Had my lashes extensions done by Anna the owner for the first time. My appointment was at 2:00 pm. Because she was with a celebrity client I waited nearly an hour and a half for my appointment. I'm literally shocked at the horrific work I received. To best describe it, I looked like one of those VW bug cars with lashes on the head lights!! It was awful. I asked for natural short cat eye wispie lashes and ended up with lashes that reached up to my brows. The glue was crunchy, clumpy and the lashes were stuck together in large clumps. I did express my unhappiness when she showed me in the mirror her work. It was so bad , and she agreed so she removed some and tried to fix it. In the process she snipped my lids twice with the tweezers until bloody. Never have I experienced anything like this at a lash appointment.After the "fix" it was still bad I asked her to work a little more on them so try to reach a more natural look but she told me she had a client waiting and to come back in 2weeks. I literally was even embarrassed to go to the front desk to pay. While paying Anna gifted me a lash cleaning product as an apology and said she'd see me in two weeks to fix the rest. When I got home my husband was shocked at what my lashes looked like. I've had lashes before and it was always looked natural, just enhanced my own. This experience was crazy over the top and a messy job too! When I looked in the mirror at home I noticed I had two bloody spots where she pinched me with her tweezers. It sting and there was visible crunchy glue with my lashes stuck together in clumps . My lid was swollen where the blood was and there was an open sore. I felt I had no choice but to try to remove these on my own because at that point it was 7 pm and it was really starting to burn and hurt where the sore was. I feared if I slept I'd wake up with an infection. I used an oily makeup remover and q-tip to carefully and methodically remove the lashes. They came off very easily. I treated the clipped lid areas with antibiotics. I will say I lost quite a bit of my own lashes but the alternative of sores underneath clumps of crunchy hard glue seemed like it needed to be cleaned to avoid further issues. Upon waking up in the morning the two sores were red and uncomfortable but they are healing. Later the next day I decided to contact Anna to tell her about the sores (she was aware as we discussed it , she apologized as I flinched when the cut happened. as But she failed to tell me she broke the skin. ) for a refund and stupidly thinking she offer a refund. Quite the opposite. She got nasty and belligerent and refused any sort of refund and claimed I signed a waiver for this in a contract before the process) I honestly don't recall that at all . This service was $350. Beware of this salon especially this lash stylist. Don't be fooled by the beautiful facility. I will also add, that while waiting for my appointment I saw a client and over heard her express her medical issues relating to infection and bacterial problems that were being treated do to her work . I've gone to Lashes de Anna about 6 times in the past 2 years and the experience is always questionable. Customer service is lackluster. I'm never offered a blanket or made comfortable. My last lash tech didn't give me what I asked for at all. I showed her a picture and she literally just did whatever she wanted to. I let her know the result was not what I requested and she said "oh we can do it next time." There will not be a next time. I sent an email letting them know that not only did she not do what I asked for, but that the application process was SO PAINFUL. It felt like she was pulling each lash out. (THEY HAVE YET TO RESPOND) I was literally crying on the table and she wouldn't even pass me a tissue. Now, as these lashes fall out, my natural lash is attached. I'll never return. read more

I want to first day out of the years of having Yelp I've only posted a review less than one hand count and it's been good. Unfortunately I felt like I needed to write this, it felt wrong not to write this review letting others know how this place is , bad receptionist, bad work, bad communication , and just bad materials used ! I came across this page by one of the influencers I follow, I fell into the "hype" which I'm better than that I always ALWAYS check reviews to everywhere and I don't know why I didn't here I went based on how much it was recommended by this influencer. 1st thing that happened... I paid online deposit to book and for lashes I wanted . When I was seated right away the other lash artist from across started talking to the one helping me in their language one I don't know. Then she looked at me and said "for your eyes I recommend cat eye " I said I booked and would like wispy" she continued to talk in her language with the lady across and told me " your eyes are two big I'll do combination of wispy and cat eye" I said "okay " thinking she knows best... while getting my lashes done the lash artist left atleast 5 times I don't know where but took minutes while my eyes where burning ! And the whole time doing my lashes she kept complaining to others about the music . That I did understand because she spoke English! I was getting frustrated of her leaving and my back was already starting to hurt. After what seemed hours (31/2) she was done I thought maybe my eyes are being sensitive and glue needs to dry so I proceeded to check out .. they charged me $150 of what initially had to only be $70 since so had made deposit ! She said Because cat eye is more! I told her this is wrong she never stated it would be more I even made it clear I paid online for the set I want . All the receptionist responded is "ooh" and continued to charge me . I didn't argue ended up paying left really upset ... I left my boyfriend picked me up and said while waiting I looked at reviews here they are so bad and talked about charging up and how bad everything is . I didn't tell him I was also charged more than stated because I know he would be upset. When we got home my eyes started burning more they were red!! I waited a day and only got worse I couldn't even touch my eye! I called and told receptionist if they can recommend on. What to do she didn't know what to tell me and said she will talk to manager and call me back ! She never did 3 hours lasted I call and she said oh sorry can you send pictures and I'll call you back ... I send pictures and never got a response back!! Never !! My eye was so bad I couldn't be in the sun , I could be out , couldn't touch it it took me over a week for my eye to get better! With a lot of eye drops of different brands and sleep ! Lashes fell off so quick and were so heavy on my eye! Worst place ever ! read more

I was not happy at all with my lashes. I came here once and will never go again. 1.The lash tech had her mask below her nose the entire time and was breathing on me. All I could feel was hot air the whole time and I seriously thought she had some type of hot fan blowing on me, but it was actually her breathing on me coVID isn't over! 2. The lashes they use are cheap and plastic looking 3. Lash tech seemed inexperienced as how she used so much glue on my inner eye corner (yes, it burned) and then proceeded to glue those cheap plastic lashes ON the eyelid not the lash. My eyelid was red and inflamed until I was able to get those lashes off with coconut oil. 4. I sent them an email about my swollen eyes and got no reply. Honestly, it seems as if they train lash techs one day and then put them to work. The skill level of these techs is awful. Oh and worst part is in you are in a room full of people getting lashed. There is no privacy, it's 2 rows of beds on each side of the room. It's not quiet they are loud speaking amongst each other and cackling. It wasn't a nice tranquil environment at all. Horrible lash quality and inexperienced lash techs. Very disappointing and sad that whoever owns this business has no Integrity or pride in the work. read more
