remember it or care. Not returning.

The haircut I received was nothing like the one I asked for, with showing Patty a picture (shown below), and held it up the whole time for the her reference, and to avoid any confusion regarding what I wanted. However, You can see that these are 2 different cuts. I'd rather someone tells me that they did not have the competence and skill to do short bobs/pixies than to go in and horribly scar my head just to get paid. It should not be that hard to do the cut reference picture for a professional. It makes me wonder if she actually has the credentials to do anything other than end trimmings...
